台股周五軋空突破7888點壓力，重回7900點上方。市場關注下周重要風險事件，包含22日清晨FOMC會議記錄將出以及23日起的全球央行年會；而在美元資產近期加速獲利了結或暗示量化寬鬆轉型存在預期，對於新興市場、包含領先修正的台股未必不利，且對應外資在新興市場股市賣超水準，台股單月已有大於市場平均的回補空間。

鬼月期間標普500近期出現連3天高檔修正，並創單周最大跌幅；同時美元指數也自7月上旬量化寬鬆縮水消息傳出之下一路震盪向下最低看到81.048破年線。同時間美國10年公債殖利率則處震盪上行，近高見到2.869漲約2%。

萬寶投顧總經理蔡明彰分析，上述數據顯示，QE早先釋出減碼消息時促使資金流出新興市場，而近期趨勢逆反，轉為資金流出了美股美債的跡象，目前距離9月17日聯準會不到一個月的工作天數，美元資產加緊獲利了結，對於新興市場未必不利。

另一方面，由於22日清晨FOMC會議記錄將出，市場討論聯準會9月可能減碼購買債券的預期持續增強，美國地產信心指數已創金融海嘯以來波段高點；法人指出，對應今年以來亞洲主要貨幣兌美元仍屬貶值，以及bloomberg統計本月迄今外資在新興市場台灣、南韓、印度、印尼、泰國之間比較，單月迄今賣超之冠為台股，累計賣超14.03億美元、本周仍賣逾1.9億美元仍鎖定大型權值股台積電、台達電等結帳，顯見相對新興市場競爭國家有更大回補空間，但較可惜的是台灣今年經濟成長率尚屬保2區間水準。

【綜合報導】喝酒人的大福音，澳洲格里菲斯大學(Griffith University)的研究人員，研發出喝了不會宿醉的啤酒，他們在啤酒內加入電解質，以預防出現脫水導致宿醉。

研究人員表示他們改良2款啤酒，一種是酒精濃度含量正常的啤酒，另一種則是淡啤酒，加入電解質後，淡啤酒消除宿醉的效果，比正常啤酒還高出超過3成，所以改良的啤酒除了加入電解質，酒精濃度也必須降低才有效，不過研究人員保證味道絕對不受影響。

【吳國仲／新北報導】怎麼黑漆漆的！72歲陳姓老翁步出廁所後發現診所打烊，鐵捲門也已拉下，驚慌之餘趕緊利用診所電話求救，診所醫師接獲警消通知後趕緊返回診所開門，因老翁就診時已屆打烊時間，老翁復健完畢後從2樓走下1樓後先轉去廁所，護理師查看廁所門沒關以為沒人，開始打烊動作並離開診所，所幸老翁平安無事，結束一場虛驚。診所表示真的是陰錯陽差才會導致老翁反鎖，以後會加強巡視，避免類似情況再度發生。

【李銘宏／台北報導】今天凌晨1時許，台北市敦化南路與基隆路口發生一起計程車與機車車禍，造成機車騎士手腳擦傷，送醫後並無大礙。

計程車司機表示，當時是正準備從基隆路左轉往敦化南路，機車突然衝出來，根本來不及踩剎車，機車騎士則否認闖燈，由於雙方都沒有喝酒，警方初步懷疑其中一方搶快才導致車禍發生，將調閱監視器釐清責任。
