以前遇過一個比你還衰的例子 我時速30以下經過一個無號誌十字路口 忽然從旁邊小路衝出一輛機車逆向往我這衝來,我煞停了也是撞到 因為我原本速度就慢又有減速,所以大部分是她機車的力道 但還是彈到擋風玻璃又跌下去 看起來是皮肉傷,以及過度驚嚇吧= = 她出路口龍頭往右邊看了一下就忽然往左切逆向過來,已經要撞到才看到我 ........................................................... 保險公司那邊基本上以能處理好為準,除非客戶自己要求要對自己公平正義XXXX之類的 那就要花時間最後也不見的沒事脫身,尤其是對方有受傷的狀態 所以在保險公司專員的建議下以強制險賠對方醫藥費,各自負責自己車輛維修 因為是公司車公司繳的保險費,我也不想浪費時間請假處理,就這麼和解了 所以 原PO還請保險公司趕快派人去處理協調出你可以接受的方式 PS:我同事的例子是他有超過一半的肇責,對方住院說有腦震盪 因為賠償金調不攏(保險公司不願賠那麼多),上法院搞了半年... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.227.65.67

【記者蔣永佑／台北報導】李姓男子1997間因在桃園經營超市，認識前來消費、由祖父隔代教養的11歲輕度智障女童，李男與女童交往、帶她出去玩，使女童誤認彼此為男女朋友，雙方進而在超市二樓男方住處嘿保、在附近草地及寺廟旁空地車震，共3度發生性行為。
 
女童祖父（已歿）隔年5月得知此事後，約李男談判，要求迎娶孫女，李男不要，祖父提告。李男到案時否認是女童男友，也否認與女童嘿咻但測謊沒過，加上女童對李男住處陳設及性交過程指證歷歷，被判定罪名成立。李男賠100萬換和解。最高法院日前駁回李男上訴，依與未成年人性交罪判刑3年半。

【寶智華／雲林報導】一個籃球般大小的虎頭蜂窩，掉在斗六市人文公園東側路樹下，幾十隻蜂飛出巢外巡邏警戒，路過民眾發現連忙報警。雲林縣消防局救助分隊隊員朱培言穿上捕蜂衣，帶著捕蜂網小心接近，發現蜂群尚未傾巢而出，用網迅速罩住蜂巢後帶回，受驚蜂群在網中亂竄，估計蜂巢內約有近千隻虎頭蜂，還好及時處理，否則可能有過往民眾無辜遭蜂群攻擊。
