【鍾裕能／綜合報導】參加LLB(Little League Baseball，世界少棒聯盟)世界青少棒賽的中華隊，今晨在預賽最後一戰狂敲18支安，包括邱繼諒3局上的2分砲，提前在5局結束比賽，以19比2大勝加拿大，同時也以4連勝、分組第1闖進國際組冠軍賽。
 
中華隊此役火力全開，前兩棒的王偉安、葉秀華各敲4支安打、各得到3分，其中葉秀華還有4分打點；擔任4棒的邱繼諒更猛，不但前兩局就各為中華隊打下1分，3局上敲出2分砲外，單局第2度上場時又靠保送擠回1分，個人單場5打點，中華隊也靠3局上攻得11分的大局奠定勝基。
 
中華隊獲勝後，將在明天凌晨4點再戰古拉索，若能拿下國際組的冠軍，將和美國組冠軍隊，爭奪今年LLB的世界冠軍。中華隊昨天才在預賽以13比2大勝古拉索，可望輕鬆過關。

屏東縣送驗一隻鼬獾，經檢驗確定確定感染狂犬病，這是屏東縣第一例。

屏東縣家畜疾病防治所指出，8月16日，在霧台鄉有巡山員被一隻野生鼬獾咬到膠鞋，經捕捉送檢後確認染狂犬病。

該防治所人員表示，霧台鄉經歷八八水災後，不少族人都遷居到山下，貓狗數量不多，也已經巡迴施打疫苗兩次。家畜疾病防治所進一步說明，動物狂犬病疫情一傳出，便拉起環狀防疫線，山地原鄉、離島、偏遠地區都已施打過狂犬病疫苗，到現在已使用上萬份的疫苗，近日預計再度上霧台鄉施打，並加強鄰近鄉鎮的防疫作業。

霧台鄉衛生所主任張慶光表示，目前霧台鄉衛生所正在等待「狂犬病人用疫苗暴露前預防疫苗」到位，給原鄉獵人更確實的保障。他提醒，部落族人如果遭動物咬傷，要盡快到大醫院檢查，鄉鎮衛生所並沒有提供遭咬後的疫苗可施打。

【蔡永彬／嘉義報導】師大附中抗議特色招生比率低於建中、北一女等明星學校，教育部針對此回應，附中在第1輪送審的計畫不夠充實，某些部分說明不清楚，且附中有直升、音樂、美術班等，本來就會佔去特招比率。  

教育部國民及學前教育署副署長黃新發說，建中等校都在第1輪通過審查，但附中第2輪才過，特招名額因此被扣1個班、近40個名額，比率僅少約4％；教育部部長蔣偉寧則說，直升班等不能算在免試入學內，希望附中「不要在意那兩三趴」，免試入學也會收到不錯的學生，但若各校仍有意見，可再進一步討論。

中華青少棒隊進軍ＬＬＢ（世界少棒聯盟）世界青少棒賽，昨天在冠軍戰以十一比二輕取美西隊，六連勝封王，這六場比賽攻下七十五分，也寫下大會新紀錄；中華三級棒球隊，今年共有七隊出征，終於開張奪下首冠。

中華隊投手方榮澤完投七局，被揮出七支安打、失兩分，成為冠軍戰勝投；美西隊總教練羅培茲甘拜下風，他說：「中華隊是很棒的球隊，他們訓練有素，跑壘很出色，又有很好的打者，我要脫帽致敬。」

羅培茲表示，方榮澤出手很怪，不好掌握打擊節奏；揮出許多應是安打的球，也被中華隊的守備美技沒收。

中華青少棒隊從一九七二年起，參加ＬＬＢ賽事，到一九九六年為止（隔年退出），一共抱回十七座世界冠軍。

台灣一度退出ＬＬＢ三級比賽，少棒在二○○三年重返這項傳統大賽，青少棒三年前復賽，青棒今年重新投入。

中華青少棒隊今年由桃縣新明國中組軍，大部分球員都是首次當選國手，但全隊在總教練黃湋志領軍下，凝聚力被喻為史上最強；打完前五戰攻下六十四分，已追平阿魯巴隊（拉丁美洲）在二○○九年締造的最多得分紀錄，昨天再得十一分，寫下單屆比賽新高。

中華隊終止美國球隊二連霸，抱回近四屆比賽第二座冠軍（北市重慶國中二○一○年封王），連同過去舊制，這已是台灣第十九次在這項青少棒賽封王。

黃湋志前年率隊在這項比賽冠軍戰落敗，去年改打小馬聯盟，又在最後一戰輸球，連三年在國際賽爭冠總算圓夢，他說：「等了三年才拿到世界冠軍，這一路走來真的很辛苦，很高興這次能達成目標，奪回前年失去的東西。」
