| 守護大豹溪戲水安全 捐水慰勞警消志工

【邱中岳／新北報導】辛苦了，酷暑鎮守大豹溪！新北市三峽區大豹溪每到夏日都是熱門的戲水景點，新北市議員周勝考為了感謝辛苦協勤的警消、紅十字會志工努力下，大幅降低大豹溪死亡人數，特別代表獅子會捐出1萬瓶礦泉水，將於明天早上10時許，在樂園仙境舉辦贈予儀式，而礦泉水屆時也將分送至大豹溪其他定點。

請問大家 高雄有沒有泰式料理吃到飽的地點？ 之前被朋友請客在台北吃過一次~好開心呀!都不用擔心價錢會爆 我又很愛吃一些經典菜 如果有跟朋友吃飯~我的首選一定是泰式料理XDD 吃過屋頂跟黑樓、瑞豐那邊的泰灣(算蠻便宜的)及一些小店面 當然還會開發新的泰式料理地點! 不過還是期待高雄有人投資(？)泰式料理吃到飽呀! 老闆們快聽到高雄人的心聲吧! 不要每次想吃到開心都要去台北吧! 我知道銀湯匙好像是~不過還希望有別間 如果有不錯的泰式料理也歡迎分享 我要吃滿高雄的泰式料理 (荷包在哭) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.227.189.68

【綜合報導】58歲名廚「阿基師」鄭衍基在餐飲界頗負盛名，年薪破千萬元，私下卻節儉成性。日前《蘋果》記者直擊他上下班都以機車代步，連機車椅墊破掉，也只用膠帶修補。據悉他每月花費不超過5千元，錄影時吃泡麵和麵包果腹，作風樸實。
阿基師雖然節儉，但他工作之餘常抽空進修，每月花費大多用在買書，賺來的錢不但交給老婆一手打理，平均1天工作15小時的他，還騎摩托車趕通告，如果通告地點偏遠，他就選擇搭大眾捷運或公車，他不會開車，認為騎機車比較方便。

〔編譯俞智敏／綜合首爾十九日外電報導〕北韓最高領導人金正恩最近對逃離北韓高壓統治的「脫北者」使出新的利誘手段，不但保證脫北者返國後不會受到懲罰，還提供現金或新房獎勵。
南韓的脫北者表示，某些返國的脫北者甚至還有機會登上國營電視台晚間黃金時段節目接受表揚，但這些人接受表揚後的下場不得而知。自金正恩上台以來，北韓已為返國的脫北者舉行過至少六場記者會，最近一次是在今年六月。

去年一名返國的朴姓婦女在電視記者會上公開為背叛祖國道歉，並感謝金正恩用「無私的愛與照顧」把她帶回國，國營媒體還報導該名婦女後來在平壤獲贈一間新房，與兒子和媳婦共享天倫之樂，另一名脫北者則痛批南韓是「沒有愛的糟糕世界」。
金正恩此舉與其亡父金正日形成鮮明對比：金正日執政期間刻意掩蓋叛逃者議題，更嚴懲脫北者的家屬。但金正恩上台後，北韓特務過去一年來頻頻造訪脫北者家屬，遊說叛逃者返國。有些脫北者透露，他們甚至聽說有偽裝的脫北者向真的脫北者表示，回國可拿到五千萬韓元（約一百三十四萬台幣）賞金，還有機會在電視上露臉。
目前無法證實在逃離北韓的兩萬五千人中，究竟已有多少人返國。今年稍早，有一名北韓漁夫駕著偷來的拖網漁船四度逃回祖國，引起南韓媒體大幅報導。專家認為，金正恩可能希望藉此向北韓人民表示，脫北者在南韓一點也不快樂，許多人生活悲慘，只能從事低薪工作，而且很難融入南韓社會，而在南韓的脫北者也同意此說與事實相去不遠。
不過，在施以懷柔手段的同時，金正恩也加強北韓與中國邊界的圖們江與鴨綠江沿岸安全戒備，讓北韓人更難脫逃，並持續將叛逃者及其家屬送進監獄。據南韓官方統計，去年抵達南韓的脫北者只有一千五百人左右，比前一年的兩千七百人大幅減少四十四％，今年上半年的脫北者也比去年減少十五％。
