【綜合報導】在伊拉克舉辦的一場婚禮上，主人與賓客一起開心跳舞，其中一名男子拿出手槍，要對空鳴槍表示祝賀，沒想到手槍突然走火，子彈擊中身邊男子，應聲倒地。

救護人員到場後這名不幸男子仍宣告不治，喜事成了喪事。過程都被一旁參加的賓客拍了下來，讓人不勝唏噓。

WeChat搖一搖　找援交被騙8萬元

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】新北市板橋1名25歲從事服務業的張姓男子，因為沒交過女朋友，聽聞App「WeChat」是約砲神器，上個月11日就用「WeChat」的搖一搖功能找援交，果然順利約到名叫玲玲的女子，但是玲玲不斷吊張男味口，要求他到超商購買「MyCard」點數3千元才能給電話，或是要求再買3千元點數才能進一步透露資料，張男就這樣不斷購買點數共8萬元，最後張男始終見不到面，情急之下與玲玲翻臉，沒想到玲玲竟然恐嚇要公布他援交的事情，嚇得張男趕緊到警局報案。

張男說：「沒有交過女朋友，才會想找援交。」以為買點數拍給對方就可以一親芳澤，沒想到玲玲一直說無法使用或是看不清楚密碼，還誘惑他可以進一步，才會越陷越深花光8萬元，卻連玲玲的臉都沒有見到！

【快訊】囚犯移監圖逃亡　警方發射催淚瓦斯

【綜合報導】先前報導指出埃及38名囚犯身亡，現進一步報導指出這38名穆斯林兄弟會囚犯企圖在移監途中逃亡，遭警方以催淚瓦斯攻擊。根據埃及國營媒體報導則表示囚犯人數為36人。
 
不過根據法新社的報導，是有數名槍手試圖劫囚，在和警方交火中身亡，目前死亡人數尚無法確定。

觀察站／土徵有必要 法制或人治出包？

兩萬民眾聲援苗栗大埔案，「昨天拆大埔，今天拆政府」抗議不絕於耳。視野往南看，台南鐵路地下化路線東移同樣惹議，地方自救會將此定調為「大埔案翻版」。

兩案引發政治效應是否「藍綠有別」爭論，持平論，聲援的公民團體應用相同標準檢視：土地徵收是否符合「必要性」？是法制還是人治出問題？

大埔爭議持續延燒，公民團體從對苗栗縣長劉政鴻個人不滿，拉高層次到對土徵條例發出怒吼，有遍地開花趨勢。且這把火還燒向綠營政治明星、台南市長賴清德，反鐵路東移自救會日前到民進黨中央黨部抗議綠營不能一手聲援大埔，一手放任「南方大埔」。

翻開大埔、台南鐵路地下化爭議事件簿，台南市府堅持「兩案不同」，苗栗縣府徵收土地是提供廠商設廠，台南市府則是為推動重大交通建設，「沒圖利財團之嫌」。

不過就現行狀況來看，反鐵路東移自救會已提出在東側設臨時軌、地下化路線回歸原路線下方的「替代方案」，且自救會主張「住戶同意徵用土地，完工後還地於民」。台南市府若仍堅持徵收土地，勢必得用「專業」說服人，為何非得徵收土地不可？不徵收土地「改道」的話，需多花多少成本？

大埔拆遷戶數四戶，爭議大、關注度高，已拆除；台南拆遷戶數四百零七戶，爭議、關注度不如大埔，尚未拆除。雖大埔拆遷戶數遠不如台南，卻因劉政鴻個人撕毀「原屋原地保留」承諾，且是趁大埔自救會北上抗議時「奇襲」拆除，還說「天賜良機」，全面引爆爭議。

兩案雖各有異同，但「人治」問題顯然比「制度」問題大。內政部長李鴻源出面滅火說，土徵條例不是惡法，大埔事件問題不在土徵條例，而是「執行過程」出問題。內政部次長蕭家淇緩頰說，未來執行面會要求地方政府更有「同理心」。

台灣農村陣線為此發起「公民不服從」運動，並說大埔抗議「不是停止，只是開始」。台南市府同樣面臨土地徵收爭議，恐怕不只靠「同理心」就能解決問題，還要用專業及正當性說服人民才行。兩者應不分藍綠，接受人民檢視。
