【綜合報導】沙烏地阿拉伯一名體重重達610公斤的男子夏里(Khalid bin Mohsen Shaari)，無法自主行動，引起國王阿布杜拉(King Abdullah)關注，下令由國家出錢，幫他減重。
 
當地衛生部還先幫夏里打造特製滾輪床，19日找來起重機，將他連人帶床鏟起，搬運到飛機上，飛往位於首都的醫院減重，夏里將接受一系列的飲食和物理治療，並不排除透過手術減重。

標題[請益] 大家會定期換硬體還是用到不能用?

【綜合報導】內蒙古自治區高級人民法院，對內蒙古乾坤金銀精煉股份有限公司原董事長宋文代貪污、挪用公款上訴一案進行二審宣判，上訴人宋文代以貪污罪判處死刑，剝奪政治權利終身，並處沒收個人全部財產，另犯挪用公款罪，判處有期徒刑九年。

根據新華網報導，內蒙古自治區高級人民法院經審理查明，上訴人宋文代擔任內蒙古乾坤金銀精煉股份有限公司董事長、 法定代表人、國有股代表、監事長期間，利用職務便利侵吞、騙取乾坤公司股份溢價款等公共財物價值逾人民幣6500萬元，三次挪用公款2100萬元人民幣進行營利活動，在其獲得巨額利益的同時使國家和人民的利益遭受了重大的損失。

內蒙古自治區高級人民法院審理認為，上訴人宋文代作為受國家機關委派從事公務的國家工作人員，以非法佔有為目的，利用職務便利，侵吞、騙取公共財物構成貪污罪且情節特別嚴重。其利用職務便利，挪用公款進行營利活動，情節特別惡劣。因此判決駁回上訴、維持一審死刑判決。

標題[心得] 颱風雨像用倒的? 試試撥水劑吧

開車20年也用過數種撥水劑，也搞花幾塊玻璃.... 廢話不多說，先看個超爛畫質影片吧，請自行切換成720P http://youtu.be/dtZRryS0dqI

畫質太爛，實際上可以看得更遠就是了 目前市面上有兩種主要成份撥水劑，購買時請看清成份，沒標的也最好別用 矽(油性) 千萬別用在前檔(重要!!!) 氟素(不會劣化產生油膜) 目前在用的就是第二種，SxxT 99 六個月耐久的這款，俗又大碗， 一瓶可以用整年，看使用頻率， 此影片距離上次塗撥水劑是2個月前，效果仍然很好。 施工也很簡單，玻璃洗乾淨(有油膜的請先處理掉)，請在晴天施工。 在乾燥的玻璃上均勻塗上撥水劑，放置5~10分等乾，乾掉後會出現白色粉末 拿衛生紙什麼的把粉末擦掉，完工。 至於有人雨刷會跳動問題，我覺得跟油膜有沒處理乾淨、 玻璃角度、雨刷種類、材質都會有影響， 只能一直自己去試到不會跳的。 我雨刷精用的是3M的，雨刷是大潤發99元一支的適性良好^^ -- 是時候該把這個爛行車記錄器讓他下課了=.= 我說你們那些下暴雨就變瞎子的大船們看不見路也別擋路好嗎Q_Q -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.39.49

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】公路總局第四區養護工程處今天中午表示，潭美颱風來襲，為維護用路人行車安全，不排除依預判雨勢狀況針對所轄管的台7線北橫公路、台7甲線中橫公路宜蘭支線、台8線中橫公路、台9線北宜公路、台9線蘇花公路、台9甲線烏宜公路、台11線東部濱海公路、台11甲線光豐公路、台23線東富公路等道路山區路段實施預警性封閉道路，請用路人隨時注意道路管制訊息。
 
四區工程處並提醒用路人，颱風豪雨期間山區道路易發生坍方、落石，路況難以掌握，如非必要請勿進入山區道路，也請用路人多利用公路總局省道即時路況系統（http://168.thb.gov.tw）並注意收聽路況廣播。
