【徐珮君／台北報導】行政院會通過明年度中央政府總預算案，行政院主計總處主計長石素梅說，國防預算編列3059億元，占GDP2.54％，但因國防募兵人數稍減，人事經費減少，軍事投資仍增加，整體數字維持與去年一樣。

不過，國防支出占GDP2.54％，未達馬英九總統競選政見的3％，且是近5年來最低的一次。石素梅說，2009、2010年度編列預算時，國防預算有超過GDP3％，但決算時仍未達到，2011年度至2013年度3個年度的國防預算占GDP比率依序為2.67％、2.68％及2.71％。

此外，在社福預算部分，明年度共編列4242億元，比今年減少141億元，主要是國民年金財源可從奢侈稅等財源挹注，減列102億元等；但在低收入戶健保費補助、長期照顧10年計畫、父母未就業家庭育兒津貼仍增加經費。

想請教一下板上各位 個人開車經歷有三菱跟頭又大, 但這輩子還沒開過Ford 而因為小弟和朋友下周要租車環島, 租車公司的所剩車種符合我們需求的只剩Fiesta 剛在上網找一下Fiesta車款的各項配備和評比之後發現他有個"L"的檔位, 但卻沒有低速 1,2檔, 另外官網是說這台是手自排, 但我在照片中也找不到切換檔位的地方... 能請Ford車主或板友稍微解釋一下Ford車種變速箱的一些運作方式嗎 感謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.218.185

賴坤玠2010年在中國工作期間，被自稱國務院中央對台小組副主任李旭吸收，返台接觸在軍中任職的曹姓高中同學，想套取愛國者飛彈技術資料，因曹立即通報上級，軍檢展開長期監控，隔年5月，賴男在準備付錢買情資時遭當場逮捕，同時沒收他遭補時隨身攜帶的美鈔、新台幣共40多萬元現金。

隱酒藏日式居酒屋 消費時間：2013/08/03 地址：新竹市文化街18號 電話：(03)5340828 營業時間：18:00~01:00 (週日至週日) 18:00~02:00 (週五、週六) 圖文網誌：http://netpp.blogspot.com/2013/08/blog-post.html 純文字 隱酒藏一直以來都是我很喜歡的一家店 都不知道已經去過幾次了 但是每次都還是要幫它寫個食記 可以參考以下兩篇文章 隱酒藏~日式居酒屋 忘不了的好滋味~隱酒藏日式居酒屋 這天和學弟約的吃飯時間比較早 所以可以慢慢的騎到新竹去 還沒騎到一半就突然好想吃隱酒藏的鮑魚粥XDD 所以..... 因為沒有訂位 所以等了40分鐘左右 入門非常的矮小 進門的時候要小心不要撞到了頭 店內大約有一半的位置是開放的廚房 可以直接看到師傅們製做餐點的狀況 點內的位置不多 而且也頗擠的 聊天的聲音也是此起彼落 如果這在一般的餐廳的話 我可能會非常嫌棄 但是這樣的氣氛才想像是居酒屋啊.... 菜單有換過新的 不再像之前一樣被翻得破破爛爛的 倒是菜單的內容沒什麼變更 菜色都和前幾次來的時候一樣！ 招待的小菜 一如往常的毛豆 所以我還是直接給別人吃 飲料先行上桌 這杯是綠茶 這邊只提供無糖的 喝起來挺回甘的 果實酒 芒果&燒酒 其實喝起來就是芒果汁的感覺 裡頭有滿滿的芒果肉 雖然沒什麼酒味 但喝完後身體還是會有點熱熱的感覺 蘋果苦瓜佐紅味噌醬 一上桌後楞了一下.....怎麼沒有蘋果......原來蘋果苦瓜不是蘋果+苦瓜 苦瓜是很清脆爽口沒錯啦.....但是我沒辦法吃苦 吃了一片就投降了 紅味噌的滋味挺特別的 甜甜的 如果苦瓜沾多一點的話苦味就不會這麼明顯！ 松阪豬串燒 感覺這天似乎有點烤過頭了 雖豬肉本身的味道還不錯 但是肉質明顯的過老 失常啊！ 雞翅串燒 還好這道就有扳回一成 雞皮烤的焦香酥脆 但裡頭的肉質卻還是鮮嫩又多汁 上頭只灑了一點點的鹽巴 簡單的調味卻吃得出原味 冷製烏龍麵 這道也是來這而不能錯過的一道 烏龍麵的Q勁可是一吃就上癮了 沾滿了濃稠的蛋黃和醬汁 大推！！ 第一次吃到的學弟也大嘆驚為天人啊！！ 鮑魚汁粥 朝思暮想的終於讓我吃到了~~~~ 裡頭滿滿的鮑魚和香菇 吃起來超鮮美的 飯粒不會煮得太爛 還保有一些米粒的口感 和蛋汁充份的混合 吃完後真是滿足！！ 香酥炸雞 這裡的炸雞也是我個人大推的 酥脆燙口的麵皮 裡頭卻是軟嫩又多汁的雞肉 沾上芥末椒鹽 真是好吃.....但小心不要被椒鹽給嗆到了 香辣雞翅 這是非常下酒的一道菜 以很的經驗是 雖然很好吃 但是總是吃得一把鼻涕一把眼淚 不過可能因為太多客人反應太辣了 所以口味上已經做了一些調整 辣度不再這麼高了 甜甜辣辣的雞翅和腰果十分的涮嘴 這道菜上桌的時候我和我學弟約有十分鐘都沒講話 就只有動筷子而已....因為停不下來啊！ 海鮮和風煎餅 如果怕吃不飽的話就決不能不點這道 只是等待的時間稍微長一些 上頭舞動的柴魚片和美乃滋相當的有日式的口味 煎餅內也是滿滿的花枝等海鮮料 不過當天似乎煎得有點焦 表皮稍微硬了一點 小小的店內有著大家的笑聲、談話聲 不時還有師傅做菜時的聲音 點著一杯小酒 一道一道好吃的佳肴逐一上桌 不會一下就擠滿在桌面上 這樣的氣氛 如此美味的食物 讓我一而再再而三的前來報到！ -- ＊ ＊ __ ＊ .-----.-----| |_.-----.-----. ＊ | | -__| _| _ | _ | ＊ |__|__|_____|____| __| __| ＊ |__| |__| ＊ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.241.89.191
