路達進南星 自經區招商告捷 工商時報 記者顏瑞田／高雄報導 2013年08月22日 04:10 高雄南星自由經濟示範區BOT招商昨（21）日決標，其中屬於倫敦金屬交易所（LME， London Metal Exchange）倉儲專區2標合計3.28公頃用地，都由全球水龍頭市占率高達80 ％的路達公司得標。路達規劃未來與國際物流業者合作，掌握銅與鋅等原物料的穩定供應 ，並以高雄港為核心，串連兩岸及全球。 路達的得標，也是行政院宣布自由經濟示範區之後，第一個鮭魚返鄉的投資案，具有指標 意義，同時，代表高雄港申請並於今年6月獲准成為LME遞交港的效益，已經逐漸發酵。 高雄南星自由經濟示範區BOT招商，昨日總共有7宗土地標案決標，最後有3標脫標。包括 一塊位於產業製造專區的2公頃土地，以及2塊全部屬於LME倉儲專區的用地，分別為1.28 公頃和2公頃，得標者都是路達公司。據透露，該公司在全球的水龍頭市場佔有率高達80 ％，包括和成在內的許多國內外知名品牌，都是路達的客戶。 由吳材攀擔任董事長的路達，總公司雖然位於台灣，但是，營運基地卻是在大陸的廈門。 該公司人員透露，路達生產的水龍頭原物料，有很大的比重是銅和鋅，路達原本就是在 LME的國際市場購買、交易原料，因此，這次的得標，對路達未來的營運，特別是料源的 穩定取得，將有重大幫助。 路達董事長吳材攀透露，路達早在2年前，高雄港準備申請成為LME遞交港時，路達董事長 吳材攀就已經高度關注，並且指示下屬，研究投資方案，因此，昨日一出手，就同時標下 南星自由經濟示範區的LME倉儲專區2塊用地。 高雄南星自由經濟示範區BOT招商權利金的計算，底標價格為每年每公頃的土地承租費用 為75萬元，每年每公頃的管理費260萬元，為了吸引廠商進駐，管理費採取「568」優惠方 案，即開始營運的第一年收費打5折、第二年打6折、第三年打8折，直到第4年才恢復正常 收費。 原文連結: http://ppt.cc/QSnP -- 101年臺灣四大港口貨櫃裝卸量 高雄港近年裝卸量 高雄港:9,781,221 TEU 100年 9,636,288.50 TEU 基隆港:1,607,566 TEU 99年 9,181,210.50 TEU 臺中港:1,395,405 TEU 98年 8,581,273.00 TEU 臺北港:1,097,165 TEU 96年10,256,829.50 TEU(歷年最高) 88年 6,985,361.25 TEU(世界排名第三) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.12.244

【綜合報導】宏達電重金邀請電影《鋼鐵人》男主角小勞勃道尼出任全球品牌代言人，並拍攝多支廣告影片，最新曝光的廣告是他開口講中文大搞kuso，說hTC代表「火腿腸」、「核桃村」及「好體操」，引起話題。

根據最新廣告，小勞勃道尼與手持hTC手機的男子走在博物館內，看著類似火腿腸、牆壁上的核桃型浮雕及朱銘太極系列塑像，用中文說出「火腿腸huo Tui Chang」、「核桃村he Tao Cun」及「好體操hao Ti Cao」，代表hTC能創造各種可能性。宏達電表示，這支廣告只在中國播出，至於英文版廣告，16日起已全球同步播出，將視消費者反應進行調整，暫無讓他在廣告中講台語的計劃。
