| 行竊遭監視器紀錄 男仍嘴硬「畫面不是我」

【李俊淇／新北報導】新北市1名40歲李姓男子，7月中旬至中和區員山路竊取1台價值3萬元的電腦螢幕，警方沿線調閱監視器發現竊嫌身影，鎖定李男嫌疑重大。
警方日前通知李男到案說明時，辯稱是友人所偷，卻無法交待友人身份，但又知道贓物的下落，最後警方拿出李男偷取貨物時遭監視器錄下的清楚身影，李男竟辯稱：「畫面不是我」，承辦員警無奈搖頭，訊後依竊盜罪嫌依法函送。

| 「扣中秋獎金」 強迫員工颱風天上班

【綜合報導】昨多個縣市停班停課，不過仍有不少勞工被要求到班，除科技大廠宏達電、日月光遭勞工投訴，海運承攬運送業者沛華實業還疑有主管發電郵威脅員工「不到班就扣發中秋獎金」，引發部分員工不滿。
沛華實業發聲明指未違法，對檢舉文件是否損害公司信譽將依法究責。北市勞動局說，僱主扣發中秋獎金，法令雖無罰則，但此類企業將列優先勞檢對象。

| 中斷公路剩10條封閉 6條今可望搶通

【李姿慧／台北報導】路通了，原本今天清晨受到潭美颱風影響共有18條公路封閉和中斷，公路總局表示，截至上午11時為止，僅剩10條公路中斷和封閉，已有8條開放通車，目前10條中斷公路將有6條今搶通。
公路總局指出，潭美颱風主要降雨區域集中於北、中、南山區，10封閉公路中有9路線發生坍方等災情封閉中斷，包括台7線北橫公路的高義及大曼路段等2處災害、台8線中橫公路梨山至大禹嶺路段、台16線民和路段、台18線阿里山公路的觸口村路段2處及十字村路段1處災害、台20線勤和至復興溪底便橋、台21線新中橫公路隆華至塔塔加路段、台21線那瑪夏至五里埔便道、縣159線光華村路段、線169線太和村路段等，除台7線北橫公路、台20及21線溪底便道外，其餘路段預計皆能於今天陸續搶通。另縣149甲線全仔社橋至九層龍橋路段目前預警性封閉，將視雨勢決定開放。

| 馬刺無緣奪冠 布雷爾：上場時間太少

6月剛剛落幕的2012-13球季NBA年度冠軍戰，聖安東尼奧馬刺苦戰7場後敗給邁阿密熱火，無緣一嘗冠軍滋味。而當時在系列戰苦坐冷板凳的前鋒布雷爾(DeJuan Blair)日前就表示，「如果當時球隊多放我在場上，也許我們就能有機會拿下總冠軍。」
身為沒有雙膝「十字韌帶」的禁區悍將，布雷爾在2009年被馬刺選上後，一度成為球隊重要的禁區內線主力，一肩扛下黑衫軍禁區苦工重任。
不過上個賽季(2012-13)，布雷爾的上場時間明顯銳減不少，例行賽平均僅14分鐘的出賽時間，5.4分、3.8籃板都創下生涯新低。
進入季後賽布雷爾的上場時間更是淒慘，場均只剩下7分鐘不到，在總冠軍1、5、6、7戰更是坐足冷板凳，如此不獲重用的狀況，也間接造成了布雷爾在今夏選擇轉戰達拉斯小牛的結果。
日前在接受聯盟官網訪問時，布雷爾就明白表示，「如果當時馬刺願意讓我多些上場時間，我認為球隊不會因此輸掉總冠軍賽。」顯然布雷爾對自己無法在決賽上場貢獻心力，依舊是耿耿於懷。
現年僅24歲的布雷爾轉戰小牛後，在球隊內線戰力並不突出的情況下，有機會成為重要的禁區替補戰力，而他「打死不退」的藍領苦工精神，相信也是小牛團隊所樂見的球風展現。

【林振義／高雄報導】潭美颱風快速通過，高雄颳起強陣風，凱旋四路、鎮興路口的路樹，不勘強風襲擊倒塌，佔滿半個路面。騎機車上班的黃小姐，卻因為路燈昏暗，撞上倒塌的路樹，機車撞的破爛，還好人沒受傷。而一名看完電影準備載女友回家的吳姓駕駛，因此處路燈昏暗加上瞬間又降下大雨，視線不佳差點撞上倒塌的路樹，趕緊將車掉頭，停在倒塌路樹前開啟閃黃燈警示來車，等到警方及養工處人員前來處理後才離去，吳先生表示：他家雖住屏東林邊有點距離，但是這裏視線不佳加上有路樹倒塌，很容易撞上，所以花點時間幫忙警示錄人避免出事很值得。
