【綜合報導】新浪微博網友「無限寂靜01」昨天貼出多張Motorola Droid 5間諜照，並稱這款Motorola尚未上市的新手機將支持NFC、無線充電、仍然保留實體鍵盤，並可防水、防塵、防震。

這組照片包括Droid 5的拍照介面與內部安置無線充電線圈的畫面。有趣的是，標籤上寫著“Assembled in KOREA”（韓國組裝），不像Moto X那樣在美國本土完工。這項消息隨後被Engadget、TechCrunch等知名科技網站轉載。

【李卉婷／屏東報導】知名電視製作人55歲李典勇，7年前到北京經商不利，自嘲為「失敗者」，回到台灣後放逐墾丁，卻意外發現墾丁有7成的生意人都有相同境遇，並定義為「到北京討生活的人被稱之為北漂，來到墾丁流浪的人我們叫墾漂。」於是決定把這群「墾漂」的故事拍成電影，宣傳一種新生活體驗。

李典勇曾被公認為台灣富有市場嗅覺的製作人之一，也製作無數叫座電視節目，常踞收視排行榜首。但是7年前到北京經營音樂版權代理，卻虧錢落寞回台灣，人生從高峰急轉直下，根本不知如何打理挫折的心情，於是帶著老婆來到墾丁，這一待就是2年。

到墾丁後李典勇以製作人敏銳觀察力，發現當地7成的生意人是來自外地，這些人有音樂家、藝人、藝術家等，甚至以前在都會叱吒風雲的人物，他們在墾丁經營民宿、ＰＵＢ等。李典勇定義為，「這些人在都會無法生存或不想競爭的人」，因為墾丁給人逃避的感覺，於是給了這群人「墾漂」的稱呼，道盡放逐、流浪、沉澱人生的意味。

【綜合報導】由「戰鬥民族」俄羅斯和烏克蘭的企業主共同投資的APP廠商「GetPure」，將推出約砲神器「Pure」，下月將進攻英國市場。

這套APP在設計之初，就以「快速找到性伴侶」為設計出發點，未來「Pure」會強調以地域性的使用者，在寂寞難耐之餘，快速在12~24小時之內找到談心者，甚至是發生一夜情的對象。

此外，該APP也強調約砲資料將會在1小時內自動清除，但這套軟體必須付費才能登錄使用，有傳出收費標準是24小時9.99美元(約新台幣300元)，但目前未獲總公司證實。

【顏振凱／台北報導】民進黨立委段宜康上午舉行記者會，指澎湖縣衛生局本月15日公布7月抽驗7家當地名產風茹茶業者檢驗結果，唯一合格的廠商是曾獲選「2010澎湖縣10大伴手禮」的廠商「外婆茶」，但《TVBS》、《中天》兩電視台相關報導，竟把「外婆茶」變成其他不合格風茹茶代表，還以「外婆茶」產品作拍攝背景，讓所有消費者以為農藥超標的是「外婆茶」。段宜康呼籲電視台要誠意道歉。也出席記者會的外婆茶業者陳成平也控兩電視台報導讓他業績掉了40%，要求兩台7天內公開道歉，否則不排除提告。

也出席記者會的國家通尋傳播委員會（NCC）處長黃金益也說，媒體採訪播報都要謹慎客觀屬實，依《衛星廣播電視法》規定，如果媒體播報有錯誤，依法可要求媒體在同一時間節目、廣告予以更正，如果評論受傷害，被評論者也可要求答辯權。黃金益說，媒體若未依法處理，依《衛星廣播電視法》規定，可給予警告，或以新台幣10萬以上、100萬以下罰款處分。

記者會中也播放兩電視台在8月16、17日播出的新聞畫面， 《TVBS》新聞畫面，主播的口白是「澎湖有名的伴手禮外婆茶農藥竟然傳出超標」，《中天》主播口白則是「澎湖有名的伴手禮外婆茶被驗出農藥超標」。記者會中也播放《TVBＳ》事後重做一則標題為「風茹茶農藥風暴！合格『外婆茶』遭波及」報導。但段宜康認為，電視新聞先說外婆茶農業超標，即便重做了一篇報導，歉意何在？難道不該請主播在電視上代表電視台公開道歉，才符合比例原則？尤其《中天》電視台母公司還是食品業起家，而《TVBS》雖然有更正報導，但原來那則錯誤的報導，為何現在網路上都還沒被移除？

段要求，兩電視台要拿出誠意， 當初報導時間有多長、道歉時間就該有多長，當初報導了幾次、道歉也該要有幾次。陳成平也說，長久來努力，希望給旅客優質茶飲，錯誤報導讓整體產業鏈遭受質疑，他自己電話也接不完，他要求公開道歉、補正報導、還原清白，錯誤報導連結馬上下架，如果得不到正面回應，不排除尋求必要法律途徑。
