【黃揚明／台北報導】民進黨立委陳其邁、高志鵬今與捍衛苗栗青年聯盟舉行記者會，會中捍衛苗栗青年聯盟成員傅偉哲拿出一張烏龍警方通知書，指控苗栗縣警局要發到案通知給前台大研究生協會會長林飛帆，竟寄給住在台中豐原的同名同姓的另一位林飛帆，顯示苗栗縣政府已荒謬至極，為了速辦參與816守護苗栗音樂會的人，沒查清楚就發通知。

林飛帆下午接受《蘋果》訪問表示，前兩天他與家住台中豐原的林飛帆取得聯絡，林的家人收到通知書也立刻向苗栗縣警局反映錯誤。林說，他比另一位林飛帆大4歲，目前他還沒收到警方的正確通知書。可能苗栗縣長劉政鴻想要速辦學生，才會連基本查證都沒做。

苗栗縣警局主秘高誌良回應，林飛帆部分是現場同仁蒐證後依據照片比對，是否通知書發給不同人，「還要進一步釐清」。

【綜合報導】流經匈牙利的多瑙河段，日前出現大批蜉蝣軍團，數量多達數百萬隻滿天飛舞，單車騎士得戴上面罩，以躲避大批蜉蝣正面撲擊，還有不少人停留觀看，拍下這驚人的畫面。

由於過去幾年清理多瑙河有成，乾淨的河流再度讓蜉蝣繁衍，專家表示由於河內的硝酸鹽和磷酸鹽含量減少，蜉蝣歷經40年後首度在這裡孵化，大批蜉蝣在空中飛舞，以尋找伴侶繁衍下一代，之後便會死亡。

【孫英哲／彰化報導】用無限熱情，勇敢前進部落！朝陽科技大學社工系三年級的六名女學生，參加中彰投就業服務中心舉辦的非營利組織服務學習競賽，與原住民深耕德瑪汶協會合作，勇敢前進位處偏遠山區的台中市和平區的泰雅族部落，並發揮創意，為部落設計一系列的導覽地圖、識別標誌、指示牌，並替部落舉辦義賣。六名女大學生的熱情付出不但感動部落族人，也讓她們在中彰投就業服務中舉辦的競賽獲獎。

這支名為「閱。青春」的服務團隊，成員雖都是嬌柔的女大學生，但她們為了服務部落，多次騎機車翻山越嶺深入部落。隊長唐旻琪說，她們每趟來回台中山區的泰雅族部落，至少需要四個多小時的時間，除曾遇過像是瀑布般的暴雨外，也曾遇到地震。隊員郭庭佑表示，希望她們為部落設計的一系列標示、導覽圖等文宣，可為部落的經濟產業發展及族人就業盡一份力。

中彰投區就業服務中心指出，今年共有２６３位熱血大專青年投入項非營利組織服務學習競賽，這些大學生的創意及熱情，為許多非營利組織提供就業及行銷的提供無限可能，並帶來實質上的幫助，而為展示成果，該中心今天也在田尾鄉公路花園舉辦「多元ＧＯ好玩－大型聯合行銷活動」，邀請三十多個非營利組織及與賽學生團隊分享成功的經驗。

愛爾蘭廉航瑞安航空(Ryanair)的客機，近年多次因燃料不足急降，報告揭發瑞安航空為節省成本，要求機師以最低標準燃油量出航，一旦遇上突發事故，後果堪憂。西班牙事故調查委員會報告，揭發瑞安內部人員的備忘錄，要求機師不用遵守每次航程應額外攜帶備用燃料的慣例，表示攜帶備用燃料，公司每年預估虧損500萬美元，約是1.5億台幣。
