蕭太太讓長子先下車，她與次子還在車上，公車隨即啟動，導致長子拉著她的手在車外奔跑。

【施春美╱台北報導】真是粗心的公車司機。民眾蕭太太前天帶兩名幼子搭大都會客運公車，左手牽的七歲長子先下車，公車即啟動，右手抱著兩歲次子的她還在車上，長子拉著她的手在車外奔跑，後才緊急停車。蕭太太批：「若小孩跌倒、遭車輾怎麼辦？」大都會客運昨致歉，表示司機將記過；北市公運處指此案將嚴重影響公車營運評鑑。

蕭太太昨向《蘋果》投訴，前天上午她左牽長子、右抱次子，搭大都會客運二八五公車，因上車即投車票，所以自後車門下車。

抱次子在車上喊停

蕭太太在台北學苑站下車，左手牽的長子先下車，她與次子也要下車時，公車就啟動，導致長子拉著她的手在車外奔跑。她驚叫後，司機才停車，所幸長子無意外，她怒批：「若小孩當時摔倒或遭車輾，怎麼辦？」
蕭太太回憶，她當時還抱著次子，在車上擋住將關閉的車門，無法跳車救長子，除大叫停車，只能甩開大兒子的手，此驚魂記讓她餘悸猶存，「仍會腿軟。」
大都會客運保安科襄理高燦煌昨回應，前天上午因該車李姓司機未注意後車門乘客上下車情形，導致幼童在車外拉著母親的手奔跑，深感抱歉，除行政懲處司機，也將進行再教育。
北市公運處科長楊靜婷表示，曾有民眾投訴司機未停妥即開車，導致乘客在車內受傷，但幼童拉著母親的手在車外奔跑從未發生，今將要求大都會客運說明，並調閱行車影像，若屬實將嚴重影響該公司評鑑。

「太粗心應受懲處」

民眾余小姐說，她曾帶兩幼子搭公車，長子先下車後，司機即行駛，留下她跟次子在車內，「嚇得大兒子在車外大叫，我當下大喊停車，幸好沒事。這種粗心司機應被懲處，以避免釀成憾事。」

搭乘及駕駛公車須知

．乘客應按鈴、確保公車司機聽到下車鈴聲，待車輛停妥後再下車
．公車司機應在公車停靠站區讓乘客上下車，並注意乘客上下車情況，如是否已完全上車，上車後乘客是否已站穩，才能繼續行駛

【李銘宏／台北報導】「警察先生，淡水老街後面這邊好像有浮屍」，今天凌晨2時許，警方接獲民眾報案表示，在淡水區公所後側看見浮屍，警消也獲報前往現場打撈。

警方表示，死者是一名約40~50歲女性，身穿藍色牛仔褲及紅白條紋上衣，左手小指有戴戒指，身上無身份證件，疑似落水不久，初步勘驗身上無明顯外傷，警方已將屍體暫移至板橋殯儀館冰存，等檢察官相驗，警方也會盡快查明死者身份。

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案先前由軍事法院審理，何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲3大關鍵人物，兩度被裁定交保縱放，昨桃園地方法院召開《軍事審判法》修訂後，洪案移審司法機關首次羈押庭，認為3人有湮滅、偽造證據或勾串共犯之虞，裁定羈押。
3人聆聽裁定後，范佐憲身體發抖，何江忠、徐信正面無表情，家屬眼眶泛淚，哭著走出法庭。洪爸爸、洪媽媽、姊姊洪慈庸及舅舅胡世和相當欣慰，胡世和說：「終於等到這一天！」

洪案經軍檢和桃園地院調查，洪被送禁閉的過程中，當時負責審核送禁閉和接收禁閉人員的兩名憲兵官，都發現資料有缺失，不能將洪送禁閉，原本可防止悲劇發生，不料因為陰錯陽差和馬虎行事，讓洪踏上死亡路。
