【綜合報導】新浪微博網友「無限寂靜01」昨天貼出多張Motorola Droid 5間諜照，並稱這款Motorola尚未上市的新手機將支持NFC、無線充電、仍然保留實體鍵盤，並可防水、防塵、防震。

這組照片包括Droid 5的拍照介面與內部安置無線充電線圈的畫面。有趣的是，標籤上寫著“Assembled in KOREA”（韓國組裝），不像Moto X那樣在美國本土完工。這項消息隨後被Engadget、TechCrunch等知名科技網站轉載。

【施昂強／台北報導】賓士車撞橋墩翻車意外，今日下午5時許，北市信義路五段信義快速道路前，發生一起賓士車撞橋墩翻車交通事故，只見賓士車車輛直接撞上平面道路與快速道路橋墩翻車， 所幸車上夫妻兩人皆未受困，受到輕微擦傷，自行爬出車外等待警消救援處理善後。
 
63歲的陳姓駕駛表示，當時行駛中線欲往快速道路上橋，左方1輛小客車突然強行右切行駛，跨越2車道往平面車道駛去，才不慎撞上交流道橋墩翻車，還好車輛夠堅固經的起撞擊才沒受到太大傷害。

【陸運鋒／台北報導】胖達人麵包風波延燒至今，台北地檢署已介入地查，昨天晚間前往該集團位在復興北路上的公司內搜索，檢調離開時將相關證物帶回，董事長徐洵平、總經理、會計和財務一行4人也隨即前往刑大接受檢察官的訊問。

徐董事長2時許離開刑大時，透過媒體向消費者2度鞠躬道歉，表示會全力配合檢察官調查，也將在下周一與消保官會面，針對消費者的賠償事宜做討論。

【綜合報導】豬哥亮主演的《大尾鱸鰻》無緣金馬獎，導演邱瓈寬(寬姊)火大以「自慰說」抨擊，昨豬哥亮則是自責：「劇組是被我害的，我說過不參加三金頒獎典禮，不入圍也不可惜，是我得罪人！」

2011年7月，原本華視建議找豬哥亮出席台北電影節，但傳出主辦單位認為他分量不足意願不高，讓豬大為光火：「哪有一個人水準那麼低，說我分量不夠，這件事讓我很傷心！也不應這樣糟蹋我。」並宣告從此不參加三金。

【陸運鋒／新北報導】板橋區四川路一處公寓發生墜落意外，民眾聽聞碰撞聲後出門查看，發現一位男子墜落在他家門口，嚇得趕緊報案。
 
警消獲報趕抵現場後發現，男子疑似從4樓墜落，撞擊1樓遮雨棚後摔落地面，救護人員立即將男子急救送往亞東醫院，轄區警員目前正在調查男子的身分以及詳細墜落原因。

【胡守得／台北報導】再生受刑人中心社長董念台，今天上午上身穿西裝、下身著短褲及拖鞋，到台北地檢署按鈴控告承審洪仲丘案的桃園地院3名法官涉嫌瀆職、圖利原告。
 
董念台說，「洪案發展至今，就像是原告指揮報案，被告沒有人權，全身穿著是諷立院修法，修法修半套，像仿色情業，洪案軍檢起訴不公，應將軍方起訴廢除，移由桃檢起訴，而不是直接交由桃院審理，審理洪案的桃院3名法官代表是中華民國法律，應公平審判，不該有壓力」。

【綜合報導】四川成都昨晚發生的街頭瘋狂砍人命案，一名41歲男子，先後在公車及街上持刀襲擊市民，死亡人數增至4人，另有11人受傷，部份人傷勢嚴重。
 
警方調查指，疑兇是成都本地人，長期在外打工，因經濟問題與家人不和而犯案，由於疑兇拒捕並一度持刀威嚇，被警員開槍制服，腿部受傷。與傷者同行的親友指出與嫌犯並不認識，男子行兇時不發一言，多數市民來不及防備而中刀。
 
目擊者指，昨晚9時許，疑兇上了一輛公車並拔刀襲擊乘客，公車司機緊急停車，並打開車門讓乘客逃生，疑犯亦逃離公車，沿途並刺傷多名途人。目擊者指，疑兇手持一把20公分長的匕首，至於公車司機則在脫困後手持拖把，一路追趕疑兇，部分居民亦手持板凳協助制止疑兇傷人。

特攻聯盟2打從一開頭就失去了充滿新鮮感的敘述 尤其是好和壞、認真和搞笑、厲害與笨拙上的高度對比 這就是這兩集導演的功力差異 去除了這些，第一集還有"熱血"、"感人"、"夢想"+ etc. 第二集就只剩下暴力與血腥(第一集還含有更加誇張的成分) 雖然第一集是限制級，但是我還是要冠上"童趣"這樣子的讚美 讓小孩子和天真的夥伴們對抗殺人不眨眼的大壞蛋，經過一番努力，成功了！ 第二集的節奏模糊不清，只想要靠第一集傳下來的配樂來督促觀眾，高潮要開始了! .........但結果往往令人失望 總之，第二集缺乏節奏與改編上的特殊感，留下來的只有鬧劇一場，假若更沒有第一集的 架構支撐，第二集的評論還會更糟.... 我無法感受到Marcus對Mindy的愛 Kickass和眾夥伴們的使命感 更少了許多"惡趣味"，像是更加"認真"的壞人、拍案叫絕的惡搞 多了落落長的對話和臉部特寫、節奏一直拉不起來的動作場面 還好在飛車對決戰比廣告的節奏來的好多了 (囧) -- PS. 不跟第一集比較，評論上就是爛爛爛雷 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.227.225.73
