【綜合報導】正在馬來西亞訪問的美國國防部長海格（Chuck Hagel），今天告訴記者，如果歐巴馬總統決定對敘利亞動武，軍方已做好準備。

海格說，歐巴馬已要求國防部「為所有偶發事件做好準備」，國防部已完成這項要求。

敘利亞政府昨天警告美國勿出兵，否則將使中東地區陷入火海。

【邱中岳／新北報導】新北市1名52歲凃姓男子上周三才因吸食、持有毒品遭警方逮捕，但凃男遭警移送以1萬元交保後，隔天竟再度販賣毒品遭警方逮捕。
 
警方表示，上周四在三峽民生街巡邏時，發現凃姓男子形跡鬼祟，於是尾隨凃男，赫然發現凃男正與另名男子進行毒品交易，立刻將2人逮捕。警方呼籲，毒品害人不淺，請民眾切勿以身試法。

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】嘉義市政府文化局與阮劇團合作舉辦「2013桃城戲劇節--遊藝戲劇工作坊」，吸引100多位市民報名參與，今天在蔡明純老師帶領的「戲劇的創造」單元後，結束為期2週的基礎戲劇課程，學員體驗後表示，原來「玩戲」的感覺這麼有趣，讓人重新發現生活的樂趣。
 
文化局表示，「桃城戲劇節」安排充滿想像力與戲劇美感的主題活動，學員以輕鬆、分享的角度，讓戲劇元素深入民眾日常生活，充分感受戲劇魅力，深耕更多喜愛戲劇的人口。今天讓學員從遊戲體驗中，觀察肢體與空間、他人與自身的關係，體會「戲劇即是生活縮影」。
 
在幼稚園工作的蔡老師表示，工作坊課程為她帶來不一樣的觀點，讓她從日常生活的框架中重新發現生活的樂趣。在外地唸書的許姓男大生也說，放暑假期間有機會參與課程，除了放鬆心情，舞台化妝課讓他體驗男生不瞭解的世界，也相當有趣。

標題[討論] 國片還要護航到何時

國片因為環境啦經費啦.....blahblahblah 所以國人要進電影院支持 拍攝技巧生澀 劇情荒謬不合理 演員演技僵硬 題材走不出本土 都沒有關係 睜一隻眼閉一隻眼 差強人意也該給予鼓勵 這些話你五年前跟我講我還相信 但海角奇蹟出現了 那些年熱銷東亞也達成了 塞德克巴來全台總動員宣傳也經歷過了 痞子英雄大場面也嘗試過了 大尾盧鰻賀歲片賣座極致也有了 到底還有什麼理由給國片一而再再而三的藉口 可以拍的跟連續劇或是綜藝節目小短劇一樣水準的片子 然後要你花錢進電影院觀賞 保護心態時間一久 像寶島大暴走 寶島雙雄這類明顯消費國人支持國片熱情的騙錢電影就會不斷出現 舉這兩個例子是因為他夠極端 不諱言的 我個人認為雞排英雄 陣頭 大尾 總鋪師都可以算上消費熱情的騙錢電影 我來看他就是這麼爛 可惜他不夠爛所以在電影版甚至票房還有辦法得到支持 不知道是國片之前真的爛太久 所以好不容易萌芽的國片熱要像保護圓仔一樣呵護備至 還是台灣觀眾素質就真的只適合接受這種程度的片子 繼續保護下去下場就是跟裕隆一樣 永遠扶不上墻 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.75.217

【張勵德／台北報導】10月電價第2波調漲勢在必行，但傳出行政院有意增加電費級距或縮小漲幅。台電副總李鴻洲今天受訪時強調，目前媒體報導的內容多屬臆測，台電不予置評，不過電價調整屬於行政院權責，未來行政院若做出各種決定，台電即使無奈也會配合辦理。

按照台電原本計畫，10月將要調漲目前電價的9.64％，但引發外界批評電價調整恐帶動萬物齊漲。李鴻洲表示，根據最新統計，即使今年10月電價如期調漲，今年台電還是得虧損425億元，萬一漲價出現變數，虧損恐再增加136億元，而截至7月為止，台電總虧損已高達2288億元，若完全不調漲電價，台電恐面臨更大的財務危機。

李鴻洲說，從去年以來燃料價格不斷高漲，尤其目前油價及天然氣價格不斷飆升，目前台電發電成本每度電約3.16元，但即便10月調漲電價後，台電平均每度電價只有2.88元，賣1度電還是得虧0.28元，希望民眾能夠了解台電真實的危機。

至於外界質疑台電7月出現約6億元的盈餘，為何還要調漲電價？李鴻洲解釋，這是因為今年尖峰用電不如預期，台電省下不少燃油、燃氣的發電成本，加上夏月電價調漲，才會有盈餘產生，不過夏天過後又將再度面臨月月虧損的情況。

標題[請問] 電腦連上WIFI 卻無法連上任何網頁

急問啊~幫我朋友代問 我朋友人剛到美國 在他住所連Wifi時 都可以連上 如此圖所示http://imgur.com/WC5ZC4s 可是問題來了 當他上到任何網頁 都會出現DNS錯誤 像這樣http://imgur.com/arI8uLG 都會出現DNS搜尋失敗 然後改成Google的DNS 是可以上Google 可是上其他網頁還是一樣的情況 他的室友跟房東都可以連上 就只有我朋友出問題 然後房東也一副無解的樣子....還叫他回來台灣問 我朋友最近就要開學了 急需用到網路 懇請各位大人們給一些意見跟幫助 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.83.211
