圖文網誌版：http://www.wretch.cc/blog/bo2/17362116 -------------------- 餐廳：高雄.新興-沐創作料理 地址：高雄市新興區民生一路12號 電話：(07)225-0525 營業時間：11:30-14:00/17:30-21:30 用餐日期：2013/08/24 價位：(本價目僅供參考，正確價格以店家為主) 無菜單料理 午餐NT.500(單人) 晚餐 NT.1000/NT.1500/NT.2000/NT.3000元(單人) 需加10%服務費(不接受刷卡) ----------------- 沐創作料理就位於民生路跟民族路交叉口一帶， 因為我設導航，到了才知道原來是我同學家樓下，也太巧了。 外觀看起來很高雅，之前來我以為是傢俱店(也差太多)。 不過這一帶有個缺點，就是不好停車，如果可以是騎機車過來會比較方便。 餐廳共兩樓層，一樓是開放式廚房，二樓是用餐空間。 一進門就看到個吸引我目光的東西，就是那隻豬，本人可是愛豬人士啊。 結完帳走出門才忘記說應該要問老闆怎會放隻豬在店門口的說。 沐的整體裝潢基調是走黑色系，低調中卻又帶點奢華。 有現代時尚感，但隱約又透點微微的傳統風格。 不管是桌上的餐具/桌墊/還是一旁的擺飾等等都很有質感。 ----------------- 「沐創作料理」提供的是無菜單料理，通常我心中的無菜單料理， 單價似乎都是很不便宜，當天忘記領錢，身上剩不到一千， 差點擔心付不出來。結果原來午晚餐價錢不大一樣(放鬆吐氣)， 午餐500元，晚餐則是1000、1500、2000、3000元不等， 老闆事後有解釋，價格不同當然在料理上的豐富也不一樣， 晚餐內容會比午餐更豐盛許多， 這餐吃下來，午餐就已經讓我們有驚艷的感覺，可見晚餐應該更值得期待。 午餐500元大概是一沙拉/兩前菜/一主菜/一湯/一甜點/一飲品， 海鮮類居多，份量很敢給，所以吃超飽的。 雖然充滿不定性是件很可怕的事，不過這樣也蠻有神秘感，會讓人期待下次再相會。 ----------------- 因為是創作料哩，沒有菜單，服務生講完我立馬就忘， 吃東西我不愛筆記，所以菜名就讓我就亂取吧(我只會對味道有記性)。 ----------------- 【五穀葵花子】 算是餐前點心，吃起來有淡淡的糖霜滋味，很健康養生。 ----------------- 【蝦蛄佐油醋莎拉】 雖然蝦蛄有先處理好剪開，不過還是不好食用， 後來才知道這季節的蝦蛄肉少吃起來是有點小粉的口感， 不過這道沙拉算是很清爽開胃就是。 ----------------- 【香煎白帶魚佐蕃茄奶油醬】 雖然很常吃煎白帶魚，但像這樣佐醬的吃法還是頭次吃到。 蕃茄醬加了奶油中和酸味，加了檸檬，所以還會吃到檸檬的陣陣清香。 ----------------- 【XO醬炒肉片螃蟹龍鬚菜】 很難想像，會把肉/螃蟹跟龍鬚菜，這三項擺在一起快炒， 是說完全不突兀就是，而且螃蟹很新鮮， 只是吃螃蟹又是個大工程，手會很忙。 ----------------- 【茭白筍香煎嫩雞排】 主餐的部份是嫩煎雞排，肉質軟嫩，配上像是莎莎醬的沾醬，很不錯， 再搭上像是茭白筍等等的青菜，雖是肉食，但吃起來是很清爽的滋味。 ----------------- 【蛤蠣湯】 湯頭看似簡單，但喝的到蛤蠣的新鮮清甜味。 ----------------- 【水果奶酪】甜點 連手工製的甜點都這麼漂亮繽紛， 上層是芒果跟小葡萄，再佐以桑葚醬， 下層則是QQ很有口感的凍圓，配上清爽的優格，交疊出多變化的層次感。 ----------------- 【無糖紅茶】 茶香濃郁，喝起來不澀，對於不愛喝甜的我來說，是蠻喜歡的。 而且吃飽飽後，喝點茶去油解膩是蠻不錯的。 ----------------- 【小詠美食度量表】☆此為個人主觀看法..僅供參考☆ 美味度：★★★★☆ 價位：3.5/5 CP值：★★★★☆ 回訪率：★★★★☆ 小詠OS：1. 位於民生路跟民族路交叉口一帶。 2. 午餐500元，晚餐則是1000、1500、2000、3000元不等。 3. 以海鮮料理為主。 ----------------- -- 我吃.我玩.我記錄..凡走過必留下痕跡 http://www.wretch.cc/blog/bo2 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.60.92.15

玻利維亞參議員品托因檢舉政界有人捲入國際販毒，經巴西駐拉巴斯大使館官員協助潛逃至巴西，玻國總統莫拉萊斯今天要求巴西高層把人交出來。

莫拉萊斯（Evo Morales）在記者會中說，巴西應該交出品托（Roger Pinto），讓他接受玻利維亞法律制裁，才是響應反貪防腐的最佳方式。

他把這起事件歸咎於「一小撮人」意圖破壞巴西與玻利維亞的關係，在兩國之間製造不信任和猜忌。

莫拉萊斯要求巴西政府解釋，為何品托被帶離大使館，並指稱從未監視品托，他可以在玻國境內自由走動，只因官司纏身，不能離境。

事實上，因法院下令限制他人身自由期間，品托只能靠偷渡離開玻利維亞。去年品托獲巴西庇護前，莫拉萊斯政府曾下令搜查巴西前外交部長阿摩林（CelsoAmorim）乘坐的專機，因懷疑品托可能在機上。

莫拉萊斯也引用巴西總統羅賽芙（Dilma Rousseff）昨天所言，品托離境讓他的生命受到威脅。

媒體報導，品托在1年多前檢舉玻國重要政治人物牽扯國際販毒，之後藏匿於巴西駐拉巴斯大使館，上週末由2名巴西武官護送，乘坐公務車離境抵巴西，掀起2國外交風波。

越來越多義大利人吃素，其中有些人是蛋奶食品也不吃的全素食主義者，豆腐和豆漿成為他們喜愛新餐點。

第4屆的「素食節」30日起將在義大利東北部的戈里齊亞（Gorizia）舉辦，主辦單位指出，6%的義大利人是素食主義者，有1%是拒吃蛋奶的全素者，年齡集中在25到34歲間。

根據調查，男性選擇吃素的原因主要是有益於健康，女性則認為這可以減少殺生，她們多數也傾向讓小孩吃素。 認為少吃肉有助於環保的人仍屬於少數。

巴多瓦大學（University of Padua）的生物和環境系教授塔米諾（Gianni Tamino）說，1公斤的肉要消耗掉1個人1年洗澡的水量，如果穀類不用來飼養牛和豬，全球就不會有人缺糧挨餓。

因應新趨勢，米蘭的餐廳紛紛推出素食菜單，超市也設有素食專區，提供豆漿、米漿、豆腐和素食漢堡等，取代義大利人熱愛的牛奶和乳酪。

米蘭的一些小學也安排了「全素餐」，讓小朋友也可以嘗試只有蔬菜和堅果的餐點。

素食廚師里蒙（Pietro Leemann）告訴「晚郵報」，「以前我拿出夾著豆腐的三明治時，總覺得有些尷尬，但現在不會了。越來越多人明白吃素有益健康、環保和倫理。」

腸胃科醫師布斯卡里尼（Elisabetta Buscarini）則對這股全素食風持保留態度，尤其是和義大利人原有的飲食習慣落差大太。

她指出，如果沒有專業醫生的建議，自行吃全素很可能造成營養不均衡，蛋白質、維生素和礦物質攝取不足，小孩、老人和孕婦要特別謹慎。

【張勵德／台北報導】從今天凌晨到上午，康芮颱風環流帶來為中南部地區帶來劇烈降雨，中央氣象局上午9時上修了康芮颱風的總雨量預測，嘉義以南平地與山區總雨量均調高到500到800毫米，台中、彰化平地也提高到200到400毫米，南投、雲林平地則提高到300到500毫米。
 
根據氣象局最新統計，從今天凌晨0時至上午9時為止，嘉義中坑累積雨量達465毫米，屏東大漢山也有446.5毫米，雲林阿丹、虎尾雨量也超過400毫米，雲嘉及屏東多處地區累積雨量都達到「超大豪雨」(24小時累積雨量達350毫米以上)等級。

【李姿慧／台北報導】受康芮颱風帶來豪雨的影響，公路總局今表示，包括台9線蘇花公路等7條公路封閉，包括台82線水上交流道至嘉義交流道間，因淹水交通管制封閉，水位消退後將開放，另台9線蘇花公路因山區持續降雨，目前預警性封閉，預計今中午12時開放；台18線阿里山公路因山區持續降雨封閉，預計明清晨6時開放；台20線高中路段預警性封閉，今上午10時將開放。

另還有嘉義縣梅山鄉縣149甲線全仔社橋至九層龍橋路段、嘉義縣竹崎鄉縣159甲線光華村路段、嘉義縣阿里山鄉縣169線達邦村路段等因山區持續降雨封閉，目前預計明天清晨6時開放。

標題[問題] 請推薦適合帶小寶寶去玩的民訴或農場

現在問好像有點晚了，但還是請熱情的各位幫我推薦一下。 九月初的周末中午要在新竹喝喜酒， 約15:30左右可以離開。 想在桃園找一個可以帶2歲小人玩耍住宿的地方(我們兩大一小) 希望是晚上可以看到很多星星的地方。 因為小人還沒看過「滿天都是小星星」是怎麼一回事.... 問過埔心牧場，不過埔心已經滿了。 我想九月初的訂房可能真的很熱門吧 Orz 請大家不吝推薦，謝謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.223.199
