【黃揚明／台北報導】南台灣嚴重淹水，內政部長李鴻源批部分縣市首長沒做好準備，民進黨立委吳秉叡上午反批李「很糟糕」，水患發生還在政治鬥爭，把責任推給地方，「怎麼有臉說這樣的話？」綠委陳亭妃也批李：「是不是想選舉想過頭？」陳亭妃說，遺憾中央政府在淹水時不是擔心地方災情，而是噴口水！

陳亭妃說，根據氣象局前天晚上提供資料，台南市大部分地區是150至300公釐，並未達停班停課的350公釐標準，雖然氣象局提醒要嚴防山區豪雨，但這是每次颱風來襲都會提醒，要地方首長怎麼評估？她也呼籲，中央部會首長應捫心自問自己做了多少，「如果噴口水颱風就不會進來，那你可以這樣做！」

【綜合報導】中國外長王毅29日就敘利亞局勢分別與聯合國秘書長潘基文、德國外長韋斯特維勒以及阿拉伯國家盟秘書長阿拉比通電話，重申中國反對任何人使用化學武器，但調查是否使用以及誰使用化武才是解決問題的必要程序。
 
王毅指出軍事手段解決不了敘利亞問題，軍事干預也違反了《聯合國憲章》宗旨以及國際關係的基本準則，只會造成更多平民傷亡。中國立場認為，尋求政治途徑仍是解決敘利亞問題的唯一方式。

【綜合報導】中國又出現山寨一條街。遼寧瀋陽一條剛開業的精品街上，近日出現了多家國際名牌店，但細心一看，原來全部是山寨。

例如HERMES變HERWES，Haagen-Dazs變Haagen-Dezs，連渣打銀行都被山寨成「查打」，從「Standard Chartered」變成「Standard Chertered」。其實該條精品街並沒有上述國際名牌和銀行進駐，但當地房地產商卻模仿名牌招牌來做宣傳，完全無視智慧財產權。

【蕭文康／台北報導】Yahoo！奇摩今正式宣布將在2013年12月26日終止Yahoo！奇摩無名小站與Yahoo！奇摩部落格這兩項服務，網友原來的資料也將自2013年9月2日起開放網友資料備份下載、搬家、新網址宣傳與VIP付費網友的退費服務。
 
Yahoo！奇摩指出，從去年開始Yahoo！正在快速發展中，像是推出Yahoo！電子信箱、天氣App以及超級商城手機版等行動化服務、收購深獲年輕人喜愛的輕網誌Tumblr、針對Flickr大規模改版，提供免費1TB儲存空間，並在台灣正式推出Flickr網路相簿服務。
 
不過，為了重新聚焦在優化核心產品和加速開發創新服務，必須做出困難的決定，經過審慎評估，將在2013年12月26日終止Yahoo！奇摩無名小站與Yahoo！奇摩部落格這兩項服務。
 
針對網友記錄及分享照片、文章等生活點滴的需求，網友們除了可選擇將照片分享到全新的Flickr網路相簿服務，Yahoo！也與中華電信合作，提供網友輕鬆搬家的服務，希望讓網友將過往的寶貴紀錄，搬移到提供類似服務的Xuite隨意窩等。

　　《攻城掠地》將於 9 月 4 日進行繁中版刪檔封測，官方特別於今（30）日釋出新手必備指南，想快速前進三國世界爭霸天下的將軍們不必苦練功，更無需砸下大把銀子，只要按照攻略走，火速登上世界殺敵榜絕不是夢想！

國家陣營選擇不困難　推薦國帶你上天堂
　　初次進入攻城掠地的玩家首先將碰到一個選國家的選項，如果和朋友一起玩的可以和朋友選擇同一個國家，如果是一個人玩攻城的話可以選擇推薦的國家，選擇推薦國家有一個好處：贈送 50 金幣。可別小看 50 金幣，經常有些時候卡經驗升級的時候多有一些金幣攻打「經驗 NPC」將是突破級別的最佳選擇。

　　選擇國家後，就會出現任務的提示－「根據主線任務走，輕鬆到 30」。跟著遊戲中的提示走基本上玩家們都能輕鬆到達 30 級，期間偶爾有卡等的時候，這時我們可以選擇用金幣購買「隱藏副本」。實際操作方式為點擊副本，進入副本後點擊右上角的隱藏副本頭像購買經驗 NPC 次數即可。

魔鬼藏在細節裡　新手將軍必注意
一、自動化升級要留意
　　新手進入遊戲後第一個碰到的事件就是建設資源，此時就不得不推薦一下 VIP 1 所具備「自動升級建築」的功能；30 級之前自動升級建築的功能都還能免費試用，如果是想長期經營下去的將軍，30 級之後「自動升級建築」此可以大量減少等待時間的功能是絕對必備，此 CP 值非常之高，將軍們可考慮小小投資大賺長期！

二、制勝戰術需三思而後行
　　每一場戰鬥，玩家可最多上陣 5 個武將，部隊以佇列式排布，展開前仆後繼的遞進式掩殺。因武將戰法各有千秋，在戰鬥開始前，將軍們可自由調換武將順序。此外，戰鬥系統加入了即時操作的戰術，需要根據戰場上的實際情況，臨陣指揮大軍。戰術選擇正確，會對戰局產生非常重要的影響。

　　大家可以根據圖片中的克制效果選擇正確的戰術。值得注意的是，點擊中間武將頭像就會釋放該武將的戰法，戰法能夠克制一切戰術！

三、遊戲中問號別錯過　內藏驚喜情報
　　《攻城掠地》中添加了很多人性化的設計，點擊「商店」介面的問號，可以查看到裝備開放等級，點擊「酒館」的問號會顯示副本掉落武將的清單。

四、特色城池要爭取
　　世界地圖中一共 4 座特色城池：「廬江」、「陳留」、「白帝」及「襄陽」，佔領後可獲得各種全新功能，世界地圖開放之後就力爭幾座特色城池吧！

　　【廬江】特色系統：商店，特色作用：商店刷新 CD 縮短、訓練經驗翻倍。
　　【陳留】特色系統：黑市，特色作用：黑市兌換 CD 減少、交易獲得額外資源。
　　【白帝】特色系統：集市，特色作用：交易量翻倍（鑌鐵與募兵令除外）。
　　【襄陽】特色系統：軍資獎勵，特色作用：軍資獎勵會出現鑌鐵。

五、世界地圖寶箱必撿起
　　推開世界迷霧之後，在世界地圖中會有很多的寶箱，寶箱中有很豐厚的獎勵，有些寶箱甚至還能開出金幣獎勵喔！心動了嗎？心動不如馬上行動！

【綜合報導】中國創作歌手李健日前來台出輯，他創作的歌曲《傳奇》和《風吹麥浪》均創下破億下載量，《傳奇》因好友王菲在2010年春晚演唱而竄紅，李健出道10年多來總算熬出頭。他認為，周杰倫的運氣很好，但不算是創作歌手；杰威爾音樂表示，個人觀點，一笑置之。

今天出刊《時報周刊》報導，李健在中國有「音樂詩人」之稱的創作歌手，對台灣的流行音樂，他認為，流行音樂不該只有小情小愛，該以更大格局抒發自身想法。在中國走紅的藝人周杰倫，李健讚賞他的音樂與工作成就，卻語出驚人地說，「我不認為他是個創作歌手」，他的運氣很好，加上懂旋律與作詞人方文山搭配效果很好，周杰倫比較算是「Melody Maker」。
