【李宗祐／嘉義報導】晚間番路鄉仁義潭發現的男性浮屍，經家屬認屍後確認是嘉義市知名婦科醫師許文德；是否生前落水，還要進一步調查釐清。
 
深夜11時30分左右許文德的太太和兒子先後趕到嘉義市立殯儀館認屍後悲痛不已。
 
警方調查，63歲許男曾在8月23日至26日因精神疾病就醫，自此失聯，晚間民眾在仁義潭發現浮屍報案，警方據報到場打撈，依其浮腫狀況推測死亡超過3天，身上只有一張法院「侵占」傳票，到案日為8月28日。警方依據傳票上的住址，找到許文德住處，進而聯絡親人。

內政部於通過「臺灣地區無戶籍國民申請入國居留定居許可辦法」第8條修正草案，將無戶籍國民臨時入境停留期限由現行30天放寬為3個月。

內政部表示，本次修正「臺灣地區無戶籍國民申請入國居留定居許可辦法」，是考量以往無戶籍國民來臺申請臨時入境停留（落地簽）之期限僅有30天，對需在臺停留較長期間者，將造成不便，故本次修正放寬無戶籍國民臨時入境停留期限，由現行30天延長至3個月，以解決其臨時入境停留之困擾。修正草案將於近日依法制作業程序發布施行。

【綜合報導】美國一名前高中老師、54歲男子朗伯德(Stacey Dean Rambold)涉嫌在2008年性侵一名14歲女學生莫拉蕾絲(Cherice Morales)，而莫拉蕾絲在2010年自殺身亡，但本周一法官判決該案，竟判決朗伯德坐牢僅30天，引發全美民眾公憤。

當地媒體報導指出，朗伯德至少性侵莫拉蕾絲達3次，原本他的罪行應該被判處15年有期徒刑，但法官鮑夫(Todd Baugh)卻在本周一的宣判庭，判朗伯德坐牢30天，莫拉蕾絲的母親聽到判決後，當庭大罵法官「人渣」後憤而離席，鮑夫現在也因此成為全民公敵。

鮑夫昨日向媒體說：「我真的是笨蛋，我做錯了。」他向社會大眾表達歉意，但目前已經有1萬人連署要求鮑夫辭職。

還是可汗基本教義派fan護航 不喜歡請左轉 我是真的很喜歡這部片 超級喜歡可汗 如果有得罪 多多包涵 約翰哈里森開無雙一人滅掉整個克林貢艦隊 這不算神 神的是他一邊要躲開企業號艦員 還不能射死企業號船員 射死一個劇情就不那麼令人滿足了 玩過生存遊戲都知道 隊友誤傷率很高 不怕老虎一樣的對手只怕豬一樣的隊友 約翰哈里森達成率百分之百 解決掉共同敵人後 寇克到這裡也不確定他是敵是友了吧 如果只是要談判要人質 留下寇克跟少數船員就可以了 約翰哈里森何必要做到難度這麼高(一個都不能誤殺)的程度呢 (這裡他是特務不是嗜殺成性的可汗) 我想這是觀眾跟寇克的共同疑問 約翰哈里森問到魚雷的數量 七十二個 就投降了 等到可汗揭開真面目回頭對照前面的疑問(一個都不能少) 就有很合理的解答 因為可汗也是艦長 被寇克毆打一頓 他酸溜溜的叫寇克"艦長" 強化人要對普通人投降 其實心裡非常不服氣吧 自己是艦長要向別的艦長投降就更不服氣 奈何形勢比人強 船員在人家手裡就是得低頭 ======================================== 插個話 頭髮不連戲我在第一次看時就有注意到 明明被寇克打亂了 上艦時卻是梳得整整齊齊 難道寇克打完人還給他梳子嗎? 結果看脫口秀節目 原來是導演剪了洗澡戲分 導演自己在製造bug 這場shower戲我覺得真的有點evil耶 very sexy BC真是太壞太帥了 BC在戲外接受各種訪談 就算是可汗造型 都是很愛笑很爽朗的鄰家大男孩 戲迷也說戲外的BC非常陽光非常迷人 親和度高 抱歉這樣的BC我完全不ENJOY 我是可汗FAN 簡單說 我是反派BC FAN 正派BC怎麼樣演戲都不會覺得他性感 ======================================== "你還想打我打到手抽筋嗎" 這句台詞簡直是太酸了 我如果是寇克我一定惱羞成怒拿槍斃了他 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.229.239.158
