【吳秀樺／台北報導】觸控面板市場快速成長，為搶攻相關材料商機，美商Cima Nano Tech來台展示超低表面電阻SANTE電磁屏蔽膜，協助廠商打造高透明度、更輕薄的電磁屏蔽技術。Cima NanoTech 執行長Jon Brodd指出，目前亞洲主要的觸控面板製造廠都是Cima Nano Tech的客戶。
 
他說，具超低表面電阻特性的全新輕薄型SANTE® FS100-LR-1N電磁屏蔽膜，可讓製造商擁有極佳的電磁屏蔽性能，並在國防儀器、工業顯示器和強固型電腦等產品中有更佳的設計空間。
 
他指出，透過自主研發的SANTE® 專利奈米銀顆粒塗佈技術，在可在SANTE® FS100-LR-1N薄膜的表面形成不規則網紋，可克服莫瑞波紋的問題，有別於標準的金屬網格技術，不需要為了防止干擾而必需在顯示器上，將薄膜固定在一個零莫瑞波紋的位置，如此能協助製造廠商減低材料的浪費，以及提供更容易建構等優勢，而製造商可以極具成本效益的方法將此項技術整合於國防儀器、工業顯示器和強固型電腦等電子產品應用中。

【綜合報導】根據敘利亞反對派的消息透露，敘利亞總統阿塞德29日已調動飛毛腿（Scud）飛彈與發射器的的部署，遠離原駐地，猜測是為了躲避英美近日可能發動的空襲。
 
根據路透掌握到的獨家消息，敘國的飛毛腿飛彈從位於大馬士革北方的克拉姆山區（Qalamoun mountains）原駐地移防到敘國中部，不具名的資深外交官判斷，這樣的調度是為了不讓造價昂貴的飛毛腿飛彈遭到空襲砲火攻擊。克拉姆山區是敘利亞高度武裝區域之一，阿塞德政權在敘國中部也擁有可觀武力。

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名24歲蔡姓女子，27日下午3時許走在中正路上，突然被一輛機車撞飛，路人趕緊報警處理，警方到場時，蔡女說住附近要回家拿證件，之後不見人影，警方前往蔡女住處，告知她剛剛發生車禍，蔡女睡眼惺忪說「一直家裡睡覺，有夢到自己被車撞！」警方懷疑蔡女驚嚇過度，導致失憶。
 
撞人的黃姓機車騎士表示，蔡女突然衝出來，反應不及撞上去，兩人手腳均有輕微擦傷，事後蔡女稱「以為機車騎士會停下來讓她過！」目前警方正在釐清肇事責任。
