【林媛玲╱新北報導】有鑑於青少年失業率比成年人高出3倍以上，新北市勞工局昨邀知名主廚阿基師為青少年指點迷津，2小時職涯領航演講，吸引數百名青年聆聽，他語重心長提醒，現在許多年輕人找不到工作，但也有許多工作找不到人，呼籲：「年輕人不應追求多少K，誠實踏實機會總會出現！」

「不要輕言離職」

60歲阿基師（本名鄭衍基）昨在演講時表示，自認不是讀書的料，初中畢業就到餐廳當學徒，自我調侃地說：「我當時也有很多『K』，是被師傅K得滿頭包的K。」妙語如珠引來一陣掌聲，他接著期勉說：「如果老闆給員工30K，應該存10K，拿20K來過日子，把生活物欲降低，而不是計較老闆給多少錢。」
阿基師更細數，他投入職場45年、出版68本書，掌管13家5星級飯店，並成為CEO，其中在國賓飯店一待就是30年，期間曾發生老闆為考驗他，散播謠言指他收紅包離譜情事，但最終以能力證明自身清白，也當上總主廚，舉此例期許年輕人不要輕言離職，遇到挫折勇於面對。

【綜合報導】美國一名前高中老師、54歲男子朗伯德(Stacey Dean Rambold)涉嫌在2008年性侵一名14歲女學生莫拉蕾絲(Cherice Morales)，而莫拉蕾絲在2010年自殺身亡，但本周一法官判決該案，竟判決朗伯德坐牢僅30天，引發全美民眾公憤。

當地媒體報導指出，朗伯德至少性侵莫拉蕾絲達3次，原本他的罪行應該被判處15年有期徒刑，但法官鮑夫(Todd Baugh)卻在本周一的宣判庭，判朗伯德坐牢30天，莫拉蕾絲的母親聽到判決後，當庭大罵法官「人渣」後憤而離席，鮑夫現在也因此成為全民公敵。

鮑夫昨日向媒體說：「我真的是笨蛋，我做錯了。」他向社會大眾表達歉意，但目前已經有1萬人連署要求鮑夫辭職。

【綜合報導】澳洲墨爾本一名登山客周六在健行途中，不慎扭傷腳踝，由於無法行走，同行友人尋求協助，救難小組派遣直升機前來救援，直升機到現場後，將擔架和醫護人員垂降到傷者處，直升機則在上方盤旋等候。
 
沒想到在將傷者從地面拉入直升機內時，突然發生問題，傷者從100英呎高空墜落，直升機立刻降落搜救傷者，但據報傷者墜落後當場死亡。

救助傷者卻導致傷者身亡，也讓救難小組相當受挫，並立刻停止使用所有垂吊救援設備，至於意外原因還有待調查，救難隊表示他們使用的設備，都是通過高標準審驗，發生這起意外，他們將重新全面檢驗找出問題所在。

【大紀元2013年09月01日訊】（大紀元記者李晴玳台灣高雄報導）為提升高雄商港世界競爭力，並促進大高雄產業發展，行政院於97年推出「高雄港市再造方案」，包括建設商港腹地、開發水岸環境及提升運輸效能等。其中針對運輸部份，交通部國工局於96年統籌辦理「高雄港東側聯外高（快）速公路可行性研究」，99年並通過經建會核定，此為國道7號前身。

國工局規劃此東側聯外道之初，除著眼提高高雄港聯外運輸效能，並盼有效解決高雄都會區城際及都會交通壅塞問題。此係鑒於國道1號高雄段除了擔負長途城際運輸服務外，並肩負有市區通勤及高雄海空雙港運輸功能，國道1號高雄路段雖早於95年拓寬完成，但因重車比高達35%，迄今仍無法滿足日益成長的交通量。

高雄港貨櫃吞吐量於96年達到最高點1026萬TEU，近年雖略有下滑，去年仍達978萬TEU，其中轉運櫃與進出口櫃約佔各半。由於國道1號南端未直達港區，以致常見各聯結車、大貨車奔馳市道，尤其是前鎮、小港區鄰近國1末端路段，屢見大小車輛爭道，險象環生。

為滿足1－5櫃轉櫃需求，改善貨客車共用市道現況，港務公司推出港區高架計畫，並藉由高架道路系統銜接至國道1 號，盼能緩解市區交通亂象。然而隨著高港洲際一、二期貨櫃中心興建，以及南星自由貿易港區、遊艇專區的開發營運，高雄港發展勢將逐漸南移，因應新港區聯外運輸，高雄港務分公司副總經理鍾英鳳說，建國7 確有必要，否則大車為了行走國1，又將繞行市區。

市府交通局長陳勁甫說，國7開發不僅可紓解國1鼎金系統以南路段車潮，恢復城際運輸功能；也可紓解高雄市台1線、台88線、台17線等壅塞路段的交通，並直接提供西南外海新開發區便捷的聯外運輸服務，減輕高雄市區交通負擔。

鍾英鳳也指出，南星自由貿易港區目前正積極招商，推出LME專區、產業製造區、逆物流區與農產加值區等開標作業，盼藉由引進新產業達成群聚效應與加值創量效果。此外高港並規劃與鄰近工業區、加工出口區等連結合作，利用「前店後廠」及「區外加工」模式擴展各特區功能，增加自由貿易港區多元化運作彈性，而國7正扮演著重要的串聯角色。

國道7號的開發，有人受惠，也有人受害；有人支持闢建交流道，爭取使用路權；有人卻憂心破壞生態及居住環境，為生存權益而誓死反對。住在大寮區拷潭里的鄉親們，日前扶老攜幼赴市府抗議。一身樸素、上了年紀的農夫、農婦們對著記者及圍觀民眾大吐苦水，他們無奈的表示，生活在與人無爭的山垇，竟然也有生存危機！

鄉親王春發說，我們世代都是農人，靠著種田、種鳳梨、水果維生，原本以為可以這樣一輩子安分過日子，豈料國7要在拷潭開發，將要徵收他的農地，叫他下半輩子怎麼辦？後代子孫又該怎麼辦？

王姓農婦也忿忿不平指出，政府第一次闢建1-3路，宣稱車潮能活絡經濟，居民沒有抗議，後來政府說要開闢88快速道路、又再次徵收大家的土地，以前是親戚的農地被徵收，現在可能換自己當苦主。她說，徵地開路完全沒有替鄉人帶來好處，她每到88高架道旁的田裡耕作，都得先撿拾自空而降的維士比空瓶罐及垃圾，一條88已叫人受不了，竟然還要再來一條國7！
