颱風過去，中南部災情慘重。藍營認為除續編治水預算，也應檢討當年民進黨八年八百億治水預算的地方執行成效。民進黨發言人林俊憲表示，當年預算及執行成效「本來就該攤開來檢視」，但溪水跨縣市、治水跨行政區域，包括預算怎麼分配，工程的優先順序，中央都有主導權，且治水工程都由中央發包，不該只推給地方政府。

林俊憲說，當年民進黨執政編列八年八百億治水預算，後來追加到一千一百多億，但工程仍「未竟全功」，中央應續編預算完成工程，否則之前的工程等於白費了。

標題[請益] 頭髮燙壞掉該怎麼處理

各位版友大家好~ 今天去剪+燙+染,我本身自然捲, 和設計師溝通後決定上面燙直髮尾的部分有點捲度, 在處理完後,因為覺得和事前設計師給我看的圖片有點差距, 加上自己覺得有點太澎,就和設計師反應說能不能再拉直一點我覺得太澎了 設計師說他覺得這樣比較好看如果再拉直會很怪 我就再次表達真的覺得很澎, 但設計師要我回去試試看有問題再回來 回家後仔細看發現髮尾的髮質整個變很差... 而且真的很澎加上毛躁.. 加上工作都要綁馬尾(有和設計師說),我就試綁了一下, 簡直就像一坨刷鍋子的鐵絲... 回來爬文我想這應該就是燙壞掉了吧 目前我遇到的問題是: 1. 造型實在不滿意,澎的很像獅子 2. 髮尾髮質壞掉了,加上中後段很毛更增加了澎度 想請問版友我接下來應該怎麼辦...? 爬文看到不同的解決方法: 1.勤勞的護髮等長長再慢慢剪掉: 但是我現在就不大能接受這個外型,而且等待時間差不多也要半年... 2.請設計師恢復原狀或洗直 想請問版友們洗直就是像離子燙一樣嗎? 是否需要多收錢?(如果今天燙完明天就要求的話) 髮質會不會更加慘烈QQ 3.直接剪短 但我短髮真的很像男生不好看,以前嘗試過很多次, 事後大家都語重心長地跟我說還是留長好... 現在很猶豫到底該怎麼辦QQ 懇請各位版友給我一些建議 實在好難過啊...花了好幾K結果變這樣 髮色染出來也差滿多的不過比起又澎又毛我也不想去計較顏色啦... 感謝大家看完~~懇請幫忙!感謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.190.151

請問 asus toshiba 跟其他牌 哪個品質好一點 (三萬以下的) 定義: 兩年以內不會有大問題 需要送修的機率較低 五年以內不會壞掉到不堪使用 ASUS似乎容易比較壞 但維修算是蠻方便 可以當天取件或有提供備用機 又是國產 所以就還勉強接受了 不知道TOSHIBA或其他牌的情況呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.83.79
