【陳啟明／桃園機場報導】桃園機場又漏水了！第一航廈地下室1樓行李處理場今天早上又發生漏水狀況，造成行李處理場內的行李暫存區嚴重積水，所幸漏水問題在1小時後處理完畢，沒有旅客受到影響。
 
機場公司表示，由於地下室1樓行李處理場消防管線正在進行汰換工程，工程人員測試水壓時，發現部分管線有漏水情形，經搶修後，漏水狀況已經排除，現場殘留的積水也在1小時後清理完畢。

【黃子騰／新北報導】黃色小鴨將在本月19日中秋節於高雄展出，負責鴨身製作的「大氣層事業有限公司」，今天特地開放新北市五股的工廠，公開身高18公尺的黃色小鴨縫製過程，工廠內12名員工分成2組，不斷裁切出長達10公尺以上的布料，總共要切出240片後立刻縫製，還要趕在7天內完成亞洲最大的小鴨。

業者表示，這次使用總長度840公尺、相當於1.6座台北101的塑膠布縫製，光是這款PVC夾網布的重量就達1000公斤，但是因為這款PVC夾網布強韌度最高，連記者用原子筆、螺絲起子都刺不穿，所以特別選來製作小鴨；業者說能參與製作世界知名的黃色小鴨，即使要趕在一個月內交貨也不怕累。

【何哲欣／台北報導】移民／移住人權聯盟上午舉行記者會說，依現行《台灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例》規定，大陸配偶可在台灣申請依親居留，居留滿4年，可以申請長期居留，再經過2年，可以申請在台灣定居，才能申請身分證，但相較於外籍配偶，在台灣居住滿3年，就可以取得身分證，一樣是配偶，卻有明顯的差別待遇，這是對陸配的歧視！

移盟說，雖然兩岸關係特殊，但陸配與外配同為台灣人的配偶，不應有不同的標準，行政院已提案修法，將陸配取得身分證的年限從6年減為4年，卻在立法院延宕至今，呼籲立委儘速通過修法。

到場致意的藍委江啟臣說，希望立院修法，不要太政治化，下會期希望能過關。

【顏振凱／台北報導】經建會前副主委張景森公開建議民進黨主席蘇貞昌主動退選2016總統大選，參選台北市長以助前主席蔡英文角逐總統一職，觸動黨內「英蘇」較勁敏感神經，民進黨立委黃偉哲上午呼籲兩邊陣營要自制，不管先前有被視為親近蘇的民調公司，發佈一份蔡選台北市長聲望最高民調，但該份民調時列出的人選卻刻意「獨漏」蘇貞昌，或現在所謂小英基金會董事（指張）對蘇指指點點說三道四，這部份都無法讓人肯定。

黃偉哲還說，相信蔡英文、蘇貞昌都是有氣度的人，不會做這種事，問題出在旁邊卡位、敲邊鼓的人，黃更意有所指說：「尤其過去阿扁總統時代內閣閣員，因此雞犬升天的人，扁出問題時，跑到一個都不剩，現在又講一些奇奇怪怪的話。」黃說：「不要這樣做，這樣做才讓支持者傷心。」

另一位民進黨立委許智傑也說，黨內競爭讓人覺得親痛仇快，現在應該集眾人之力思考「馬做不好，民進黨未來要怎做」。
