【劉榮輝／台南報導】臺南市立安南醫院有新亮點！名為《健康年年版畫展》的藝術饗宴今天起在醫療大樓大廳登場，由中國醫藥大學副校長陳偉德提供個人收藏的台灣畫家畫作54幅展覽，是大台南地區首度把藝術作品與生活美學引進到醫院內。
 
安南醫院在醫療大樓大廳舉辦的《健康年年版畫展》，展期從今天起到9 月27日，畫展結束後，陳偉德將捐贈這54幅版畫給該院各醫療及行政單位認養，長期掛置於院內各辦公場所，除可提升文藝氣息，也讓參觀的民眾藉此舒緩身心。

【蔡明樺／台北報導】中秋烤肉是全民運動，衛福部食品藥物管理署今提醒，民眾應避免選購表面電鍍已剝落或有髒污的烤肉網，使用鋁箔烤肉時，勿讓烤肉醬接觸鋁箔，建議食材烤熟後再塗抹烤肉醬，避免重金屬在高溫下的溶出風險。醫師指，烤肉網應選購不鏽鋼最安全，廉價烤肉網多是電鍍而成，高溫下恐溶出鋅、鉛和鎘等重金屬，長期暴露會增加心血管疾病、高血壓等風險。

林口長庚醫院腎臟科醫師顏宗海表示，民眾常在烤肉網上再加1層鋁箔，避免食物烤焦吃下致癌物，但若在鋁箔上邊塗醬料邊烤肉，鋁箔紙恐在酸性醬料和高溫下溶出鋁，愛吃烤肉的民眾恐因鋁吃下肚而增加骨頭軟化、老年痴呆等風險，建議食物烤熟後再塗醬料。
