【呂品逸╱新北報導】新北市三峽鬧區復興路今天中午12時許，在施作道路工程時，不慎挖斷水管，使得道路淹水將近100公尺變「小河」，還波及1輛路邊臨停的車輛，使車輛陷進被水掏空的大洞裡，所幸沒有造成人員傷亡。

車主何先生表示，自己在附近上班，才到公司沒多久隔壁店家就跑來告知馬路淹水，雖然水不久後退去，但看到自己車的車頭陷進馬路的大洞中，令他哭笑不得。

施工單位請吊車將小客車先載往保養廠，因為路上的大洞未修復，現場圍上封鎖線警戒，該向車道全線停駛，目前正在搶修中。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】科技大廠紛紛搶在蘋果（Apple）之前推出智慧手錶，就連全球最大通訊晶片廠高通（QUALCOMM）也來參一腳，宣布推出名為「Toq」的智慧手錶。
具備觸控螢幕的Toq，設計目的是與Android設備同步，電池續航力可達3~5天，遠高於三星GALAXY Gear的1天。

Toq售價約為300美元（約9000元台幣），預計上市時間為10月中旬，提供黑、白2色供消費者選擇。高通未來計劃將讓Toq可支援蘋果的iOS設備。

不過高通資深副總裁謙德克（Rob Chandhok）強調，高通不會轉型為消費電子產品公司，「僅想展示一下可穿戴運算技術的潛力」。
