 他說：「我超愛馮狄索，我等了『雷迪克』10年，現在居然可以來參加首映會，當然要用自己做的衣服向偶像致敬，而且我知道他在片中有幾乎全裸秀肌肉的鏡頭，很可惜我無法全裸，所以特地秀一下胸肌，表達我對他的敬意。」他也表示，如果有合適的劇本，他也願意為戲犧牲全裸上陣。

【綜合報導】美國奧克拉荷馬州最近受到大批蟋蟀侵襲。逾十萬隻蟋蟀湧出街頭，攀附在街道和牆壁、飛入餐廳和商店，令人毛骨悚然。當地居民恐慌這是「末日凶兆」，但專家表示，因為氣候異常，今夏天氣炎熱及乾旱，導致泥土龜裂，蟋蟀才會飛出來。

昆蟲學家表示，當地過了7月和8月的雨季後，天氣變得酷熱難耐，泥土乾旱到裂開，加上正值蟋蟀交配季節，導致大量蟋蟀湧現。它們由8月底開始在當地出現，預計兩個月後會飛走。雖然蟋蟀湧現，讓街道恍如鋪滿一層黑膜，但專家表示不會對人類造成傷害。

由於蟋蟀會吃同類屍體果腹，專家也呼籲居民避免踩死它們，免得蟋蟀不斷繁衍。

為有效運用替代役人力資源，並配合經濟部「推動中堅企業躍升計畫」，內政部正規劃推動產業訓儲替代役制度，計畫開放專科學校以上畢業役男得申請至民間產業機構從事技術或服務工作，使其於畢業後及時投入就業市場，以滿足產業人才多元需求。

內政部表示，產業訓儲替代役是以培訓役男成為產業中階儲備幹部為目標，適用產業範圍將比照現行研發替代役制度，包括半導體、石化、生醫及保健、光電、金屬、通訊、資訊、電子、電機、機械、航太工業、材料技術、運輸工具、綠色能源、紡織、其他製造業（農、林、漁、牧業）、食品業、數位內容、資訊服務、技術服務及其他服務等22大類產業。

「4年內集集攔河堰將會淤滿，百年內全台也將有過半的水庫報銷。」環團5日召開記者會，嚴正控訴過去農委會特別劃設「特定水保區」以保護水庫集水區，但從今年6月以來，不斷將水土保持法、環評法的鬆綁。針對行政單位不斷修法替財團護航，把樹砍光蓋飯店，讓脆弱的山林崩塌，造成水庫淤積，立委田秋堇控訴說，政府應為錯誤政策負責，並停止開發並保留原始森林。

8月14日農委會水保局舉行公聽會說明修法細項，第16條的「水庫集水區應全數劃為特定水保區」，範圍已縮減成「只有土石流潛勢溪流、崩塌地等須特別保護」的水庫集水區才需劃設，共釋放約172萬公頃的土地。第17條則訂定「特定水保區」是由地方政府各自公告，而第19、20條只有4項保留，其餘幾乎全數廢除。

如此一來，原本水保特定區佔山坡地78%，修改後只剩16%，不但水庫邊集水區沒有35到50公尺的開發限制，讓飯店、旅樂區都可以蓋在水庫邊，且7月份鬆綁後的環評法也默許部分開發案。環團擔心，不受規範的土地超限利用將會加速水庫集水區邊坡崩塌，導致水庫淤積嚴重，全台百年內將有近半的水庫報銷。

根據政府公開最新的2010年水庫淤積資料，全台96座水庫淤積都非常嚴重。台灣生態學會秘書長蔡智豪警告，在20年內，台灣將有20座水庫完全淤滿，其中供應六輕與彰化、雲林地區用水的集集攔河堰更是會在2017年就淤滿。另外，環團預估50年和100年內將淤滿的水庫也各有8座包括廣大供水的石門水庫、曾文水庫、烏山頭水庫、德基水庫等，總損失達56.5%。

剛從阿里山下來的台南社大老師吳仁邦說，遠雄集團將要進駐阿里山，在當地的石棹地區蓋樂園，目前已在動工。但台灣土質本來就脆弱，加上颱風來，整片山壁都坍塌，且一路龜裂到下游的曾文水庫，現在已有3分之1的水庫都因土石坍方造成淤積。雖然遠雄立刻找包商把裂縫填起來，但八八風災後曾文溪地區已從600處的山壁崩塌增加到1700處，若堅持要開發，也只能挖東牆補西牆。

「目前石門水庫已有9650萬噸的淤泥，現在又將集水區的樹砍掉，只會讓水庫機能下降。」台灣護樹聯盟召集人張安琪認為，台灣山林地破壞嚴重，但水保法修法與內政部4日提出的全國區域計畫仍替財團護航。日月潭附近不斷開發蓋飯店，且水保法放寬後工地可緊鄰日月潭，集水區邊土崩塌，將會造成更多淤積。

「政府不斷放寬限制，讓財團上山開發，但卻又砸大錢做水保工程。」蔡智豪說， 2007年的造林固碳就是林務局砍掉天然林種植人造林，砍大樹種小樹，但往往小樹還來不及長大就被颱風給沖毀。他也認為，當初政府政策錯誤，鼓勵農民上山開墾，砍大樹種高麗菜、果樹、茶樹，也導致水土保持失衡。

立委田秋堇說，「每次的颱風就有如俄羅斯輪盤，大家都在看哪個地區或政府單位會中彈，但一中彈後又開始跟老百姓要錢救命。」她認為，「本不該種菜的地方政府卻鼓勵種植，颱風來時也造成農民的財產損失。」因此政府不僅要停止開發，保留原始森林，還要勸導在山上種菜、種茶的農民下山，並給予合理賠償。
