【綜合報導】法務部長曾勇夫被指控涉接受王金平關說柯建銘案，曾勇夫昨晚9時45分舉行記者會宣布請辭，深夜11時20分在次長陳明堂等陪同下，離開法務部，他眼眶泛淚說：「我把每個人都當好人，別人不把我當好人我也沒辦法，就算害死我，我也把他當好人，只怪我做不好」。

最高檢察署特偵組昨指控，民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘在全民電通背信案更一審被判無罪後，竟與立法院長王金平、法務部長曾勇夫和高檢署檢察長陳守煌聯手關 說，使高檢署檢察官放棄上訴，柯因而無罪定讞。特偵組重批曾、陳「使司法正義蒙羞」，破天荒將兩人分別移送監察院、檢 察官評鑑委員會懲處。

曾勇夫昨晚記者會強調不齒相關指控、絕對清白，但「個人去留不足惜，為避免長官困擾」於是請辭。媒體追問是否遭逼退？他回應：「逼退講得太重，但我不要再多 說。」

面對外界對兩岸服貿協議開放陸資來台的疑慮，經濟部今天表示，現行的陸資來台審查機制已納入國安考量，並強調協議並未開放就業市場。

外界憂心服貿協議恐衝擊國家安全，經濟部表示，根據現行規定，陸資來台投資的申請案件，經濟部除了會商目的事業主管機關進行實質審查外，一定金額及特定條件的案件，需由經濟部投資審議委員會議進行審查。

委員會議又由17個相關部會副首長，以及台北市政府產業發展局、高雄市經濟發展局等組成；並規定必要時需邀請國安單位參加。

經濟部進一步指出，政府對陸銀來台的資格條件，同樣較一般外銀來台更為嚴謹，以有效管理其資金進出；且大陸銀聯公司來台後不能加入聯徵中心。

經濟部也強調，服貿協議並未開放就業市場，也未開放教育服務業，因此不涉及兩岸師資的學歷認證問題。

值得注意的是，由於對外貿易對台灣經濟成長極具重要性，加上台灣先天市場小，經濟部認為，未來台灣服務業若要進一步發展，需要更廣大的海外市場作為腹地。

經濟部指出，由於我方這次在服貿協議中，取得較其他國家在中國大陸市場的許多優惠待遇，國內業者未來將可利用大陸市場進一步發展。

全民電通背信案高等法院更一審採信隆元公司負責人王俊文在一審的翻供證詞，改判立委柯建銘無罪。最高檢察署特偵組調卷審查發現，更一審無罪判決有違認事用法，高檢署應上訴卻未上訴，讓全案定讞，全是受檢察長陳守煌關說的影響。

柯建銘五年前擔任全民電通公司總經理期間，拿友人一千兩百萬元支票跟公司換現金投資，後因投資失利拿回支票，但沒還錢給公司，後來指示公司會計人員，以三千兩百萬元購買成交價格僅兩千萬元的隆元國際公司股票，其中價差以支票付款，藉此免除自己對公司的一千兩百萬元債務，卻成為公司的呆帳，被地檢署依涉嫌背信罪和違反商業會計法起訴。

特偵組指出，全民電通案一、二審都以違反商業會計法判柯有期徒刑六個月、得易科罰金；最高法院發回更審，更一審合議庭以王俊文證詞，認為全案受爭議的一千兩百萬元，是柯向全民電通的借款，雖然沒有清償，但全民電通握有債權並未受損，柯無背信責任，改判無罪。

特偵組認為，柯私自以支票抵銷公司投資的一千兩百萬元，造成公司呆帳損失，雖然事後試圖清償，但當時的欺騙行為已成立背信罪，應上訴。

全民電通案目前已判決確定，除非由最高檢察總長黃世銘提起非常上訴，或是高檢署檢察官提出新事證再審，全案才能重新審理。

【綜合報導】去年5月升格當爸爸的劉德華（華仔）對妻女非常保護，1歲女兒劉向蕙至今容貌未曾曝光，上周「華仔天地」慶生會上，一向避談家事的華仔竟破天荒大開金口說最怕老婆，爆料寶貝女兒長得像太太朱麗倩，還自嘲是「世界上最沒有自尊的爸爸」。並預告女兒2歲時才會考慮公開容貌。
 
華仔在慶生會表示：「我早上6點就出去做事排演唱會，以前回到家還可以排一下，但現在我一準備跳（舞），就有人（老婆）警告我，練下歌，又有人喊『喂』，我每天都是這麼度過的。」還說連看電視都要等女兒睡著才能戴耳機看，而且每天唱歌給女兒聽：「one little, two little, three little Indian……..」

【綜合報導】美國阿拉斯加州一隻2歲貓咪「山葵」(Wasabi)在本周一晚間，正追逐蚊子時，可能太過認真，竟然從11樓窗子跌出街外，洛在停車場上，幸好大難不死。

「山葵」的飼主葛塔森(Stephanie Gustafson)說，當時她人在屋內休息，「我媽卻說看到山葵墜樓」。葛塔森發現山葵跌落戶外停車場，趕緊下樓營救。雖然山葵大難不死，但腿部跌斷並有多處骨折。
