【大紀元2013年09月06日訊】河北省深州市大屯鄉丁家安村的姚士貴患怪病四年，只要一躺下，雙臂就自動快速旋轉，有時能轉一兩個小時。醫院也無法診斷是甚麼病。

據大陸媒體報導，姚士貴今年70歲，從2009年春天開始得了這種怪病。一天晚上他躺到床上，突然兩隻胳膊就不由自主地轉了起來，快得時候一分鐘能轉100多次。而且他根本不覺累，身體也沒有甚麼其它異常反應。最初他也沒太在意，但從此這種怪病就纏上了身，這一轉就是4年多。

姚士貴現在年紀大了，平時就在家裏打掃打掃、 做做飯。做家務時，他的胳膊沒有一點異常，也很聽使喚。但他一躺到炕上，胳膊就會動起來。他自己意識到後，想停下來也能停下來。但他睡著後，胳膊還轉不轉他就不知道了。

姚士貴得了這種怪病，到附近的辛集醫院求醫，醫生給拍了片，也沒說出個所以然來。

近日，姚士貴說起這怪病，苦笑稱：「不礙吃不礙喝的，只好當鍛練身體了」。

【大紀元2013年09月06日訊】（大紀元記者萬平綜合報導）敘利亞當局被多次指責在30個月之久的境內衝突中對平民使用化學武器，8月21日發生在首都大馬士革郊區的大規模攻擊是最新一次，已被證實。而這次化武攻擊，重新喚起人們對敘利亞長達30年歷史的生化武器研究的關注。敘政府軍是否可能啟動生物武器攻擊，尤其令外界憂心忡忡。

根據《華盛頓郵報》報導，美國、中東的官員與武器專家相信，儘管敘利亞的生物武器計畫，自1980年代以來基本上是處於「休眠狀態」，卻可能擁有足以成為武器的成分：包括致命的細菌與病毒、以及把它們變成致命粉末或是空氣中懸浮粒子的能力。

這種潛在的能力已經開始讓敘利亞的一些鄰國擔憂，尤其是在阿薩德政府被指控在8月21日對平民發動化武攻擊之後。

兩名中東國家的高級情報官員說，他們審視了敘利亞動用生物武器向西方報復的可能性。雖然，該國的生物武器在規模上跟化學武器的能力比起來是「小巫見大巫」，但它幾乎是阿薩德報復的絕佳利器。因為生物武器的設計就是易於散播，卻不容易追尋來源。

這些參與討論的、不願俱名的中東資深情報官員說，「我們聞沙林毒氣（sarin）而色變，但敘利亞還有生物武器，和生物武器相比，沙林跟本不值一提。」這些人說，「這個情況我們知道，中東地區其他國家都知道，美國當然也知道這一點。」

自1975年3月禁止生物武器公約（Biological Weapons Convention，BWC）生效後，至少有6個國家包括美國、英國、俄羅斯等生產生物武器的國家已放棄生產和研發。

敘利亞是西方情報機構懷疑，持續研究的生化武器的少數幾個國家之一。敘利亞外交部發言人馬克迪西（Jihad Makdissi）2012年7月少見地公開承認，該國有生化武器能力。他當時回應外國，該國有化學武器庫存，還聲稱絕對不會在敘境內使用化學武器和生物武器。這是敘國官方第一次承認擁有生化武器，但稍後他在個人推特上否認此一敘利亞有化學和生物武器。
