生技族群昨（6）日再成為盤面焦點，上櫃生技類漲幅1.45%，主要是受惠政策扶植生技業，準備打造五家百億產值生技公司，行政院也宣布明年施政計畫將持續納入「生技起飛」，相關個股如承業醫（4164）、東洋（4105），昨天漲幅都在5%以上，投資人可以多加利用權證、以小搏大參與行情。

政策近期積極加碼生技，將生技起飛方案納入「黃金十年國家願景規劃」，同時，行政、立法兩院也力挺「生技新藥產業發展條例」修法，讓「須經臨床試驗始得核准的第二級醫材」納入租稅獎勵範圍。生技條例擴大租稅獎勵，對象是「須臨床試驗」的二類醫材，因此未來國家生技研究園區成立後引進的新創公司，包括新創醫材公司將成為最大的受惠者，進而引進更多的投資資金。

在承業醫的部分，由於中國市場首台Elekta直線加速器正式簽約入帳，以及東協的布局明年逐步開花結果，昨日開盤後股價一路走高，終場以96.5元作收，將伺機挑戰百元關卡。

東洋方面，東洋也宣布與日本藥廠共同合作開發的TS-1（愛斯萬）口服化療藥物，獲台灣食品藥物管理局（TFDA）核准；法人也預估，每年貢獻業績上看2億元，股價昨日在終場前獲投資買盤青睞，急速拉抬，重寫今年2月22日以來的收盤新高。

權證造市券商指出，生技族群股價波動向來較大，投資人不妨透過權證來參與個股行情。

來回一下好了～ 因為我本身是有鍍膜的人(全車含輪框 12k 鍍膜的好處是洗車跟潑水效果真的不錯 半年下來效果都還在！ 洗車真的很方便，就沖水、泡沫、沖水就差不多了～ 但硬度老闆倒是很實在的跟我說，要硬到高速下石頭噴到無感，大概都要準備20k以上 或直接貼膜 像我本身開車速度不算慢的人（等等還要去繳張3500.... 前保還是會有石頭噴到的傷痕.... 所以鍍膜求硬度的，要先把小朋友準備好 至於好洗的部分： 車要乾淨就要常洗，鍍膜還是要洗車，至少要做到我說的3步驟，自助洗車大概就30元吧 一個月就至少要花再花個100自己洗車，保持乾淨。 一年下來13200，這期間我還是要自己洗車 外面花錢給人家打棕櫊蠟洗車，大概800算是一般行情 1個月一次一般洗車200、洗車打蠟800 也是1000！ 一年下來12000整，而且不用自己洗車 結論: 有時間洗，也喜歡自己洗，但不想要自己打蠟 -> 去鍍膜 有時間洗，樂於自己照顧愛車，內裝、外觀清潔都自己來 -> 當然不用鍍，有閒還可疊蠟 沒時間洗，都給別人在顧 -> 不用鍍，一個月固定去洗車一次洗車+打蠟一次 給你參考看看 ※ 引述《sogapame (ID這樣會不會太長了點)》之銘言： : 請問各位照顧愛車 : 有必要做鍍膜嗎? : 週遭朋友說一個月洗一次車 : 洗乾淨擦乾上蠟下蠟就好 : 是這樣嗎? -- ★ミ ζ ○_. /(╯ 【今晚的天空有一顆流星劃過 在預言著什麼】|> -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 120.126.1.37

【周昭平／高雄報導】針對狂犬病防疫，高雄市35位開業獸醫師組成志工隊，9月起利用假日下鄉前往茄萣、湖內、旗津、茂林及阿蓮等區，免費幫民眾犬貓施打狂犬病疫苗，同時辦理植入晶片寵物登記及施行絕育手術，高雄市動保處表示，這批獸醫志工隊為全國首創，活動完全免費。

獸醫志工隊首場服務時間與地點為9月8日上午9時30分起至11時30分，在彌陀、大樹、茄萣區公所。相關活動可上高雄市動保處網站查詢：http://livestock.kcg.gov.tw/index.aspx

【李銘宏／台北報導】1部新車價值新台幣1700多萬的藍寶堅尼LP570-4 Spyder Performante ET 因左後輪故障，凌晨0時許拋錨在台北市敦化南路快車道上，由於現場旁邊就是敦化誠品，一度吸引不少民眾圍觀，事後車主請來拖車，費了好一番工夫才將車輛架上拖吊車。
 
警方表示，他們接獲報案有1部超跑疑似車禍停放在敦化南路往南方向的快車道上，警方到達時卻僅看見1部紅色藍寶堅尼停在路中。車主低調表示車子故障，已經請拖車來處理，由於現場未發現其它事故車輛，因此警方並未介入處理，該部跑車疑似在他處發生事故，左後輪部分出現故障，但車主卻繼續行駛，直開到事發地點無法行駛時，車主才停車，並在路中等待救援。

〔自由時報記者顏宏駿／員林報導〕攸關員林鎮未來發展的「一八四公頃市地重劃」全數 竣工，全長近九公里的三十米外環道將在七日上午正式剪綵通車，民眾南來北往途經員林 鎮，不用再繞道市區，也有效改善員林市區交通，另外，因重劃大道而興起的員林夜跑， 也在六日晚間近千人參與後，正式吹下熄燈號。 縣府預計在今日八時十五分於文中小預定地（莒光路最北端與中山路口）舉行行通車剪綵 儀式，六日晚間七時三十分舉行最後一次員林夜跑。 對於三十米外環道對員林鎮的改變，鎮長張錦昆昨天表示，「它將打通員林的交通任督二 脈」，員林鎮的發展以火車站幅射出去，境內重大道路中山路、莒光路、靜修路、浮圳路 、員鹿路、員東路、員水路、員集路皆與這條大道相聯結，往後民眾不管要到員林鎮的哪 一區，都可取道由外環道迅速抵達目的地，未來配合員林鐵路高架化，員林舊市區擁擠的 交通將為之紓解。 張錦昆說，員林將擁有全縣最便捷的交通路網，北側經由台七十六線聯結中山高及國道三 號，將來萬年路拓寬完工後，配合三十米外環道，員林鎮的交通四通八達，一八四公頃內 又有一百一十公頃的住宅區，預計可移入一萬戶的居民，員林鎮的人口勢必增加，帶來的 商業也可預期。 http://ppt.cc/IHhX -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.159.34

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市一名劉姓工人（44歲），今午騎機車到法院繳酒駕罰金，經過東光路時被延平街派出所警員徐觀海發現他搖晃不定、滿臉通紅，攔停酒測值達0.43毫克，劉一臉哀怨地說，昨晚喝了1瓶米酒，睡一覺醒來沒有宿醉感覺，「不知道酒精濃度還這麼高。」

劉說，4個月前他因酒駕被罰9萬元，今日是繳款最後期限，他帶了1萬8千元要趕往法院，想請求檢察官准予分期，沒想到前款未清，馬上就又多了一條。警方趕在法院下班前，將劉男移送地檢署，讓他還來得及繳罰金。

 【廖珮君／台北報導】美國量化寬鬆政策（QE）退場時機浮現，投資市場變化多端，壽險業者建議，民眾可掌握3招檢視手上的投資型保單，首先觀察保單所連結的基金標的表現，再和其他同類型基金做比較，最後設停利停損點，避免投資型保單績效受到影響。
 
第一金人壽總經理林元輝說，投資型保單和傳統保單不同，投資型保單的保單價值準備金會受到所連結的投資標的影響，若是投資標的長期持續虧損，可能會影響到投資型保單的保障部位。
 
他說，若手上有投資型保單的民眾，除定期檢視投資標的績效，也要留意重大經濟事件，例如美國QE政策、日本經濟走向等，都需適時了解可能造成的影響，適時調整投資標的配置。
