經建會前副主委、被外界視為是「親蔡人士」的張景森，日前在臉書上發表「建言」，認為民進黨主席蘇貞昌應在辯論之後，宣布競選黨主席、一戰台北市，協助蔡英文角逐2016總統大位。蘇貞昌今天沒有正面回應，但指出民進黨中執會已經通過提名的相關作業、辦法、期程，會依循此一步步來做，盼提出最好的人選，獲得人民支持。蘇貞昌說，過去這段時間，民進黨地方首長一再名列前茅，希望大家一起來努力，贏得明年底地方選舉的勝利。

標題[請益] 安規測試工程師的發展性?

最近工作真的是不太好找,可能是我侷限於科技這一塊吧! 辭職後,這2個月來才接到5家的面試!! 昨天有面試一家叫"亞電科技"的公司,地點是在中和! 公司規模不大,員工數10幾個人! 裡面員工都很年輕,網路上看是剛成立不久的公司! 公司是做安規測試的,這次面試職缺上是寫測試工程師! 這類的我完全沒碰過,只聽過EMC之類的! 一開始就要做筆試,是簡單的基本電學! 筆試完後,主管要求簡單自我介紹(主管很年輕,大概是七年級生吧) 然後就講解我不熟悉的工作內容! 也不知道接單的量大不大,加上主管,只有3個人負責做安規測試! 有時候客戶很急會親自過來做測試,3人以輪流的方式去幫忙客戶! 如果客戶測試很久,今天原本被安排的工作就會被delay! 雖然主管說不是責任制的,但是覺得今天工作沒做完,加上明天的量一定會累積下去! 然後開出的薪資比22K多一點點點...... 往後調薪就是看績效,公司也有見紅就放! 想請問有人去這家公司面試過嗎?公司內部如何? 安規工作的發展性如何?因為沒碰過,想試試看! 雖然不確定會上,還是想問一下! 麻煩各位了,謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.10.69

標題[討論] 科技業的老屁股多不多

昨晚週末夜跟強者我朋友包子店員工聊天 他說前天調薪後他升上了55，但他卻徬徨了 他是所有55裡最菜的，上面還有好多同樣是55的老屁股在等升副理 (據說包子店沒升副理工程師55大概就頂天了) 這些老屁股因為有年紀了未來應該也不會離職之類的 所以在他可遇見的未來，未來10年如果繼續留包子店 大概也一直停留在55上不去了，而年薪離破百也還有一段差距 他猶豫的點在於，即將滿30歲，普通國立碩的學歷，該思考轉職嗎？ 但現在大環境不好，除了GG外，感覺換去哪都差不多(在南部) 各位鄉民有好的建議嗎？ 他說那些老屁股55很長凹他帶專案或被on call 電話教學新人 他做的也是滿累的 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.9.87.62
