【王家俊／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺晚間二度召見涉及關說案的法務部長曾勇夫，據指出，江宜樺下午約見曾了解內情，但雙方對於曾的去留未達共識，江揆隨即面見總統馬英九，江揆晚間二度召見，曾勇夫的座車七時許進入行政院、八時許離開；面對媒體喊話詢問，曾未回應。行政院稍晚將說明立場。

特偵組上午記者會，指曾勇夫與高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉嫌接受立法院長王金平、民進黨立法委員柯建銘關說，違法指示高檢署檢察官林秀濤就柯建銘背信案不要上訴，讓全案無罪定讞。府院高層第一時間表示震驚，要求曾勇夫儘速對外公開說明，但曾勇夫以內鬥、沒證據為由拒辭。

餐廳名稱：瘋牛排 消費時間：2013年9月 地址：高雄市左營區自由二路146號 電話： (07) 550-6677 營業時間：AM : 11 : 00 ~ PM 10 : 00 每人平均價位：300~600不等 可否刷卡：可 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：88oz巨無霸牛排 -----以上是餐廳資訊-----以下正文開始------- 圖文無音樂網誌版請點這裡： http://airson21.pixnet.net/blog/post/40568803 話說間瘋牛排已經開幕不少時間了 最近才有緣去吃(環島結束的慶功宴XD) 吃過以後覺得還不錯！而且當天壽星有優惠，四人同行就送一客厚切牛排！ 我去了兩次、兩次都是有壽星陪同才去~超爽~~~！ 裡面的沙拉吧，桌面維持很乾淨，服務生時常在擦拭 有玉米濃湯和蘿蔔湯 另外後面是蘋果汁以及咖啡機 烤麵包的機器，大蒜麵包加上玉米濃湯根本是絕配 除此之外也有無限供應的飲料和冰淇淋 只要四人(含)以上就會附送生菜沙拉一大碗，旁邊的芒果沙拉醬還挺好吃的，甜甜地又帶芒果味，很入口↓ 由於88oz要烤比較久，所以大概等了15分鐘左右吧 突然聽到有個服務生在大喊！然後其他的服務生開始瘋狂鼓掌 還以為發生甚麼事 哈哈！ 原來只要有人點巨無霸牛排就會有這種戲劇性的上菜方式 看來現在吃東西不只是要色香味俱全，更要包含聽覺才行了！哈哈哈 馬上來到桌上的就是88oz巨無霸牛排 比一個人的臉還要大阿恐怖↓ 其實我那時候滿擔心這塊牛排會很老 畢竟牛排好吃的祕訣就在於嫩度，而這麼大塊的牛排在料理的時候應該難免會讓外層變老，影響口感 然而實際吃起來的感覺倒還不錯 這次叫7分熟的熟度剛剛好，最外層以及邊邊的部分有一點點太老的跡象 但是整體而言牛肉很嫩 肉的品質也不錯，是可以單純配海鹽與大蒜就可以入口的那種牛肉 (通常肉質太差的我就會配黑胡椒和蘑菇醬壓味道XDDDD) 店家也提供了基本的配料選擇 個人是最愛用海鹽搭大蒜 因為海鹽可以襯托出牛肉的鮮味，而大蒜又可以均衡牛肉的膩 可以讓人一口接一口~~~讚啦！ 不過這餐吃得太多，我想我好一陣子不會再去吃牛排了吧~哈哈XDD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.172.102.22

【綜合報導】國道去年發生411件汽車爆胎或掉輪胎事件，造成203人死傷，考量爆胎嚴重影響行車安全，交通部將修法，明年元旦起汽車輪胎紋深度將強制納檢，胎紋不足1.6公釐，限期1個月換胎，否則將被吊銷牌照。

交通部昨指，考量爆胎等事故一旦發生在國道，因行駛速度快，往往造成嚴重交通事故，另汽車在雨天行駛時若胎紋深度太淺，輪胎也會失去排水防滑作用，恐引起追撞事故。交通部將修《道路交通安全規則》規定，自明年元旦起，汽車輪胎深度不足1.6公釐將納定期檢驗項目定期檢驗；深度不合格者，限期1個月內改善與複檢，若半年內都不改善，將吊銷牌照，不得上路。

【綜合報導】日本動畫大師宮崎駿昨在東京召開引退記者會，曾在04年為宮崎駿長篇動畫《霍爾的移動城堡》中的男主角配音的SMAP成員木村拓哉，昨也透過事務所發表感激聲明。
 
木村說：「感謝他帶來許多的夢幻世界，在《霍爾的移動城堡》中，我有幸參與其中實在非常高興。即使是現在，在有風的森林裏，我都好像能感受到龍貓的存在。」他還說家中電視有九成時間都是播放宮崎駿的作品，是正宗的宮崎駿粉絲。

名列全球四大時裝周的紐約時裝周揭幕，名模和工運人士6日聯合抗議美國服飾品牌Nautica的母公司未能簽署改善孟加拉工廠的勞工處境。

Nautica在紐約林肯中心展示春季男裝之際，一批人士在場外示威，他們的抗議牌上寫著：「沒有人應該為時裝送命。」另一面牌子寫著「Nautica把工人扔到海裡」。這句話的意思，來自nautica是拉丁文「航海」。

「國際勞動權利論壇」 (ILRF)組織部主任里雅娜‧福克斯沃格表示，抗議者要求VF公司簽署保護工安的協議。VF生產數十種人氣品牌服飾，包括Nautica、Wrangler、Lee Jeans、Timberland、Eastpak。

知名成衣 工廠連串火災

孟加拉的衣飾工廠發生一連串火災，今年4月一棟工廠大樓倒塌造成1129人死亡，有86家公司簽署一份保障勞工安全的協定，其中包括好幾家美國知名品牌，如Calvin Klein、Tommy Hilfiger、Abercrombie & Fitch、American Eagle，但主要是歐洲零售業者，包括H&M與Zara。

「孟加拉工人團結中心」總幹事卡波娜‧艾克特也到場，她呼籲VF公司站出來。她抨擊「VF等零售業者知道他們的工廠不安全，卻完全沒有行動」。

VF公司網站表示：「VF和倒塌大樓裡的任何工廠都沒有業務關係，但該公司「努力確保」為該公司縫製衣服的工人有一個「安全的工作環境」。

不過，根據福克斯沃格的資料，2010年12月一座工廠火災燒死29位工人，那座工廠就是為VF生產衣飾。她表示：「VF求利先於人命」。

多位名模參加抗議，包括美國的Sara Ziff。她表示，不安全的工作環境持續未變，因為「大家視而不見，就這麼簡單」。她說：「十年前我為Nautica當模特兒的時候，我沒有多想成衣工人的問題。」

但她到孟加拉參觀工廠一次之後，她覺得她基於道德責任，應該「揭發我們身上穿的衣服來自不安全的工作條件，以及那些工人的不幸處境」。

孟加拉有4500座成衣工廠，工人一天辛苦10到12小時，月薪僅40美元 (台幣1200元)。4月的災難突顯了那些工人的非人工作環境。
