【綜合報導】嘉義縣一家地方電視台歌唱節目郭姓女主持人(39歲)，身材良好、胸部豐滿，其楊姓丈夫(41歲)是個醋罈子，規定她穿裙要有安全褲，常掀裙檢查，上衣釦子若有縫隙，要加暗釦或用雙面膠黏起來，當求歡遭拒，還伸手驗妻下體是否有衛生棉。妻訴離獲准。

郭女因受不了醋夫，向法院訴請離婚；丈夫稱因太愛妻子才如此。2人的兒女出庭作證，也證明父母常為穿衣吵架，認為父母婚姻已難維持。法官認為，楊男對妻掌控欲太強，讓郭女婚姻生活感到壓力，雙方已難繼續維持婚姻關係，因此判離。

【林媛玲／新北報導】新北市1名產婦控訴，4月到新北市1家婦產科生產，未料出血不止，院方竟讓她待在診所3個多小時才緊急轉院，害她因失血過多，為保命摘除子宮，她無法接受院方處置，前天已向新北衛生局申訴，並對接生醫師提出業務過失傷害告訴，衛生局昨表示將介入協調。

【綜合報導】薛楷莉與顏冠得這對怨偶爭端再起，《蘋果》直擊薛楷莉帶著5歲女兒妮妮到台北聯合醫院仁愛院區看診，薛楷莉透過經紀人表示：「女兒腳被爸爸用拳頭打到瘀青！」顏冠得則不悅表示：「這太離譜，那是她玩耍的意外傷，沒有這件事！」雙方各說各話。

薛的經紀人GIGI篤定說：「我們在急診室，妮妮很肯定地告訴醫生，瘀青是爸爸用拳頭打的，我們知道顏先生精神上有狀況，其實妮妮沒做甚麼事，這樣對待女兒，可能以打女兒懲罰楷莉放消息給媒體，楷莉很生氣將會聲請家暴令。」顏冠得則回應：「不可能，真的很誇張，小孩子在外面玩，跌跌撞撞都會有傷，有什麼事到法庭上講，小孩是無辜的，別拿小孩當籌碼，我覺得這樣不對。」

【大紀元2013年09月08日訊】 星期四，菲沙衛生局發布麻疹爆發警告，稱本拿比、素里、阿伯斯福特和齊里瓦克已確診4宗麻疹病例，同時還有更多病例出現感染症狀。
　　
大部分病例多是旅遊者從其他國家返回後發病的，這些病患均未接受過麻疹疫苗注射、或接種記錄不完整、或不知道是否注射過。
　　
菲沙衛生局正在調查暴發麻疹的原因，並敦促未注射過疫苗的居民儘快接種麻疹疫苗。麻疹是一種傳染性極強的病毒，在受感染的人呼吸、咳嗽或打噴嚏時，病毒很容易在空氣中傳播。
　　
麻疹病的症狀包括髮燒、咳嗽、流鼻涕，眼睛發炎變紅，並伴隨皮疹，首先在臉和脖子上出現，再蔓延到胸部、胳膊和腿部，持續至少3天。當人出現這些症狀時，應該去看醫生，並在到達前通知診所，以防止病毒蔓延。
　　
菲沙衛生局提醒居民，若發現麻疹症狀，可致電衛生當局熱線8-1-1諮詢，並要求醫生發現新病例後立即通知當地衛生局。◇

【周昭平／高雄報導】高雄市有民眾一周前發現有隻小黃狗遭人扔到鳳山溪國泰橋下，小狗驚慌卡在涵洞內，無法逃離，餓了一周體力耗盡。台灣動物緊急救援小組前天獲報前往救援，用鐮刀和鋸子破壞涵洞前樹叢，花兩小時才將黃狗救出，初步檢查有脫水及營養不良現象，加上感染心絲蟲症，至少要住院治療一個半月。
 
獸醫師診斷後指出，獲救小黃狗是約兩歲公狗，有營養不良及脫水等狀況，血液檢查發現感染心絲蟲症，病況複雜且嚴重，至少需治療一個半月以上時間才能恢復。救援小組資深志工倪京台說，首次遇到狠心把狗扔下河道的案例，下手的人實在「冷血」、「殘酷」。
 
高雄市動保處表示未接獲通報，會前往探詢了解，查看是否能找出棄犬民眾，若查證屬實，可依《動物保護法》開罰一萬五千元至七萬五千元罰鍰。
