【大紀元2013年09月08日訊】（大紀元記者鍾元臺灣臺北報導）「中國崛起與亞太民主連線的形成」研討會7日在臺北召開，臺灣前國安會副秘書長張旭成說，中（共）國因為共產黨一黨專政，不可能民主、不可能尊重人權，對世界永遠是很大的威脅。張旭成舉例，中共就像一隻老虎，只有把老虎放在籠子裡才安全，所以民主世界國家要聯合把它包圍，這是非常重要的策略。

中山大學社會科學院院長林文程表示，中（共）國是一個面臨內部非常非常多問題的國家，像不民主、貧富差距、環境生態惡化等，「一個高度民族主義的國家，對國際社會是最危險的」。他提到，在習近平上台後，介紹中國夢，就是基於民族主義，有一些人期望他是改革者，但我們對民主改革失望，且不抱有任何期望，因為捍衛中共政權，就是其主要的目的。

台灣安保協會秘書長李明峻表示，雖然整個亞太地區主要朝民主化方向發展，但抗拒亞太民主潮流的中（共）國，就是亞太地區想要建立民主社群的最大挑戰。

日本前防衛大臣森本敏說，對日本而言，安全保障上最大的課題依然是：中（共）國或北韓的核武和通常戰力的威脅或是伴隨其使用所產生的威脅。對於此點，應透過日美同盟與防衛力及外交努力，強化整體的抑制與對應能力。

中國經濟的成長動能已過

臺灣智庫副執行長賴怡忠說，中國經濟之所以能夠崛起，靠的是豐沛且廉價的勞動力，國家對土地的獨佔權，以及一黨專制對社會資源分配能力的壟斷。但是中國經濟的成長動能已過，國際上對中國經濟的共識，已是這是個成長減緩甚至是硬著陸的經濟體，中國因為一胎化政策已使其「人口紅利」快速萎縮，更不要提其不均衡發展加上獨裁體制導致社會分配問題的嚴重化。

賴怡忠強調，現在的中國，或最起碼3-5年後的中（共）國，不太可能繼續如2002-2009期間發光發亮的過程。但只要中（共）國維持獨裁體制，強調中國夢的民族主義，缺乏政治自由化的改革，一個內部高度不穩定且衰落的中（共）國，其對外作為會變得更為激進與衝突性。

蘇貞昌：民主是臺灣最大的資產

民進黨主席蘇貞昌說，臺灣應該扮演積極、建設性的區域秩序促進者的角色，維持兩岸關係的和平穩定發展固然符合國際期待，但絕不能以臺灣主權與民主自由為代價。他強調，民主是臺灣最大的資產，也是連結區域民主同盟國家共同的語言，更是敦促非民主國家開展政治改革與遵守國際規範的力量。面對中（共）國迄今仍未放棄以武力解決臺灣問題的立場，臺灣一方面要努力讓兩岸關係正常化，同時也必須強化自我國防防衛能力。

民進黨駐美代表吳釗燮表示，面對中（共）國對民主人士的迫害，在網路世界的封鎖，以及中（共）國對臺灣的軍事威脅、外交封鎖，他認為臺灣政府要聯合美、日、印度等國家明白講出來，中（共）國做的這些都是錯的。

【綜合報導】美國聯邦眾議院即將對是否對敘利亞阿塞德（Bashar al-Assad）政權動武進行全院表決，但儘管總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）與國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）鼓起如簧之舌四處遊說，統計顯示全院議員中，仍有逾半表態反對或傾向反對。
 
美國《哈芬頓郵報》（Hoffington Post）依據政治新聞網站Think Progress所做統計，目前眾院433席議員，支持或傾向支持對敘動武者者僅41席，表態反對或傾向反對者達229席，還有163位議員尚未決定。看來歐巴馬要取得國會授權對敘動武，實屬艱難。

郭女因受不了醋夫，向法院訴請離婚；丈夫稱因太愛妻子才如此。2人的兒女出庭作證，也證明父母常為穿衣吵架，認為父母婚姻已難維持。法官認為，楊男對妻掌控欲太強，讓郭女婚姻生活感到壓力，雙方已難繼續維持婚姻關係，因此判離。
