【黃仲瑜／新北報導】一名60多歲老翁今天凌晨0時許，表示他被老婆砍傷需要救護車，消防局立即派遣救護車趕往現場，將受傷老翁送醫，王姓老翁至醫院做縫合手術，左手掌及手臂各有1到4公分不等的刀傷。

警方表示，王男妻子下午去完公園與友人聊天，聽到他疑似有外遇，回到家中兩夫妻就開始吵架，直到晚上妻子氣憤之下突拿起菜刀與他理論，過程中不慎劃傷王姓老翁，目前警方已經介入調查，但王姓老翁暫不提告，待王男手術結束，及兩夫妻的兒子回到家再前往派出所製作筆錄。

（軍聞社記者李一豪臺北八日電）因應近期國內受「狂犬病」疫情侵襲，國防部軍醫局提醒官兵及國人遵照相關防疫作為，確實瞭解預防狂犬病注意事項，並妥採防範措施，以維個人健康。

　軍醫局表示，狂犬病是由狂犬病病毒引起的神經性疾病，通常在哺乳動物間傳播，人類在被染病動物抓、咬傷後感染，病毒隨唾液在傷口周圍，潛伏約一至三個月，再視傷口嚴重程度、傷口部位等因素，經由神經散播至腦部而發病，一旦發病，致死率甚高。

　軍醫局指出，狂犬病初期症狀為發熱、頭痛或咬傷部位異樣感，數天後出現異常亢奮或恐懼現象，進而產生麻痺、吞嚥困難、咽喉部痙攣，並引起恐水現象（因喝水或看到水引起的喉部痙攣），隨後併有精神錯亂及抽搐等情形，患者常因呼吸麻痺而死亡。

　軍醫局強調，國人、官兵在日常生活中應避免接觸野生動物，駐地偏遠、外離島、山區等營區，以及從事登山、踏青與野外操課等戶外活動，應落實自我保護措施，小心防範被貓、狗、猴子、蝙蝠等哺乳動物侵襲；若被動物抓、咬傷，應立即以肥皂及清水沖洗傷口十五分鐘，再以優碘或百分之七十的酒精消毒，並送醫做進一步治療，由醫師判定感染風險，必要時再施打狂犬病疫苗及免疫球蛋白，獲得保護力。

　軍醫局也提醒國軍各單位，若發生官兵遭動物抓、咬傷事件，應於第一時間循系統回報，並在無危安顧慮下將該動物繫留，以利後續病徵觀察及投藥治療參考依據，但若動物兇性大發，切勿冒險捕捉，以免徒增患病風險。
