標題[閒聊] 烏魚子工廠參訪，揪團感想

各位板友好， 我前幾天揪了珍芳烏魚子見學工廠的參觀及DIY團， 想說說自己的感想。 揪團的這幾天， 我有發通告信確認人數及DIY方案， 禮拜六早上跟廠方報名完以後，再次發了成團確認通告信， 請大家留聯絡資料給我，這時候就有團員沒回覆了。 今天早上(8點)開電腦，還是收到有人臨時不去， 到場參觀時(10點)，又有幾位沒到， 最後是比我當初報名的少了7位(一位版友報名4位，另一個3位) 這兩位都是我沒有留到聯絡電話的。 想跟這幾位版友說： 雖然網路上的約定沒有約束力量， 但是您有說要去，最後也有收到確認信，卻不回覆不聯絡，今天也沒有到場。 這樣不只是簡單的少幾個人繳錢， 而是的確造成主辦者及廠方的困擾， 我報名了幾個人卻沒達成，變成失信，我一再的跟廠方道歉， 廠方預先退冰要使用的烏魚子，要再趕快凍回去，也影響了品質。 這個經驗分享， 希望下次揪團者一定要確實要到聯絡電話，才能減少自己的困擾， 跟團者也應該謹慎考慮再參加，如有任何異動要勤聯絡， 這該是基本禮貌吧。 工廠參觀的感想是，很有趣喲～ 廠房不大，但是各種知識講解得滿詳細的， 自製烏魚子過程雖然手忙腳亂，但是工作人員都會幫忙一一確認， 會很期待自己的成品！ 謝謝今天有一起來的版友們 :) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.173.224.193

原PO最近剛進一家餐廳做PT，十月要在新開幕店轉正職 面試是應徵吧台缺，進來先做外場熟悉公司，後面轉學吧檯 現在剛拿到公司的人事規章，有頗多疑問，不知是不是餐飲業常態，想上來問意見 1. 勞健保 面試時說月薪26K，全勤+2k 之前我做辦公室行政，想說勞健保一定都含，就沒問 前天拿規章給我時才說不含勞健保，要保要從自己薪水扣 這樣扣等於少2K左右的薪水（或者更多？） 想請問餐飲業都這樣嗎？ 2."員工本人同意自任職日起接受完整六日之職研訓練， 該期間如自動離職，公司不給付任何薪資。" 職前訓練不用支薪? 3. 連續三個月全勤，調薪 連續六個月沒曠職，調薪 任職滿十二個月，調薪 這沒疑問，只是貼出來參考 4.病假不給薪 曠職一天扣三天薪，當月兩次以上扣該月半薪 每個月遲到累計超過15分鐘者，扣部份小費或獎金並且無全勤金 5.離職 三十天前書面呈報，總公司簽收後生效 自填寫離職單核準後，所有福利一律取消 這點很怪，我離職的最後一天前應該都算員工，為何可以不算福利? 6.發薪 每月十號發薪水，遇例假日順延 這也沒疑問，只是覺得也太便宜行事，我之前的職場都是遇假日會提前發。 感謝解惑 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.6.206

雲南省副省長劉平昨天率團和高雄市觀光界座談，大陸業者抱怨近來陸客團餐投訴多；高雄業者林明哲「放砲」指出，雲南有業者對赴台遊挺他3個月，團費卻欠了8個月，希望兩岸能對等。令劉平聽了好尷尬。

劉平和雲南省旅遊發展委員會副主席文淑瓊、雲南赴台遊自律會會長辛江等二十多人，昨天下午和高雄市觀光局副局長劉顯惠、觀光協會理事長黃金祥等人座談。

談到大陸旅遊法10月1日將實施，雙方都感受到「風雨欲來」。不過，均肯定可提升旅遊品質，減少旅遊投訴。劉平強調，要全力支持、推動。

雲南去年來台旅遊有4萬多人次。辛江說，雲南赴台遊5年來，團餐比新加坡、香港、泰國及馬來西亞都受陸客好評。不過，近1年多來，團餐的投訴愈來愈多，希望能注意、改進。而台灣航空公司給雲南業者的機位不足，待增加。

高雄自由行是雲南旅行社看好的市場，雲南業者盼高雄業者多包裝自由行商品。

愛友旅行社董事長林明哲說，雲南旅遊長期以來都以昆明、大理及麗江的8日遊為主，要有更多新的旅遊商品，才能招徠更多遊客。希望大陸旅遊法能真正減少購物行程，好有更多旅遊行程。
