【綜合報導】花蓮縣一所大學莊姓體育老師瞞著已婚身分和女學生發生不倫戀，後來女大生得知被騙且另交男友要求分手，莊竟以談判為由邀女方到租屋處「打最後分手砲」；事後遭女方控告性侵，莊男因此丟了工作又賠女方一百二十萬元和解，得不償失。花蓮地院上月底審結認為，莊男並未用強暴手段，且雙方已達成和解，因此判決無罪。

承審法官認為，莊男身為人師竟與相差十多歲的女學生發生踰越師生關係的親密行為，事後為保住教職及家庭和諧，才賠償被害人達成和解，實不足取。女大生雖提告性侵，但無法證明莊男使用強暴手段，違反女大生意願強制性交，因此判決莊男無罪。全案仍可上訴。

【吳國仲／台北報導】今天凌晨2時許，中華路二段發生一起車禍，1名女子穿越馬路時，不慎被1輛行經路口的轎車撞到，被送往醫院治療，還好人無大礙。
 
警方初步瞭解，女子在沒有劃斑馬線的地方穿越馬路，因天色陰暗，轎車駕駛可能是沒有看清楚有人，剎車不及才會撞上。20多歲的奧迪車駕駛低調不願多談，只說並未看到該女子走出來，確切肇事責任，仍由警方釐清當中。

標題[請益] 女生剪短頭髮

我有先爬文了~~~~ 可是還是想要問= =.. 因為看得有點亂 而且我不想要染或燙 地區好多都是公館 中山區 中正區的.. 感覺好像不便宜=口= 而且 這次想要找固定的 剪到他退休或離開為止的那種 所以一定要慎選XDDDDDD 還有 我以後也不打算留長 一年可能會剪個三四次吧 因此不希望價位太高... 不超過500的話有可能嗎 @@ 之前都是剪三百到五百XD 以前我都是路過髮廊然後就不指定設計師的剪 每次都不一樣 有時候遇到好的 有時候怪怪的... 所以我想要請問一下 大台北地區有推薦的設計師嗎@ @.. 不想染或燙 女生 短頭髮 平價~~~~~~ 謝謝大家!!!!!!!!!!^ ^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.168.219
