捷克離續保台維斯盃冠軍只差一步，現在就等塞爾維亞與加拿大之爭的結果，目前塞爾維亞處於1：2落後。

去年捷克奪下獨立建國後首座台維斯盃冠軍，今年氣勢不減，對阿根廷兩點單打全勝後，雙打趁勝追擊，Tomas Berdych與Radek Stepanek又合拍以6-3、6-4、6-2擊敗Carlos Berlocq與Horacio Zeballos，取得決賽門票。

「因為它是如此美麗，我們希望保留冠軍盃！」Stepanek表示，作為主場的捷克，現場湧入11000多名球迷，「這是我們的榮幸，能在這樣的氛圍下發揮！」

捷克未丟掉任何發球局，並在挽救兩個破發點後成功擊敗阿根廷，「一切都在正確的方向，我們沒有丟掉發球局，那麼我們就有機會。」Berdych賽後表示。

至於塞爾維亞，第三點雙打，Nenad Zimonjic與Ilija Bozoljac歷時4小時30分鐘，以7-6(6) 4-6 6-3 6-7(5) 8-10敗給了Daniel Nestor、Vasek Pospisil，「這是一個沉重的打擊，但我們仍然有單打。」塞爾維亞教練Bogdan Obradovic表示。

如果塞爾維亞勝出，將擁有台維斯盃決賽的主場優勢。

廠牌: acer 型號: v3 571g FHD 購入日期: 今天 距上次使用正常時間: OS版本: win8 平常作業內容: 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): 問題內容: 剛拿到acer v3 571g FHD .請問各位高手， 我只是將電池卡入, 加贈的nmax記憶體4g 1600 都還沒裝入(不太會裝不敢裝) 一接電源 按開機紐 ,黑黑的螢幕卻出現一條一條直立的線條, 完全跑不出開機畫面, 螢幕還會不時亮暗. 請問這是花屏吧? 螢幕壞掉? 宏碁維修站說是加裝記憶體造成的? 但附贈的記憶體還躺在那...... 已申請退貨, 可能又要重新訂一台. 請教各位高手,若新訂的 V3 571G FHD到貨，有什麼需要特別注意的? 謝謝各位高手的指教! 宏基說若記憶體裝不好， 就算卡入成功也可能會燒起來? 因應中秋連假　台北轉運站實施站外下客

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】因應中秋節4天連續假期，預估放、收假日各鐵（公）路車站、轉運站及各觀光遊憩景點湧現大量人、車潮。為維護連續假期交通順暢及行車秩序，台北市警局交通大隊表示，9月18日對民權東(西)路、南京東(西)路、市民大道、忠孝東(西)路、仁愛路、信義路、基隆路、敦化南北路、中山北路等9大幹道，以及南京東路與舊宗路口等7處重要路口，下午尖峰時間交通疏導崗派遣時間提早在下午4時到崗，其餘路口則在下午4時30分到崗，並均延長至晚上8時，且需轄區交通恢復正常後始得收勤。

北市公共運輸處規劃台北轉運站9月18日、19日及22日實施站外下客措施，交大表示，東起天津街、西至環河北路、南起忠孝東路、北至南京東路，加強交通疏導勤務，對站外下客點承德路1段及市民大道加強取締違停車輛，另各觀光遊憩景點、大型百貨公司等交通繁雜商圈的重要路口（段），將機動彈性部署警力加強交通疏導管制。

立法院長王金平到底有沒有為民進黨團總召柯建銘的案子進行司法關說，前行政院發言人胡幼偉15日在臉書（facebook）發文指出，「在法治社會中，法治精神和法官才是真正的大老！」他認為，「只有法官說那確實是關說，我們才能跟著說。」

胡幼偉回到學校任教後，仍關注政局變化，分析馬王之爭，他說，今天要離開政治層面，來談一個很根本的問題。那就是：王金平院長到底有沒有為柯建銘的案子進行司法關說，讓林秀濤檢察官決定不再對柯案提出上訴？

以下是胡幼偉的觀點：

從馬總統、江院長、羅副祕書長、特偵組及許多媒體人及民眾的判斷角度來看，答案很清楚。那就是：廢話！如果這不是關說，那什麼才叫關說？！

但誠如特偵組所言，到底王有沒有受柯之所託，或王是否主動向曾勇夫及陳守煌關說柯案，只有王柯二人心知肚明。其他人只能從相關事證中去做判斷。

坦白講，從特偵組披露的相關通聯內容來看，在第一時間我也認為王是在為柯案進行關說。因為，那些通話內容，非常符合關說的語意情境框架。 (接下一頁)
