一年一度的中秋節又到了，除了烤肉之外，月餅也是不可或缺的伴手禮，市面上廣式月餅、台式月餅、還有創意冰淇淋月餅，樣式五花八門，但一項調查指出，網友最關注的還是台式月餅，還有愛好者表示，「不吃傳統廣式月餅沒關係，但少了蛋黃酥的中秋節，怎樣也不對勁。」

有月餅愛好者表示，「不吃傳統廣式月餅沒關係，但少了蛋黃酥的中秋節，怎樣也不對勁。」

《OpView社群口碑資料庫》近日公布2013年「中秋節月餅口碑大調查」，發現有42%網友最關注台式月餅訊息，其次為各式創新口味（例如水果、冰淇淋、茶等）的創意月餅佔27.7%，第三為廣式月餅佔18.5%。而以低糖、低脂為訴求的養生輕食月餅，也贏得青睞，緊追在後。

雖然近年國人健康意識抬頭，許多人認為應減少攝取高油、高糖的月餅，但此次調查中，發現仍有9成網友認為「中秋節就該吃月餅！」而今年有業者推出一口小月餅，訴求天然食材、手作製成，提供芒果、土鳳梨等選擇，造成熱烈討論，還有巧克力月餅搭配中式內餡的法式中秋馬卡龍，也受到網友青睞。

一年一度的中秋節又到了，除了烤肉之外，月餅也是不可或缺的伴手禮。

至於口感部分，今年有業者將餅皮換成綿密蛋糕，再填入麻糬和內餡，口感多元，熱量卻降低了，大獲好評。另，多數網友也有吃月餅的正確觀念，知道「最好採多人分食方式，減少熱量攝取」，因為一顆月餅大約有400到500大卡熱量，找親友一起分享，不但可嚐更多口味，也能控制熱量。

《OpView社群口碑資料庫》觀測期間為2013年7月1日至9月12日，包含全台灣最熱門的網路社群、討論區、部落格、BBS等五千個網站頻道，總計有效討論量達933萬則，再透過內容觀察法和自動語意技術，逐篇分析消費者的需求，具有九成以上代表性。

台中市不少社區今晚辦中秋晚會，但某個社區的摸彩品卻出現一個「總統府馬英九總統」送「泡麵一箱」，照片出現在臉書上，不斷被分享，不少人指責「怎麼會有總統送一箱泡麵當摸彩品？」、「太小氣了吧？」「難怪被罵不會做人」，也有人要求國民黨查清楚，是那個幕僚作這種事。臉書網友罵聲不絕。

但也有人質疑，社區辦中秋聯歡會，頂多是台中市黨部代表贈送摸彩品，以總統的名義送社區一箱泡麵，「的確怪怪的」，不太合常理，也許不是總統府送的。有黨工已向上反映，表示會查個清楚。

【大紀元2013年09月15日訊】（大紀元記者施芝吟台北報導）近年來酒駕的案件層出不窮，很多交通事故的發生、造成許多家庭破碎的原因，都來自酒後駕車失去控制所致。內政部因此修法提高酒駕罰則，嚇阻酒駕。內政部警政署15日指出，今年1至8月酒駕肇事死亡人數比去年同期減少89人，民眾酒駕陋習已有顯著改善，警方仍將持續嚴正執法。

警政署統計顯示，今年1至8月取締酒駕違規7萬8,662件，移送法辦3萬6,072件，酒駕肇事死亡人數165人，與去年同期相比，死亡人數減少89人，酒駕死亡人數呈現下降趨勢。

新的修正條文中，過去酒測值達0.55毫克，才構成公共危險，但新法已下修為0.25毫克。隨著酒駕酒測值下修，及刑責加重，酒駕撞傷人最重可判處7年徒刑；一旦致人於死，可處3年以上、10年以下的徒刑。因此汽機車駕駛人無論如何，千萬不要喝酒開車以免觸法。

酒駕事故頻傳，使得許多家庭因此破碎，警政署規劃每月2次全國同步取締酒後駕車勤務，呼籲民眾「酒後不開車、開車不喝酒」，並落實「指定駕駛」、「搭乘計程車返家」等措施，維護交通行車安全，確保本身及他人安全。警政署同時呼籲民眾，勿心存僥倖以身試法，同時全力配合交通部宣導政策。◇

【陳郁仁／台北報導】立法院長王金平關說爭議未解，馬英九總統今在臉書Po文，重申「這是大是大非的問題」，但現會以「訴訟照打、政務照推」為原則，來確保政府運作的順暢。例如政府官員與立法院的互動，以及部分具有憲政意義而原有立法院長參與或主持的活動，也都會依慣例舉辦，如總統府月會、國慶大會等，其他的活動則會視情況做必要的調整。

馬英九也強調，他會尊重司法，尊稱他「王院長」，會以國家安定與政務運作順暢為重，但絕不能忽略公平正義與司法獨立的維護。馬說，「這是一個尊重法律、謹守分際的總統，對人民莊嚴的承諾」。
