有圖文好讀網誌版：http://a22215714.pixnet.net/blog/post/40903151 以下為純文字複製---------------------------------------- 其實在去畢旅之前完全不覺得泰國會有好買的保養品或是彩妝品，所以也沒有事前做功課 （只有想到要買一大堆的POCKY跟大哥牌花生豆....） 等到了泰國之後才用了當地跑的很慢的wi-fi查了一點可以買的東東 泰國的百貨很普遍的可以看到英國知名保養品牌---Boots的專櫃，在機場也有他的蹤跡 Boots在英國已經有150年的歷史了，一開始是以一間小藥房 Nottingham 起家 到現在在英國當地已經有將近1500家的門市!!! 推出的產品也越來越多元 從保養品化妝品之後也推出了保健食品，重點是在泰國Boots的定價很便宜!!! 他們家最有名的兩個系列分別是--Botanics跟黛妃愛用的No.7系列 店裡除了賣Boots的保養品之外也有很多其他品牌的東西（感覺有點像康是美或是屈臣氏） (以下的標價都是以泰銖為單位) 這瓶是NIVEA美白乳液的泰國版 泰國也有粉紅色櫻桃，可是是40X （我查了很久可是看不懂泰文...有人可以告訴我到底哪裡不一樣嗎） 我買的是加大版 600ml(台灣最大只有400ml ，特價最便宜大概$240上下) 加大版600ml在泰國的定價是$285 ，我去的時候剛好特價一瓶不到$200 !!! 超便宜!!!! 店裡面的四瓶存貨立刻被我跟同學們掃光光 Nature s series的橄欖油護髮膜，這瓶是洗完頭之後的步驟，用完之後要沖洗 我覺得味道跟效果都還不錯，買一送一換算下來一罐約$90，也是便宜到一個爆炸>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.83.247 ※ 編輯: tpcx2001 來自: 114.38.83.247 (09/15 22:12)

立法院17日開議，受馬王政爭影響，影響層面逐漸擴大。財政部表示，奢侈稅修法不會列為優先法案，本會期能否通過也不確定。對此，房地產業界有人認為是利多，但也有人認為懸而未決，反而會加重市場觀望氣氛，讓即將登場的928檔期更不樂觀。

永慶房屋總經理葉凌棋表示，奢侈稅修法是目前房市沉悶的最大因素，除了不少投資人擔心買房之後，立刻被加綁一年，閉鎖期從兩年延長到三年，不敢出手外，許多民眾期待奢侈稅修法加重，讓房價回跌，也紛紛暫停購屋計劃。

但現在政局混亂，即使財政部沒說「奢侈稅修法不列為優先法案」，一般民眾也會認為短期之內奢侈稅修法通過的機率微乎其微。在此情況下，民眾、投資人會轉而擔心房價持續上漲問題，進而採取較積極態度，Q4房市可望升溫。

代銷公會全聯會理事長黃炯榮也認為，奢侈稅即使在本會期通過修法，最快也會到明年才實施，而現在政府無暇顧及，宣示不列入優先法案，未來維持原來兩年閉鎖期的可能性增高，對市場信心有相當助益，這也是928檔爆量的主因。

不過住展雜誌研發長倪子仁、信義房屋企研室經理蘇啟榮都認為，房地產政策在討論階段，對市場影響最大，真正落實上路，反而很快就能利空出盡。一般認為，奢侈稅修法目前最大可能方向就是延長為3年，稅率則是5~7%；由於民眾已有經驗，修法通過，衝擊應該不會像兩年前那般重，但如果一再拖延，觀望氣氛將持續不散。

倪子仁表示，實際上，奢侈稅今年6月滿2年展開檢討後，房市買氣一路下滑，8月住展預售風向球分數已跌至今年以來最低分，連續三月燈號均為代表「衰退」的黃藍燈。政策遲不明朗，市場也將持續烏雲不散。

【綜合報導】有媒體統計前NBA球星姚明的資產，累計高達30億元人民幣，約近146億台幣，報導形容他是位精明的生意人，理財更達到爐火純青的地步。

報導指出，姚明在4年前收購上海大鯊魚籃球隊，當時球隊負債近1億元人民幣，但姚明表明投資意向後，上海體育局出面斡旋，讓籃球隊的3大股東同意，將男籃股權單獨分拆出來，以2000萬人民幣賣給姚明，但資本不是來自姚明，而是由美國企業韋德公司，在中國的分支機構出資。

另外，姚明更利用自己的影響力，如姚餐廳、姚基金等項目上，姚明並沒有注資，只是用來融資，自己真正掏腰包的投資，則來自美國、北京、上海等地的多處豪宅、酒店和酒莊項目。
