【綜合報導】敍利亞內戰持續近3年，調查指出，高達三分之一的美國人認為，敍國內戰代表末日將至，因為該國目前的局勢，應驗了《聖經》中有關大馬士革遭到毀滅的言論。

美國基督教組織「LifeWay」，訪問1001位美國人「是否相信《啟示錄》中預言敍利亞局勢」，結果發現三分之一受訪者表示相信，其中女性受訪者佔36%， 男性受訪者則佔28%。調查發現，居住在南部和年薪少於2.5萬美元(約台幣75萬元)的人，較居於北部和年薪高於7.5萬美元(約台幣225萬元)的人，傾向相信應驗了《聖經》的部份預言。另外，四分之一的受訪者認為，若美國真的對敍利亞發動軍事行動，就是世界末日之時，而五分之一的人認為，自己能親眼見證世界末日到來。

敍利亞政府軍遭控在上個月使用化學武器屠殺平民，引起國際社會抨擊。美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)一度揚言要對敍利亞動武，持續游說參眾議院議員支持決議案，但俄羅斯拋出方案，要求阿塞德(Bashar al-Assad)政府同意讓聯合國檢查、甚至銷毀化武，藉以換取美法等國放棄軍事行動，而美俄近日就敍國交出化武方案達成共識，勒令敍國須在一周內交出化武清單，並於明年中銷毀所有化武，否則美方將跟據《聯合國憲章》第7章，向敍利亞動武。

總統府副秘書長羅智強請辭獲准，確定由國民黨文傳會主委蕭旭岑接任。蕭旭岑今天證實接獲徵詢，會處理九月廿九日國民黨全代會後，預計十月一日就任。

蕭旭岑表示，他目前還在文傳會，現在會做好每一天工作；接任新職後將輔佐馬總統，協助推動政務及政策推行。

在被視為主張收緊貨幣政策的薩默斯（Larry Summers）退出聯邦準備理事會主席的角逐後，美股在此消息激勵下，漲多跌少。

道瓊工業指數大漲118.72，以15494.78作收，漲幅0.77%。標準普爾指數溫和上揚9.61，收在1697.60，漲幅0.57%。

但科技股那斯達克指數在2大成份股蘋果和臉書股價大跌拖累下，逆勢下跌4.33，收3717.85，跌幅0.12%。

【陳慜蔚／台北報導】裕隆（2201）自主品牌LUXGEN邁入第5年，昨發表全新LUXGEN U7 TURBO，向豪華車靠攏，取消原先入門車款，單價從94萬元起跳，將搶攻豪華休旅車級距近30%市佔，每個月銷售目標250台。
 
為表達重視，裕隆董事長嚴凱泰昨也特別與夫人陳莉蓮親自為新車站台，嚴凱泰表示，LUXGEN U7 TURBO為集團高度期待車款，工程單位花了很多心思在提升品質與性能，隨著產品更為優化，對於銷售相當有信心。
 
此外，今年為LUXGEN成立5周年，嚴凱泰也宣示將更積極將品牌推廣至全世界，「除了9月已在俄羅斯正式上市，接下來中東地區也將陸續完成拓點。」
 
LUXGEN總經理胡開昌進一步說明，隨著LUXGEN正式於俄羅斯開賣，將成為品牌進軍歐洲市場的跳板，尤其目前在當地設有生產基地，未來部分由俄羅斯出口免關稅國家如烏克蘭、白俄羅斯等，都可望成為下一波拓展重點。
 
而此次LUXGEN U7 SUV上市，除相關配備更為升級，考量到之前SUV車款入門款銷售佔比並不高，因此在這次新車上市也直接取消，價格從94萬起跳，強打豪華休旅車市場，不過胡開昌強調，相較於高級進口品牌，價格仍然低了一半，可成為車主自一般休旅車升級至豪華進口車的優先選擇。
