【綜合報導】中國科技網站「C科技」根據網友爆料，稱可能在10月15日發表的蘋果iPad 5將於10月25日上市，而且還會搭載Touch ID指紋辨識功能。該網站還曝光iPad 5使用的Sim卡卡槽零件，據以推斷iPad 5也有銀白、太空灰與香檳金三色，但iPad mini 2仍維持兩色。

【綜合報導】由 LG 代工的 Google 公版手機 Nexus 5的實機照與影片近日在網路流傳，據稱是一位Google員工將這款手機放在酒吧充電，才被網友拿來拍照、甚至試圖解鎖偷用。

根據網傳規格，Nexus 5將採用5寸1080P屏幕、驍龍800處理器、1300萬像素相機、android4.4系統、2300毫安培電池，預計10月14日發布。

【大紀元2013年09月18日訊】（大紀元記者李淨報導）自中國知名投資人、企業家王功權被北京警方刑拘後，在社會各界引起轟動。而著名律師陳有西受王功權家屬委託為其提供辯護也受到中國律師界廣泛關注和聲援。不過，在17日首次約見中，看守所以「無會見室」等各種理由刁難，這讓律師界深感憂慮。

首次約見遇阻 看守所稱「無會見室」

知名投資人、企業家王功權13日被北京警方以「擾亂秩序」為由正式逮捕，現關押在位於北京大興區第三看守所。

受王功權家屬委託，著名律師陳有西和李道演將為王功權提供辯護。陳有西16日已向偵查機關送達告知函，並向第三看守所送達會見函。按照相關規定，看守所應即時安排會見，至遲不得超過48小時。

不過，陳有西17日在微博上披露稱首次會見受阻。當局以「至遲不得超過48小時」為由刁難，用足48小時。

陳有西表示，不涉密案應即時律師會見，認為司法機關不可濫用和歪曲理解刑訴法。同時，辦案機關只有被告知權無干預審批權。另外他還指司法機關提出「無會見室」的理由不真實。

當天下午會見繼續受阻。14：00前，陳有西一行冒雨再到第三看守所要求會見王公權，看守所又拿出兩個理由：1，偵查機關在會見；2，同案其他律師在會見。陳有西則質問，「王功權13日被刑拘，公安是否一直在審？本案繫個案，他案律師能否見王？」

下午3時許，陳有西接到北京第三看守所電話通知，告知「明天上午九時半會見王功權」。此時，陳有西已往返看守所兩次，而李道演律師往返三次。首次約見遇阻，未來路途艱難。

有人提醒陳律師：近期別跟女孩子說話

自熱心公益事業的企業家王功權被北京警方刑拘後，在大陸引起不小轟動。而由陳有西律師為其提供辯護也受到中國律師界廣泛關注和聲援。

作為同行，經歷過太多司法不公案例的律師們，深知該案件所處的敏感時期以及背後公權力的險惡。

律師伍雷對於陳有西作為該案辯護人表示欽佩。他鼓勵說，「目前形勢逼人，國內最優秀的律師必須拿出當年重慶護法勇氣、氣勢！」

不過，鑒於薛蠻子「因嫖被拘」的案例，一些律師對於「吃一塹長一智」的古語有了更深刻認識，並告誡的陳有西律師「最近小心別跟女孩子說話」。

而另外一些律師對此則不以為然。鍾錦化律師表示，「律師依法辦案，看守所這樣再三為難律師實在沒必要」。

倪立趕律師也認為，「真沒有必要，防律師幹嗎，讓律師見見天會塌嗎？據理力爭，有理有節，有西有范」。

多次被新浪微博禁言的政法學教授蕭瀚則說，「看陳有西律師發的關於會見種種阻礙，就想到龔自珍曾講過，衰世之際，不但朝廷無良才，甚至『藪澤無才盜』——像樣點的強盜都沒有」。他揶揄當局說，「捕快最後雖然答應律師見當事人，但此前卻定要讓律師來回奔波。幾次三番才允諾本是義務之事，此中猥瑣多於邪惡，『藪澤無才盜』之典型」。

各界聯署聲援

與關押王功權同一看守所的許志永的辯護律師斯偉江在看到王功權案有一些進展後感慨萬千。他表示，「經過幾次折騰，有西兄明天總算能會見王功權，權力終歸要用到邊界。而我，由於北京市第三看守所不讓會見許ZY(許志永)，我已經提起行政復議，如果北京市公安局維持，恐怕法律程序還要走下去」。他說，「讓律師見一下，天也塌不下來」。

王功權13日被北京警方以「擾亂秩序」刑拘後，網絡消息指他是因參與聲援「新公民運動」的兩位主要成員許志永和楊茂東(筆名為郭飛雄)而被帶走，但據信他不是「新公民運動」的積極組織者。

由自由派學者發起的要求當局立即無條件釋放王功權的聯署聲援。截至目前，已獲得超過700餘位海內外人士的簽名響應。
