台南 依蕾特咖啡 ELATE CAFE 地址: 台南市安平區安平路428號2樓 電話：06-2230022 營業時間：11:00~20:00 網誌圖文版：http://lotuslin.pixnet.net/blog/post/40937477 依蕾特布丁，這個鮮少人不知道的台南安平熱門名產， 這些年除了最早的原味布蕾，可可.芒果等等口味推陳出新， 而從2013年開始，依蕾特不再只是布丁的專有名詞， 同樣位於安平的ELATE CAFE (安平二店)正式開幕， 提供了創意輕食及甜點，來一場河畔的午茶饗宴吧！ 安平二店就位在一店隔了條小巷的旁邊， 一樓是禮品部，提供義式冰淇淋以及各式伴手禮盒， 二樓則是咖啡廳，迴旋樓梯上樓，別有洞天！ 餐點選擇不少，但無法在二樓CAFE這點用招牌布蕾， 也算是做了些區隔，若用布蕾做些創意甜點或許不錯！ 9/26開始會推出新甜點-法式千層。 柔滑幕斯 覆盆子玫瑰 單點$160 套餐$260 就像是在小溪裡乘著綠葉輕舟，飄流至眼前的驚喜， 非常可愛的白巧克力蛋形甜點， 覆盆子幕斯滑順酸甜，內層包裹著荔枝蛋糕， 上層的餅乾微甜香脆，可沾著幕斯搭配， 還有一個迷你小果凍～ 多層次的口感及視覺擺盤的呈現皆很討喜！ 手作熱培鬆餅 鄉村野莓鬆餅 單點$180 套餐$280 （套餐可任選$120內飲品） 現烤三層厚厚的鬆餅，扎實卻好有彈性！ 上層的烘培脆糖片多了層卡滋卡滋的口感， 原味的鬆餅就很好吃了，本以為看起來很乾很硬， 卻意想不到的厚實有彈性且越嚼越香， 有那種雞蛋煎餅的香氣，濃郁撲鼻～ 義式冰淇淋也可以單吃或沾著鬆餅吃都很不錯， 綜合莓果的卡士達醬則稍甜了點～ 綠光森林 法式香草玫瑰茶 $140 店家會很貼心的先幫我們把茶包及玫瑰花先取出， 很特別的是分成兩種沖泡包， 我喜歡玫瑰花瓣的香氣，即使喝完回沖依然很好喝～ 繽紛果茶 綜合水果茶 $140 英國TWININGS茶包為基底， 各種水果茶點綴其中， 透著運河的倒影，透涼消暑！ 10/13前有星光無限續飲的活動唷~ 店裡還有一個拍照打卡送手指餅乾的活動， 四根可愛的香草口味手指XD 吃起來有一點蛋白糖霜的口感，偏甜但是好好吃我好喜歡喔！！ ELATE CAFE店內環境非常舒適寬敞， 採光很棒，喜歡這樣空間的設計， 還有一整區可區隔成包廂的空間， 連廁所都很優秀。 說老實話，原先對於依蕾特的甜點並未抱持過多期待， 實際品嚐後，除價位偏高些，環境與甜點都很讓人滿意， 出乎意料之外的驚喜！ 來到安平，除了各色小吃外，也不妨到ELATE CAFE坐坐， 欣賞河畔風光之餘也來份甜點吧！ -- ★奇奇一起玩樂趣★ https://www.facebook.com/chi.lin.5220 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.33.211.93 ※ lotuslin:轉錄至看板 CAFENCAKE 09/18 00:07

【劉榮輝／台南報導】黃姓大三學生今天下午1時20分，騎著機車沿南區新孝路西往東方向行駛，騎到新興國中前，突然「碰」的巨響，機車底盤突然竄出火花，黃男嚇的趕緊跳車，機車隨即陷入火海，濃煙四起，消防局調派消防車前往滅火，很快撲滅火勢，所幸黃男沒有受傷，至於機車為何自燃，他也莫名其妙。

【綜合報導】為了更好的相機、更快的處理器，一定得花大錢換手機嗎？荷蘭設計師哈肯斯（Dave Hakkens）可不這麼想。他設計的積木概念機Phonebloks採用模組化元件，不管是電池、鏡頭、記憶體、處理器，甚至是螢幕，讓手機使用者「想換哪、就換哪」。哈肯斯說，這樣的設計主要是對環境更友善，因為消費者不必每年都為了一兩種新功能，就把根本沒壞的舊手機送進垃圾場。

【林巧雁／台北報導】國泰金控今天發布9月國民經濟信心調查結果為「信心不足、動能仍弱」，景氣現況與樂觀指數雙雙下滑，股市樂觀指數也下跌，民眾投資轉保守，通膨預期也衝擊消費意願。
 
雖然歐美經濟逐步好轉，然而QE縮減規模預期、新興市場動盪、敘利亞戰爭疑慮及國內電價調漲等不確定因素，都是民眾對景氣前景樂觀度下滑的可能原因。本月景氣現況與展望樂觀指數雙降，分別下滑至-25.4與-19.8。
 
受經濟及資金不確定因素影響，民眾風險偏好無法延續前月的小幅反彈，本月股市樂觀與風險偏好指數皆轉為保守。34.8%的民眾認為未來半年台股走勢下跌，23.1%認為股市會上漲，24.2%認為不變，17.9%表示不知道。

10月將調漲電價，加上國際油價近期上漲及颱風影響衝擊，本月物價上漲預期指數大幅跳升，通膨預期壓力似乎衝擊民眾消費意願，耐久財及大額消費意願均下滑，內需疲弱恐無力大幅推升經濟成長動能。
