【綜合報導】美國佛州36歲女子桑德琳(Tina Sandlin)，常年有吸食安非他命的習慣，去年七月一個燥熱的午後，她把當時3歲和6歲的2個孩子叫到臥室，伸手抓起家中養的寵物兔，當著子女面前一刀砍下，把小兔子的頭砍了下來，日前遭控虐待動物與兒童，被判轉介戒毒中心接受治療。

這名恐怖母親把兔子斬首後，2名子女現場就都嚇呆了，事後告訴警察：當時兔子不斷掙扎踢腳，但媽媽抓着兔子耳朵就砍。丈夫從孩子口中聽到事件後質問她，桑德琳卻只是聳聳肩說：「因為很無聊」。

之後她躲藏在一間流動車屋內，去年9月25日被警方逮捕，至今被押已近一年，上周五(20日)被控虐待動物和兒童，由於她選擇不抗辯，獲判緩刑5年，並轉介到戒毒中心接受治療，這段期間不得接觸丈夫及子女。

標題[問題] 公司公告的福利沒有履行

是這樣的,我朋友的公司最近好像財務有點問題 一個月沒準時發薪，本來說好17號會發放，後來又放鴿 最後老闆用電子公告說，10月會一起發 然後只要現在離職會加發上個月薪資25% 另外有一點是因為公司說好要給他們一筆旅遊基金,一人8千 不知為何，老闆說員工離職態度不佳(可能單純他奇毛子不爽) 說要收回25%跟基金 請問發過公告的福利跟保證 老闆說收回就收回 員工也可能因為這樣而離職 卻拿不到任何承諾的遣散費(?!) 有辦法訴諸法律或是有任何管道可以解決嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.50.181

各位大大們好~ 有一個很急迫的問題想向各位大大請益.... 小妹我是國內普通大學畢業 目前是剛從遠洋游回來待業中的海龜.... 這是回到台灣的第一份工作~所以格外的小心謹慎選擇..... 日前接到日月光進出口一職的面試,也通過了面試拿到offer了~ 此部門主管很急著要我上班~ 但我陷入猶豫了...... 日月神轎的傳聞早就傳遍了大街小巷~這我知道~ 薪水呢~與我預期的實在是差的有點遠..... 這工作必定是要加班且正常來講是申請不到加班費的....只是加爽的...(應該都這樣齁) 隔周休~月曆上見紅就要輪(AB Team輪流上陣.....) 雖說住家裡可以省一筆~但天天的交通費也是一筆費用.... 明天就得答覆是否要去報到~ 能問的能查的都做了~但還是好猶豫到底要不要去.... 各位大大們~日月光是值得一試的嗎? -- Forever love~Keep in my mind~Wish you all best!! 　台鐵上午10點宣布，今天全天全線恢復正常行駛，讓收假民眾安心回家！花東線鹿野－山里間（144公里305公尺）鹿野溪橋水位已退至安全範圍，花東線自22日8時起陸續恢復正常行駛。

　另外，傳出水淹軌面的南迴線枋山－枋野間（15公里500公尺）發生土石崩落，經派員全力搶修，於8時15分土石清理完畢，經確定安全無虞，自今天上午10時起陸續恢復正常行駛。

【綜合報導】美國紐約一名女子，因為貪圖價格便宜飛往多明尼加整容，結果賠上性命。

這名31歲愛美又想省錢的女子赫南德茲(Erika Hernandez)，想做腹部整形、抽脂，及隆臀等手術，在紐約得花超過1.5萬美元(約台幣45萬元)，但如果找多明尼加一名曾在美國無牌行醫的醫生卡布拉(Hector Cabral)，則只需約6000美元(約台幣18萬元)，比原價足足便宜六成。

赫南德茲上個月就前往多明尼加首都聖多明哥接受手術，過程長達7小時，手術期間她因麻醉藥失效醒了過來並尖叫，當時手術室的助理還叫她閉嘴，最後她轉送當地一間診所接受治療，但隨後發起高燒，搶救17天後，終於在上月29日不治。

涉事的52歲醫生卡布拉在多明尼加有執照，但他曾在美國無牌行醫，去年就被判罪成，結果罰款回國了事，卻仍繼續向美國女性招攬生意，以平價吸引她們到多明尼加接受整容手術。

【林海全／台中報導】中秋連續四天假期，台中清水服務區業者看好商機，在連續假期前，準備比平常多1.5倍的人力和備品，不料，受到天兔颱風攪局影響，業績不如預期。該服務區副理李家蓉表示，原本預估四天連假，每天營業額達500萬，但颱風攪局，這幾天營業額有300多萬。
                                                      
李家蓉指出，中秋四天的車潮，只有在中秋節當天下午、晚間湧現，其餘幾天都跟平常假日差不多，雖然營業額比平常假日好一點，「都是兔子搞的禍。」
 
麗寶樂園公關崔狄安表示，原本也看好四天連假，但是昨天颱風來襲，配合政府停班停課，休園一天，預估損失兩成。

小妹認為版上有時需要一些歡樂的文來讓大家體會感情的美好 所以今天冒著被噓的風險來分享一下 話說 今天男友騎著愛駒小白載著我回家時,我和他聊到一個話題 我：如果你最好的朋友要跟你借錢,你"最高限度願意借他多少"？ (問句重點為額度) 男友：我跟你講,最不能借錢的就是好朋友,因為如果還想當好朋友的話blahblah...
