鴻海澄清煙台無人重傷死亡　事件已平息

【李宜儒／台北報導】對於外傳的中國山東煙台廠區發生鬥毆事件，鴻海（2317） 表示，9月20、21日，富士康煙台工業廠區少數職工自行於園區外商家自行聚集喝酒過中秋節，酒後2夥人發生爭執，導致聚集鬥毆，現場約300~400人圍觀，造成11人輕傷入院，但並無人重傷、無人死亡。

鴻海表示，事件發生後，當地政府非常重視，第一時間成立現場工作組，即時派出員警控制局面，平息事件，受傷者立刻送醫治療，並即刻整頓週遭商家，處理帶頭滋事人員；公司也對滋事員工進行教育處理。目前事態已平息。

雨夜性侵薄紗女　淫狼判7年定讞

【丁牧群／台北報導】中壢一名女子去年5月不滿男友沉迷網路遊戲，讓她成為「網路寡婦」，兩人大吵一架後，女子不顧外面下雨，只穿一襲性感薄紗睡衣就衝到屋外散心，不料在路邊被色狼張茂富（43歲，毒品、竊盜等前科）盯上。張男假意問她：「要不要穿雨衣？」隨即抓她頭髮拖進暗巷，扯下女子內褲，一手摸胸、另一手手指插入陰道性侵。
 
張男接著掏出陽具想插入女子陰道，但她掙扎抵抗，張男只好把陰莖塞在女子大腿間磨蹭，沒幾分鐘後突然問一句：「有沒有射到妳？」女子頓時覺得「腳黏黏的」，但張男射精後意猶未盡，繼續上下其手，女子為了脫身，假意對張男說：「帶你回我家。」兩人走出暗巷時，正好遇到女子的男友在找她，女子大聲呼救，張男急忙騎車逃逸，警方依據監視器畫面，循線逮捕張男。最高法院今依強制性交罪，判張男7年徒刑定讞。

台北市議會23日開議，因雙子星弊案遭起訴、上月獲交保的國民黨議員賴素如中午未出席黨團大會，僅在下午1時50分左右現身議場外簽到隨即離去；面對媒體追問各種問題，賴素如都未回答，僅一再說「謝謝」。

消費時間：2013/09 基於本板田季發爺-通化店的相關資訊實在太少了，上來提供一點意見。 不推薦通化店的原因: 1.服務態度不好(1F): 店員打翻飲料在客人身上卻沒有處理或遞衛生紙，連地板也不擦。 客氣地向店員反應一直有菜沒上，店員回應的口氣很差，臉也很臭。 客人向店員索取衛生紙卻收到"我們店裡衛生紙用完了"的驚人回應(雖然後來店員有 補上)。 2.用餐環境不清爽、廁所髒亂: 服務員隨手將裝有食物殘渣的髒碗盤擱置在吧檯、廁所出現蝦頭殼、廁所垃圾桶爆滿 出來地上都是用髒的衛生紙 就連寫著"貼心提供衛生護墊"的盒子裡也全是髒亂的垃圾、 醬料罐上有陳年污垢。 3.食材、醬料、冰淇淋缺漏不補: 食材沒了卻不傳達給客人 直接每次點每次都不上、醬料缺漏不齊、冰淇淋完全沒了。 廁所衛生紙、擦手巾、洗手乳也全缺漏。 個人想法: 這次田季發爺-通化店的用餐經驗感受不到店員對人的基本尊重， 除此之外環境衛生、出餐順序也漏洞百出。 實在不推薦! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.188.144

德州儀器(TI)宣佈，推出業界首款電感數位轉換器(LDC)。德儀表示，該系列全新資料轉換器可將線圈及彈簧作為電感感測器，與現有傳感解決方案相比，可於更低系統成本下實現更高解析度、可靠性及靈活性。

德儀說明，電感感測為非接觸感測技術，不僅可用來測量金屬或導體目標的位置、動態以及組成，還可用來檢測彈簧的壓縮、擴張與扭曲度。而電感感測技術的應用範圍從簡單的按鈕、旋鈕及開關到高解析度心率監視器、渦輪流量計以及高速馬達／齒輪控制器等，無所不包。而電感數位轉換器(LDC)也可應用於包括汽車、白色家電、消費性電子、行動設備、運算、工業以及醫療等眾多不同市場。

【林靜盛／雲林報導】愛心待用餐日漸普及，也衍生非弱勢民眾濫用、需求者開不了口的困擾。雲林崇仁愛心會針對虎尾鎮弱勢民眾，即日起至10月15日止，每日提供60份愛心餐券，民眾持券到鎮內5家便當店，可兌換用餐。
 
愛心會長張榮麗表示，會員長期照顧弱勢，得知有些人不好意思索取待用餐，為此好友集資30多萬元，試辦愛心餐券，經訪查贈送實際需要的人，讓他們不需開口就能飽餐一頓。
