柯P談兩國 環時：可考慮停辦雙城論壇

台北市長柯文哲日前提到「兩國一制」，大陸鷹派媒體「環球時報」今天評論，「雙城論壇」可考慮停辦，而且2017年台北要舉辦世大運，如果大陸抵制，柯文哲將有很大失分。

柯文哲日前接受美國外交政策（Foreign Policy）雜誌專訪，提及兩岸不是要討論「一國兩制」，而是應該討論「兩國一制」。

中國共產黨中央委員會機關報人民日報旗下的環球時報2日以「為被殖民唱讚歌，柯文哲有些狂了」為題，發表社評。

環時社評指出，上一任台北市長承認「九二共識」，如果柯文哲要破這個政治底線，這一論壇就失去繼續舉辦的政治基礎，上海與台北「雙城論壇」可以在必要時考慮停下來。

社評還說，2017年台北要舉辦世界大學運動會，大陸亦可根據柯文哲的表現決定是否予以支持，如果大陸抵制，柯文哲將有很大失分。

社評還說，柯文哲大概被選舉勝利沖昏了頭腦，開始說話無底線，他對展示自己的偏好越來越不做克制，逐漸擺出挑釁的姿態。

文章說，作為台北市長，他本應更多迴避兩岸政治問題，但他卻像是很有興趣對此表態。

文章指出，台灣2016年大選很快就將到來，兩岸議題難免再成焦點，大陸這個時期準確回應柯文哲的過激言行，具有重大意義，讓台灣清楚自己每一個選擇的含意。

環時一般被視較為鷹派的媒體。環時去年11月以社評批評總統馬英九後，行政院大陸委員會主任委員王郁琦回答立委質詢時說，環球時報是「比較不入流」的媒體，「一天到晚亂講話，也罵美國總統」。

中國廣東省佛山市南海區大瀝廣佛路江夏村一個巴士站，於上周六(31日)發生一宗搶奪傷人案件。被搶妙齡女子為護住手提包，遭搶匪斬傷。

南方網報導，不少佛山網友事後轉發微信，稱一名女子在江夏村巴士站被人搶包包，被斬傷雙手。圖片所見，該女子癱坐在巴士站地上，雙手染滿鮮血，地面上也有大灘血跡，她身邊有數名市民正安慰她。

有知情人士透露，該女子當時一邊等車一邊玩手機，但突遭一騎單車的男子搶手提袋。她因為護住包包沒有鬆手，被搶匪用西瓜刀斬手及頭部。疑犯被附近群眾制止，立即逃離現場。女子則被送院救治，暫無生命危險。南海警方目前正全力追捕疑犯。

一名自稱為傷者朋友的網友稱，傷者姓林，廣東陸豐人，事發時帶著5歲女兒，在巴士站等車準備前往順德。林女士被亂砍後，她身旁邊小女兒被嚇得不停地大哭，雙眼都哭腫。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）

基市1名55歲羅姓管線工人，去年11月下午，行經廟口鬧區時，見迎面而來1名美魔女，擁有傲人雙峰，羅男疑酒後按奈不住色慾，雙手伸直畫大圓假裝打呵欠，左手肘順勢觸碰女子的左胸，女子原不以為意，但在旁的嚴姓男姓友人察覺不對勁，轉頭發現羅男故技重施，準備獵襲另1名少女胸部，立即衝上前將羅男抓進巷弄內，徒手反折羅男手腕報警處理。
 
羅男向警方辯稱，「中午與朋友餐敘喝太多酒了，沒印象有襲胸」，堅稱自己喝醉酒，否認襲胸，檢方依違反性騷擾防治法起訴，聲請簡易判決，法官調查羅男意圖性騷擾、累犯，判處有期徒刑3月，或易科罰金9萬元。（蔡進男／基隆報導）

Samsung handset orders to pick up in March, say supply chains

Following a slowdown in January and February 2015, supply chains expect to see orders for handsets from Samsung Electronics pick up in March.

The first two months of each year are traditionally a slowdown period for supply chains as vendors hold off releasing new products until the second and third quarters. Heading into March, Samsung's supply chains will start gearing up for new handset orders and Samsung will reportedly aim to increase its presence in China as part of its strategy in 2015.

Samsung's move comes as more rumors spread in the industry that China's telecom providers are planning to issue a second wave of handset purchase subsidies in 2015 in order to spur growth for 4G units. Such subsidies were issued from 2013-2014 and largely attributed to smartphone growth in China, according to many market observers.

Industry sources from Samsung's supply chain meanwhile noted the company is planning to reduce its handset product line by 30% in order to focus on a more simplified and refined product mix. Samsung will still focus on emerging markets with entry-level and mid-range handsets, but will focus promoting specific products with a wide range of specifications that will cover various demand in the market rather than using more products to meet the demand.

網路上測試的，幾乎都是蘋果公司的iPhone手機或三星手機，這次難得針對hTC實測，以Desire EYE手機掉落測試，更狠的是讓大象一腳踩過！結果看來完好如初耶！

科技網站《Digiato》實測發現，Desire EYE手機自男子胸前摔下，摔到第3次後，螢幕會碎裂，但仍能運作，不像他牌手機會死當。

超酷的是，《Digiato》甚至帶著Desire EYE手機前往動物園測試，讓大象一腳踩過去，重壓之後，鏡頭完好可拍照，手機螢幕也能操作。（馬婉珍／綜合報導）

Polarizer prices continuing to drop

Polarizer makers have seen pricing for their products drop about 3% a quarter over the last few quarters, which is expected to carry over into early 2015.

The makers expect the trend to continue throughout the first quarter of the year and then slow down by the second. Orders will still remain at healthy levels throughout the first quarter but may experience a slight decline in February due to the Lunar New Year holiday period.

Polarizer makers such as Chimei Materials saw steady performances in the fourth quarter of 2014 driven by demand in the TV panel segment despite the declining pricing.

Meanwhile, Japan-based Nitto Denko expects its fiscal 2014-2015 revenues to increase 10% on year due to steady demand for smartphone and tablet orders.
