秋節長假過後鋼筋市場陷入混亂，主力廠豐興（2015）23日決定不開盤、不接單，沈澱市場籌碼期待新一波榮景。

豐興董事長特別助理林大鈞昨天說，秋節前鋼筋、型鋼等建築用鋼流通價格出現小跌，經過四天連續假期後，市場訊息更顯混亂，買賣雙方交易信心都顯脆弱。

因此，原先固定每周一拍板的豐興盤價決定不開盤，同時對客戶也不開出銷售額度，採觀望措施因應，靜待未來一周市況沈澱後再做打算。

23日電爐族群漲跌互見，豐興收盤52.6元，上漲1元；東鋼收在26.35元，跌0.25元；海光以9.69元收盤，下跌0.02 元；威致上漲0.03元，收盤4.96元。

【綜合報導】台北市中山區1家幼稚園1名任姓代課女老師，涉嫌去年3月在午睡時間管教學童，持磁鐵尺揮打1名盧姓男童下巴致挫傷；台北地檢署依傷害罪嫌將任女起訴，並請求法院依兒童及少年福利法規定，加重其刑2分之1。

《自由時報》報導，檢方指出，任女不滿盧姓男童在午休時間不乖乖睡，持長約30到40公分左右的磁鐵尺，朝他的下巴揮打1下，盧童當場嚎啕大哭，連其他躺下準備午睡的小朋友也被吵醒。

在場同學嚇壞，回家告訴媽媽，其他學童家長轉告盧童母親，盧母持驗傷單堅持提告。

【綜合報導】瑞典先前發生有男子在海灘打手槍被抓，法官最後判他無罪開釋，近來又發生在西部城市古森堡(Gothenburg)，一名男子在當地一連鎖超市中，在蔬果區對著蘋果和橘子尿尿，警方獲報趕到現場，當場將男子逮捕。

事件發生後，超市將受尿液污染的商品全數銷毀，總計損失為700克朗，約3250元台幣，根據當地媒體報導，警方逮捕男子時，男子突然盛怒反抗，警方費了好大一番功夫才將他制伏逮捕，並以破壞公物罪起訴，警方表示男子應是喝醉酒，才會在超市當眾小便。
