【吳家翔／台北報導】國民黨今宣布929全代會延期，「凱道929，怒吼馬英九」聯盟（黑衫軍）下午舉行記者會宣布活動照常舉行。發起人葛樹人表示，「我們的理想不變、行動不變、熱情不減」，呼籲站在同一公民立場的民眾們在當天一定要站出來。中選會前主委黃石城今也成為聯盟共同發起人，黃痛批，人民要講心聲給政府聽，「他們說不聽，要改期，這樣不應該，完全不負責任的政府」。

「凱道929，怒吼馬英九」聯盟今在記者會公布當天活動的戰歌「換掉馬英九」，所有發起人也穿上黑T戰袍亮相，葛樹人向泛藍的朋友喊話，希望更多的泛藍朋友應該站出來，「因為你們也是國家的一分子，不要認為這只是國民黨的家務事，現在已經不是了，現在是全台灣人好好面對省思的時候」。

發起人之一的吳睿穎表示，網路上過去這一兩個禮拜，有人說他們是某政黨高層希望他們辦這樣的活動，要來國父紀念館把人群帶走，對照國民黨今宣布全代會延期與更改地點，而聯盟的活動仍要照常舉行，可以證明他們從頭到尾都是玩真的，「希望真的玩到馬英九下台為止」。

黃石城表示，他過去一向是無黨無派，也沒有參加過遊行活動，因為過去的活動都是有政黨色彩，這是他第一次參與。黃說，國民黨全代會規劃很久，結果聽到有那麼多公民力量要去包圍就取消，「不應該這樣」，因為政府就是為人民設立，人民有痛苦怨恨之處，政府要解決，不應該逃避。

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】嘉義市謝姓男子，昨下午5時酒醉騎機車載友人2歲兒子兜風，因不勝酒力自撞防汛道柵欄，擦撞轎車摔飛，兩人摔得鼻青臉腫，男童僅是頭皮擦傷，嚇壞家人。

嘉義市警局八掌派出所昨晚獲報，八掌溪防汛道路發生車禍，警方、救護車趕到，發現謝姓男子（38歲，有酒駕前科）所騎機車倒在地上，謝男和友人的兒子2歲郭姓男童摔倒在地。
 
警方調查，謝姓男子酒後載著友人孩子外出，因太醉失控，逆向衝撞旁邊防汛道柵欄，又與當時正在該車道行進的自小客車發生擦撞，強大的劇烈撞擊造成前方的小男童先彈飛出去，而謝姓男子也跌得鼻青臉腫，所幸男童只是受到驚嚇無大礙，男童母親趕至醫院急診室，直呼：「好險！好險！老天保佑」。

【呂健豪／新北報導】新北市警方日前逮捕1名49歲的董姓網路男蟲，其中1名22歲的被害黃姓女子因租屋處被董嫌強行入住2年，身分證又被其盜用申請手機門號及銀行帳戶，結果被害人反成共犯。

警方調查，董嫌在民國100年間，利用網路聊天室「尋夢園」認識黃女，兩人日漸熟識後，董男竟以眼疾需就近就醫為由，強行入住黃女位於台中的租屋處並長達2年之久。其間董嫌仍持續以「意夢境」、「關心」、「悄悄走」等暱稱在網路上騙財騙色，被害女子不計其數，其中一名李性被害人為知名面膜公司負責人，也被騙了市值20萬的產品，東窗事發後李女在網路上串聯其他被害人出面指證，目前已有3人出面指控董嫌犯行。

新北市中和一分局警方循線逮捕董嫌後，意外發現董嫌用來行騙的手機門號、銀行帳戶都是以黃姓女子名義申辦，因此原為被害人的黃女頓時間成為詐欺最共犯，而董嫌為妨害性自主通緝犯，警方偵訊後先將董嫌移送新北地檢署，而詐欺案這部分則函送地檢署偵辦。

【大紀元2013年09月24日訊】（大紀元記者李雙報導）9月24日，中共黨媒再現高級黑文章，新華博客專欄把《警察被這招「搞暈」？》與《宋祖英與丈夫差點離婚內幕》這兩篇文章標題一前一後並列在新華網首頁，再度噁心江澤民宋祖英淫亂醜聞。

9月24日中共黨媒新華網首頁新華博客文章呈現，自上而下，前後並列一行的新聞基本上都是關於同一主題的新聞。在倒數第四行，出現《警察被這招「搞暈」？》、《宋祖英與丈夫差點離婚內幕》並列一行， 咋一看還以為是警察被宋祖英差點離婚的內幕「搞暈」了。

9月24日，中共黨媒再現高級黑文章，新華博客專欄把《警察被這招「搞暈」？》與《宋祖英與丈夫差點離婚內幕》這兩篇文章標題一前一後並列在新華網首頁。（網絡截圖）

點開新聞鏈接來看，前面一篇文章是轉載9月23日東南網《一色情服務店為掩護嫖客上演「地道戰」》一文，其中提到大陸警察被某賣淫窩點掩護嫖客所設置的「地道」、「機關」搞暈了。

後一篇文章則是此前被黨媒多次翻炒的宋祖英與其丈夫差點離婚的舊聞。其實暗諷江澤民當年為了與宋祖英淫亂方便而讓宋離婚的內幕醜聞。

兩個標題前後相連，暗諷江澤民宋祖英「地下淫亂」醜聞意味十足。

新華網持續翻炒宋祖英婚姻醜聞

早在今年5月20日，中共黨媒新華網發展論壇文章就登出《曝宋祖英淒涼身世與丈夫差點離婚內幕》一文。而後被眾多中文網站及論壇轉載。

5月25日，中共黨媒新華網論壇發表《揭秘宋祖英婚姻生活》的文章中稱，宋祖英在舞台上大放異彩，而舞台下卻有著鮮為人知的平凡經歷。1992年就結婚，歷經13年，宋祖英與丈夫羅浩的結晶才在2005年9月遲遲到來。2005年正是江澤民失去手中最後的權利--軍委主席的時間。

據《江澤民其人》一書披露，事實上，1991年春晚，宋祖英怯生生演唱了一首《小背簍》，被爺爺輩的江澤民看中。而後宋被安排特招進入海政歌舞團，從此開始了江宋的的淫亂醜行，江澤民為了與宋祖英秘密來往不受干擾和外傳洩露，甚至讓宋和丈夫羅浩秘密離了婚。而羅浩從此扮演一個非常尷尬的角色，幾乎「潛伏」了整整20年。

黨媒埋汰宋祖英 成為江澤民失勢風向標

自江澤民失勢後，中共黨媒持續曝光有關江的姘頭宋祖英的醜聞，而且曝光手法呈出不窮。有的文章是明「讚」暗諷，有的是文不對題，還有借題發揮，通過前後不同新聞標題並列，暗示江宋淫亂也是其中慣用的手法之一。

9月20日，中共黨媒新華網發展論壇首頁欄目下，相繼列出「膀大腰圓」的宋祖英以及曾因遠華案牽連被封殺而於近期高調復出的楊鈺瑩、董文華的三組圖片新聞，被外界認為新華網「高級黑」、暗諷宋「既不性感又不優雅」。

6月20日，《女警被賣淫內幕》與《宋祖英與丈夫差點離婚？》這兩篇文章標題一前一後並列在新華網首頁，噁心江澤民。

4月18日，中共黨媒的新華聚焦欄目下出現一組並列新聞：《毛澤東的最後一句話》、《宋祖英40歲生兒子》、《掃黃現場不堪入目》，並排呈現首頁，被外界認為是暗示宋祖英與中共前黨魁有染。

有評論認為，新聞本身有沒有料無所謂，關鍵是這三則消息標題的排列，明顯是故意噁心宋祖英。「毛澤東的最後一句話」，令人聯想前中共黨魁江澤民也差不多隻剩一口氣了，宋祖英是中共前黨魁江澤民的姘頭，在中國已經是很多人知道的事情，他們鬼混在一起，也確實是「不堪入目」，這樣搭配真是絕配。
