〔記者蔡宗彥阿蓮報導〕高雄市阿蓮區青年公園昨天下午舉行開工典禮，預計今年底闢建 完成，提供當地民眾和學童一處休憩遊樂的空間。 　高雄市長陳菊主持開工典禮，她表示，阿蓮出產芭樂、棗子、龍眼、芒果、蜂蜜等精緻 農特產，還有美味鮮嫩的土雞、羊肉等道地美食，物產資源多元豐富，深具觀光發展潛力 ，為提升整體景觀，市府在阿蓮進行大崗山生態園區維護、成功街拓寬、高十三線道路拓 寬、市區路面更新，及近三百盞ＬＥＤ路燈更換等建設，總計投入逾一億元。 　陳菊說，市府重視各區發展，都會區公共建設漸趨完善，合併後，將近七成的總預算投 入原高雄縣的基礎建設，逐步改造公共景觀，縮短城鄉落差，同步提升發展。另外，高鐵 橋下阿蓮至仁武間的聯絡道路已完成可行性評估，盼市籍立委向中央爭取經費，加快區域 建設腳步，共造地方繁榮魅力。 　工務局養工處指出，阿蓮青年公園（阿蓮兒童遊戲場）屬於都市計畫公兒用地，面積約 零點二公頃，總開闢經費約五千六百萬元（含用地取得費用），預計年底可告完工，園內 規劃有入口意象、休憩步道和環狀步道、兒童遊戲和體健設施區、榕樹廣場，並栽種台灣 原生及開花喬木，型塑優質美觀的公共綠地。 http://ppt.cc/WkLD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.241.241

【綜合報導】檢察總長黃世銘花8小時多在立法院說不清楚為何監聽立法院0972節費電話的理由後，深夜回到最高檢察署再發新聞稿澄清，指是在「102年聲監續字第406號」監聽特定人士時，發現立委柯建銘以0938電話與特定人士聯絡，該人士委請柯介入關說吳姓受刑人的假釋，後來柯的助理再以0972電話與特定人士談論大筆金錢流入柯指定的相關帳戶的通話內容。

特偵組因懷疑有行受賄問題，才向法院聲請監聽，獲台北地院核准「102年聲監字第527號的監聽票」，監聽0972及0938的電話。

【綜合報導】瑞典家具量販商宜家(IKEA)搶攻替代能源市場，開始販售太陽能板，7月在英國試賣反應良好，接著在未來10個月內，將在英國17家店推出。

宜家販售的太陽能板，是由中國漢能太陽能公司製造生產，最低售價18片太陽能板5700英鎊，約是27萬3千台幣起跳，安裝費和維修保固費也包含在內。

在英國民眾使用太陽能產電，可獲得政府補助，擁有半獨立式房屋的民眾，獲得的補助和省下的電費加起來一年約為770英鎊，約近3萬7台幣。

【黃仲瑜／新北報導】昨天深夜10時許，林口往五股的登林路上發生一起汽車火警意外。黃女駕駛1輛10多年的BMW 轎車，行經五股區登林路時，突然聽到引擎室發出爆炸聲響，趕緊將車子靠往路邊並下車查看，但下車沒多久整輛車就起火燃燒， 女車主趕緊打電話報警。
 
警消人員獲報趕抵現場，立刻拉起水線灌救，火勢順利撲滅，但車子引擎部分已全部燒毀，起火原因仍待進一步調查。
