【綜合報導】義大利西西里島東南部拉古薩省希克利市，當地時間30日早上，發生一偷渡船在距離岸邊數公尺的距離擱淺，船上擠滿200人，根據德國媒體報導指出，擱淺當下不少偷渡客被船員丟下海，部分偷渡客成功游到岸上，但13人不幸罹難。
 
西西里島一直是偷渡客的熱門地點，吸引不少突尼西亞或利比亞人冒死前來，近來也有不少敘利亞難民湧現，這已不是當地第一起偷渡客喪命事故，6月有6名埃及偷渡客跳船喪命。

【綜合報導】印度一名21歲女子，6月企圖在德里車站跳軌自殺，她在火車開入月台前一刻跳下鐵軌，火車從她身上輾過，這名女子奇蹟似地毫髮無傷，緩緩站起，當局近日公開當時的監視器畫面，表示在這種狀況下根本不可能生還，除非她剛好跳進鐵軌上的深溝。

這名企圖跳軌自盡的女子，住在貧民區，事發後當局請來女子父親，將她帶回家，當局表示今年截至目前為止，已發生10起企圖跳軌自盡事件，這起事件算是相當不尋常。

【綜合報導】今年5月9日，台灣漁船廣大興28號，遭菲律賓公務船上的海岸警衛隊人員槍擊，65歲的船員洪石成中彈身亡，9月30日菲律賓司法部召開聽證會，10名涉案遭菲國家調查局建議起訴的海岸警衛隊隊員到場，向檢察官小組提交聯合辯護詞。他們辯稱，沒有證據表明菲海岸警衛隊對台灣漁民洪石成之死負有責任。遭起訴的指揮官德拉克魯茲（Arnold Dela Cruz）在初步調查時堅稱，他與手下人員無意殺害4名台灣漁民中任何人，這些漁民據稱入侵菲律賓海域盜捕。

菲律賓司法部表示已經完成初步調查，根據法律程序，在涉案各方送交所有證物與證詞之後，特別檢察官小組將有60天的時間，決定是否起訴涉案海岸防衛隊人員。據稱，菲國家調查局已表態，不會對菲海岸警衛隊的辯護詞作出任何回應，預料將在60天內，決定是否向法院起訴涉案菲國海岸防衛隊人員。

大家好, 不好意思，我第一次發文, 如果有什麼錯誤, 請大家再糾正我,謝謝 事情是這樣的，我剛進一家FWD約二個月多，擔任業務職，表面上大家都很不錯， 可是內鬥的情形還蠻嚴重的，我的部門主要有三個業務，三個OP， 其中有一個業務是該部門的主管，一個資深業務，一個剛進一年多的業務 就我的觀察 該部門的主管是海派型的，當你做錯事，他不會跟你計較太多，最多唸你幾句， 並叫你下次小心點之類的，可是他心裡會很在意，感覺他不太管事。 資深業務常公開在主管不在的時候講他壞話，並有意無意間的炫富，為人喜歡開玩笑 常逗得OP小姐們笑，常聽OP們當他的面或不當他的面講他玩笑話，不過不是惡意的 那種。 較資淺的業務為人比較老實，不會討OP歡心，也不懂得討好主管，在辦公室中只有跟 我還有資深業務比較好，其他的OP都得罪光了，其中他跟資深業務最好， 他的業績是裡面最差的。 我在辦公室裡面是扮演著中立的角色，我不希望得罪任何人，我是抱持著來這邊學習 的心態，可是就在今天，我被主管告知資淺業務要走了，要我接下他之前的業務， 問題來了，資深的業務開始找我的麻煩，對我講話及動作明顯跟其他人不一樣， 並在FB上PO防小人及拍主管馬屁的搞笑圖片，我開始覺得他對我有敵意，我該怎麼辦? 我之前也這樣被鬥過，多半以我辭職收場，我覺得我的問題比較大，我不喜歡跟人鬥， 可是我怎麼解決這件事，把業績都讓給資深業務好讓他不要鬥我? 跟主管說我不能 處理這些業務? 雖然我很想學習怎麼樣跑業務，可是，是不是自己開發比較好? 別人也沒話講? 補一下幾天前的小插曲，幾天前大家在分水果，剩下我跟主管還沒分，資深業務突然把 所有的水果都塞給我，叫我全部帶走. 我回應說，主管還沒有拿，而且我一個人沒辦法 吃那麼多，所以我就只拿了二個，是不是我說錯話了? 另一個小插曲，主管在外國的代理沒有回他信，主管英文不好，叫我幫他打電話及寫信 給讓代理請他處理某某事，我為了他的事加班加到9點多，該資深業務與OP也待到9點多 ，這樣會不會被誤會被認為我選了主管的那一邊? 我目前的現況是頂替另一個OP做文件，一個月後要開始做業務，換句話說，我都還沒有業 務的經驗，我不知道帶我的人會是誰，請問我應該怎麼做? 謝謝你們看完我的文章，謝謝你們任何的指教跟批評，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.161.123.176
