【王玉樹／台北報導】國際氣價下跌，中油今下午4時將宣布，明天起家用桶張瓦斯每公斤調降0.5元，一般20公斤裝的桶裝瓦斯每桶可便宜10元，這是1年2個月來桶裝瓦斯首次降價。而天然氣則因為美敘兩國緊張關係已趨緩和，油價預估下跌而決定先不漲。

餐廳名稱：九記牛腩 消費時間：2013年/8月底 地址：香港中環歌賦街21號地下 電話：(852)2850-5967 營業時間：週一至週六12：30~19：15、20：30~23：30 每人平均價位：38HKD起 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：上湯牛腩河 有照片網誌版:http://silkrain.pixnet.net/blog/post/37868673 買完Jenny Bakery後 我們就前往附近的九記牛腩 這邊地址雖是中環但離上環站比較近 要爬一點坡而且路不算好找 一路上都有聽到其他觀光客在問怎麼去九記 幸好同行的朋友兩個月前才來過 我們有他帶路很順利地找到了 網路上搜尋到的交通指南是： 上環地鐵站A2出口沿永樂街左轉禧利街 至文咸東街直行至威靈頓街 在第一個街口轉入鴨巴甸街 再轉入歌賦街即可看見 我們來的時候已經是下午四點 所以只排了十來分鐘 菜單上品項還滿多的 一個人的低消是38HKD 店裡面非常狹小擁擠 我一直怕一不小心就會碰到旁邊跟後面的客人 一點完餐服務生就會很快把東西送上來 吃完碗筷也會立刻被收走 反正在香港有名氣的小店吃飯都跟打仗差不多 服務態度跟環境那些的就不要太講究XD 上湯牛腩河粉(38HKD) 牛腩是選用肋骨附近的部位 入口即化卻絲毫不乾柴 湯頭鮮美濃郁 飽含牛肉精華美味又帶點中藥香氣 河粉跟台灣的板條不一樣 是屬於沒有什麼彈性的口感 不過湯頭跟牛腩可謂一絕 咖哩牛筋腩河粉(38HKD) 這碗的牛腩有點呈現絲絲散開的狀態 所以吃起來比上湯牛腩那碗的肉乾一點 大塊的牛筋大概有三四塊 燉得很透像果凍一樣軟軟QQ的 咖哩湯頭則是有點辣的重口味 香氣跟味道都非常濃郁 我沒配飲料吃起來有點辛苦XD 兩碗都很好吃 但相較起來我覺得上湯牛腩河更好一點 比較能嘗到牛肉本身原始的美味 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.241.133.240
