【張勵德／台北報導】台灣伴侶權益推動聯盟今天上午在立法院召開記者會，宣布將包含同性婚姻、伴侶制度等多元成家《民法》修正草案送入立院，獲得多位立委聲援支持。不過下午台灣宗教團體愛護家庭大聯盟發表聲明，再次表達堅決反對立場。
 
護家盟表示，從今年9月18日發動連數後，短短2周就有10萬人參加連署反對改變異性戀婚姻制度，顯示大多數台灣人贊成一男一女結婚成家的婚姻制度。
 
聯盟強調，婚姻及家庭制度關係到國家發展，並非只是個人的私事，多元成家法案主張的「同性婚姻、伴侶制度、多人家屬及收養制度」，將徹底破壞家庭制度及倫理觀念，也會為台灣帶來家庭的不穩定性及耗費大量社會成本，兒童的權益得不到保障，衍生更多社會問題，呼籲支持立委傾聽人民的聲音，切莫在此時通過惡法。

【何哲欣／台北報導】僑委會委員長陳士魁上午到立法院備詢，民進黨立委蔡煌瑯質詢時指出，國內的馬王政爭，已讓海外僑胞感到憂心，認為娘家的媽媽、立法院長王金平，被爸爸、總統馬英九家暴，媽媽還為此申請保護令，過去很多挺馬的人，現在都對馬的行為看不下去，馬英九現在像是路邊的尿桶，「眾人酸（台語，指人人都在罵）」。

蔡煌瑯說，連國民黨中評委高啟正都說，「寧可和王金平深交，不願和馬英九來往」，海外僑胞不再力挺馬英九，這次國慶典禮，僑胞返台人數比過去少了5百多人，國民黨19全代會延期，僑胞被迫改機票，大家也是罵聲連連。

陳士魁說，個人報到部分少了5百多人，但距離國慶日還有好幾天的時間，應會陸陸續續報到。

【戴之聖／基隆報導】「快派119！有人倒在地上!」今日凌晨2時許，1名45歲的陳姓男子從新北市萬里區騎車回基隆，行經基金三路疑似撞到安全島後，倒臥血泊中，民眾發現時趕緊打電話報警。

救護人員到場發現陳男已無呼吸心跳，機車幾乎全毀，零件散落滿地，隨即將陳男緊急送醫急救，於凌晨4時許宣告不治。警方已排除陳男酒駕，詳細車禍原因尚在調查中。

【許麗珍／台北報導】台北市停車管理工程處今天表示，10月10日國慶日假期，為維持觀光景點及商圈周邊停車秩序，原周日收費路邊停車格，包括西門商圈、光華商圈、美麗華商圈、木柵動物園、士林觀光景點的周邊道路等，配合各商圈營運時間仍實施收費，其餘收費路邊停車格則暫停收費。

另該處轄管的立體、地下、部分路外平面，包含委託經營77處平面停車場也照常收費。
