【胡治言╱綜合報導】國道計程收費方案昨拍板，每天固定免費里程20公里，超出部分在200公里內、小型車每公里收費1.2元；但立委質疑eTag用戶優惠圖利廠商，昨在立法院交通委員會決議計程收費上路後取消505萬eTag用戶現享的9折優惠，以台北─高雄為例，原本走國1可省14元，新制上路取消打折後，反漲20元。

《蘋果》報導，目前全國eTag用戶有505萬戶，以北高走國1為例，通行費360元、打9折後付324元，但計程收費實施後，北高通行費344元，若打9折可降至310元，較目前省10元，但如取消打折，就會反漲20元。若走國3原本只漲2元、取消折扣後大漲38元。高公局表示，推優惠是為鼓勵民眾預儲通行費，避免發生約5％的呆帳，並非圖利廠商，但立委既然通過決議，「高公局沒有選擇，計程收費後9折優惠將取消。」交通部部長葉匡時說，上路後若民意反彈，會再與立委溝通。

標題[閒聊] 推薦台中遠百莊姓櫃姐

這幾天去各個櫃上換試用品，剛好MAC這次的試用品是我蠻想要的飾底乳， 就想說順道去看看。 不過其實我不太喜歡去MAC，之前去中友換卸妝油，必需要試妝才能換； 那次我妝整個都試完了，中間還因為有其他客人要買東西，被晾了蠻長時間 才完妝，但最後櫃姐怎麼也找不到要給我的卸妝油。她超努力找了很久， 甚至打電話給其他的櫃姐，才知道卸妝油早就換完了。 雖然她很親切，不只沒強迫推銷也一直向我道歉，而且我那時也覺得算了， 畢竟我只是來換個試用品，但總覺得嗯....我們可以不要互相浪費對方那麼多時間。 那次中友櫃姐幫我試柔礦精華絲柔粉底液，有混保濕精華和蜜粉定妝，但我覺得妝感蠻重 的，回到家不過才經過一個小時吧，就有點斑駁。感覺我不上妝可能還比上妝好.... （跑了很多櫃，有試妝或體驗保養品的櫃都說我皮膚好。 中友這位要幫我試妝前正在準備卸妝用品，我說不用了， 我今天沒有化妝出門，嚇了她一大跳，但我覺得那只是客套話啦...） 所以之後就有點抗拒試妝這件事。 好死不死飾底乳兌換是必須要試妝的（MAC的好像常常都要試妝，比較好推銷？）， 加上碰到周年慶，很怕被推銷，所以有點猶豫要不要去換。 趁著人蠻多的時候，想說搞不好不用試就可以換到走人，結果還是被抓到鏡子前了。 基本上和在中友時的試妝用的品項完全一樣，但有先噴保濕噴霧，粉底液色號和 定妝蜜粉似乎不太一樣，中友定妝的蜜粉是白色粉餅（沒記錯的話）， 遠百櫃姐幫我上的是柔礦迷光雙效蜜粉底，色號是light。 很慘的是我近視850，眼鏡拿下來啥都看不清楚，就算戴眼鏡，當場我也看不太 出來有妝沒妝的差別，頂多就是膚色比較亮和均勻一點。 這位台中遠百的莊芸婷上妝很仔細，也沒有一直推銷，我回到家卸妝近照鏡子 時才發現妝感和在中友的完全不一樣，超浮貼！也沒有斑駁！而且至少經過了 三個小時～ （但中友那位人也不錯，好像是叫Apple吧？髮型是黑長直髮，齊瀏海的。） 唯一的缺點是....莊小姐身上有一點點菸味，所以上妝過程中必須很靠近我的時候， 我有閉氣一下下。 最近一口氣跑很多櫃點，我打扮又超隨便，看起來就像是不會買的樣子， ，但碰到的櫃姐幾乎都很親切，大概是周年慶首四日剛過&正要開始， 想要給客人好印象吧～但整體來說還蠻開心的就是了。 最慘的是在Bobbi Brown，忘記是哪間...櫃點附近就是一樓小出入口的， 被冰了10分鐘以上..... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.0.38

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】今日美國華府發生一名女駕駛疑似企圖衝撞白宮外圍的檢哨站，引發警方注意，隨後警方和女子展開飛車追逐。稍早警方證實，開車女子已經死亡。

警方在記者會上表示，在追逐女駕駛的過程當中，在兩處地點開槍。警方表示，警方先對女駕駛鳴槍示警，但女駕駛仍繼續逃逸，因此對女駕駛開槍，女駕駛遭到槍擊，隨後證實已經死亡。另外，警方指出，女駕駛車上還有一名年約1歲的女童，目前這名女童狀況良好，已送往醫院治療看護。根據美國CNN報導，這名女童應是女子的孩子。

而在這起案件中，一名23歲員警在追逐女子時受傷，還有另一名員警也受傷，目前2人已在醫院接受治療，生命狀況穩定。 警方也表示，該起案件無關恐怖攻擊。CNN報導指出，女子疑似有精神方面問題，而在事件過程中，似乎沒有跡象顯示女子曾開槍。
